I’m so glad we experienced this gem of a property. I didn’t quite know what a home stay was being used to contemporary hotels but yes please this is heaven. They take wonderful care of you with amazing breakfast. Gorgeous property. Loved the temple boat tour they arranged all sorts of things for us. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and owner they are so very kind. Very special place. Thank you for the use of the bikes too!

Very nice and clean room. Very friendly and supportive staff. Fast support via Whatsapp even when sightseeing in Ayutthaya. Good location for visiting temples by bike which are provided free of charge. We will definitely come back when again travelling to that part of Thailand.

Fantastic service, beautiful environment and such a well put together property. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. The homemade breakfast, adorable property cats, and Thai massage were highlights.

This hotel is more like a private living in a house. We were exellently recieved by the staff and very well taken care of during our stay. The room was beautiful and large. We were recommended to take a scenic 2 hour boat tour leaving directly from the residence which we realy enjoyed. We will definitely stay at Phuttal Residenve during our next visit to Ayutthaya!

This place is a gem within the old town. Very comfortable quiet room overlooking the river, we had a big Thai breakfast and used the free bicycles to tour the city. Staff were very accommodating to our needs and would definitely return for future travels. Of note, after booking the suite, a comprehensive message was sent explaining the various tours, the residence services offered. I thought this was a very nice personal touch from the owner. Thanks for the memories.

Havde en enkelt overnatning her, men havde gerne brugt en dag mere! Man bor hos de sødeste mennesker, og stedet er super hyggeligt og roligt. Der er en masse planter i haven, og en masse detaljer på værelset der virkelig bidrager til den hyggelige stemning. Det er nemt at få hjælp til at bestille taxi til lufthavnen, Tuk Tuk tur rundt i byen, eller sejltur på floderne.

Immer wieder gerne hier. Superfreundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Jedes Zimmer bisher sauber, groß, geräumig und mit jeglichem Komfort. Das Frühstück vollkommen ausreichend, ein unglaubliches Grundstück direkt am Fluss. Ich werde immer wieder gerne kommen. Pluspunkt: der kostenlose Fahrradservice, um direkt zu den Sehenswürdigkeit kommen zu können.

中心地から少し離れた場所にあるため、徒歩で観光するのは難しいですが、静かに過ごすことができました。チャオプラヤー川を眺めながらのんびり過ごすにはベストな宿泊施設の一つです。 部屋はタイの古民家でとても雰囲気がよく、管理も行き届いていて綺麗です。オーナーをはじめ、スタッフは皆フレンドリーで、とても気持ちよく滞在することが出来ました。 ホテルから出ている2時間程度のボートトリップは安くておすすめ。運が良ければ夕日を見ることが出来ます。

Staff are very nice but don't speak English. I like the beautiful garden and house. However, the room is not insulated well enough. There are ants inside the room.

Die Phuttal Residence in Ayutthaya ist ruhig gelegen und von der Straße aus durch eine enge Seitenstraße zu erreichen. Das Zimmer (Doppelzimmer, Flussblick) war hübsch gestaltet, mit bequemen Betten und inkl. Netflix auf dem TV. Das Zimmer hat ringsum Fenster, was einen tollen Eindruck mit der Umgebung ergibt, jedoch lassen die eher dünnen Vorhänge nachts und morgens einiges an Licht durch. Für empfindliche Menschen könnte das von Nachteil sein. Das Bad war tadellos. Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit waren einwandfrei. Das Frühstück wurde für jeden Gast extra zubereitet und war einfach und gut. Parkplätze auf dem Gelände sind eingeschränkt verfügbar, parken an der Straße ist alternativ möglich.

The Phuttal Residence is located on a beautiful river/canal. We stayed in the family apartment, though there were just the two of us. The furniture and accommodations were nothing fancy, but everything was clean and orderly. The breakfast was excellent. Even though we had a kitchen, we did not cook. Please note that you will need to order a taxi to find a restaurant. It is about a 10 minute drive to center of Ayutthaya.

Il residence Phuttal è come da foto, ambiente molto curato e pulito. Letto comodo e giardino curatissimo. Ci hanno accolto in modo caloroso, e preparato una ottima colazione. Abbiamo anche prenotato il tuc tuc con loro per visitare i templi ed è stato tutto molto facile e comodo.
Il residence Phuttal è come da foto, ambiente molto curato e pulito. Letto comodo e giardino curatissimo. Ci hanno accolto in modo caloroso, e preparato una ottima colazione. Abbiamo anche prenotato il tuc tuc con loro per visitare i templi ed è stato tutto molto facile e comodo.

Rapport qualite prix intéressant, l'accueil est tres chaleureux et le petit-déjeuner tres bon, pris sur la terrasse au bord de la riviere....le vrai plus de cette expérience est la mise en lien du gerant Duke avec un chauffeur de taxi, Sirichan, qui a réalisé tous nos déplacements durant nos 12 jours passes en Thaïlande, quelquefois avec de grandes distances et dans une bienveillance remarquable Pour les points négatifs, chambre familiale en rdc assez sombre, avec beaucoup de vis à vis de la terrasse et un menage un peu insuffisant

The service was excellent (the staff was really attentionate !), the location is great (you can reach the historical sites very easily by bike), the site and the view are great! The main downside is sleeping : the room is not isolated, neither from noise nor from light. There are very noisy boats passing anytime during the night, cute but noisy birds and lizards, and the sunlight will wake you up pretty early if you don't have something to cover your eyes. But with something to cover eyes and ears, it's a nice and enjoyable place :)

The Phuttal Residence is located on a beautiful river/canal. We stayed in the family apartment, though there were just the two of us. The furniture and accommodations were nothing fancy, but everything was clean and orderly. The breakfast was excellent. Even though we had a kitchen, we did not cook. Please note that you will need to order a taxi to find a restaurant. It is about a 10 minute drive to center of Ayutthaya.

The property is in a safe, quiet area next to the river. Our Garden Room was clean, spacious and with plenty of storage. The staff were very friendly and made sure you wanted for nothing. There was a good variety and plentiful breakfast that was served to you by the river. Transport was easily arranged for wherever you wanted to go, and at a reasonable cost. It was lovely to sit in the well maintained garden for a drink next to the river. Highly recomended.

中心地から少し離れた場所にあるため、徒歩で観光するのは難しいですが、静かに過ごすことができました。チャオプラヤー川を眺めながらのんびり過ごすにはベストな宿泊施設の一つです。 部屋はタイの古民家でとても雰囲気がよく、管理も行き届いていて綺麗です。オーナーをはじめ、スタッフは皆フレンドリーで、とても気持ちよく滞在することが出来ました。 ホテルから出ている2時間程度のボートトリップは安くておすすめ。運が良ければ夕日を見ることが出来ます。

Very nice and clean room. Very friendly and supportive staff. Fast support via Whatsapp even when sightseeing in Ayutthaya. Good location for visiting temples by bike which are provided free of charge. We will definitely come back when again travelling to that part of Thailand.

Fantastic service, beautiful environment and such a well put together property. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. The homemade breakfast, adorable property cats, and Thai massage were highlights.

Nous avons ete recu avec un verre de rafraîchissement et de petits gâteaux. On nous a ensuite explique ce que l on pouvait faire le soir. Nous devions repartir en bus le lendemain l hote nous a commandé le tuk tuk pour le matin et préparer le petit dejeuner avant. Nous remercions toutes les personnes rencontres brièvement mais tellement gentilles

Stayed two nights. It’s a wonderful place to spend time. The room was great, the cat friendly but not loyal to me, the outdoor breakfasts good and the general ambiance excellent. Getting tuk tuk and organising tours we did through the hotel and they were very efficient. Very much enjoyed the stay!

Amazing location right next to a canal. The ladies who run the place don’t speak much English but we had no problem communicating using our phones. They fed us a big and delicious breakfast.

Il residence Phuttal è come da foto, ambiente molto curato e pulito. Letto comodo e giardino curatissimo. Ci hanno accolto in modo caloroso, e preparato una ottima colazione. Abbiamo anche prenotato il tuc tuc con loro per visitare i templi ed è stato tutto molto facile e comodo.
Il residence Phuttal è come da foto, ambiente molto curato e pulito. Letto comodo e giardino curatissimo. Ci hanno accolto in modo caloroso, e preparato una ottima colazione. Abbiamo anche prenotato il tuc tuc con loro per visitare i templi ed è stato tutto molto facile e comodo.

Die Phuttal Residence in Ayutthaya ist ruhig gelegen und von der Straße aus durch eine enge Seitenstraße zu erreichen. Das Zimmer (Doppelzimmer, Flussblick) war hübsch gestaltet, mit bequemen Betten und inkl. Netflix auf dem TV. Das Zimmer hat ringsum Fenster, was einen tollen Eindruck mit der Umgebung ergibt, jedoch lassen die eher dünnen Vorhänge nachts und morgens einiges an Licht durch. Für empfindliche Menschen könnte das von Nachteil sein. Das Bad war tadellos. Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit waren einwandfrei. Das Frühstück wurde für jeden Gast extra zubereitet und war einfach und gut. Parkplätze auf dem Gelände sind eingeschränkt verfügbar, parken an der Straße ist alternativ möglich.

This place is a gem within the old town. Very comfortable quiet room overlooking the river, we had a big Thai breakfast and used the free bicycles to tour the city. Staff were very accommodating to our needs and would definitely return for future travels. Of note, after booking the suite, a comprehensive message was sent explaining the various tours, the residence services offered. I thought this was a very nice personal touch from the owner. Thanks for the memories.

Rapport qualite prix intéressant, l'accueil est tres chaleureux et le petit-déjeuner tres bon, pris sur la terrasse au bord de la riviere....le vrai plus de cette expérience est la mise en lien du gerant Duke avec un chauffeur de taxi, Sirichan, qui a réalisé tous nos déplacements durant nos 12 jours passes en Thaïlande, quelquefois avec de grandes distances et dans une bienveillance remarquable Pour les points négatifs, chambre familiale en rdc assez sombre, avec beaucoup de vis à vis de la terrasse et un menage un peu insuffisant

1泊2日で宿泊しました。部屋の清掃は意気届いており、クーラー、扇風機、シャワー等の設備も問題なく動いていました。 貸切のボートツアーを楽しみにしていましたが生憎の雨でキャンセル、しかし天気を気にしながらギリギリまでボートツアーに参加できるようにオーナーのDukeさんがサポートしてくれてありがたかったです。 私と友人は無料の自転車でアユタヤの遺跡を3つ回りました。雨季でしたが幸いにも雨にはほとんど降られず、ゆっくりサイクリングを楽しみながら遺跡巡りができました。 朝食はシンプルながら量は十分にあり美味しかったです。 チェックアウトアウト後も荷物を預かっていただけ、戻ってくるタイミングに合わせてお願いしていた通りトゥクトゥクを呼んでもらえ、駅までの移動が非常に楽でした。 短い滞在でしたが、行き届いたおもてなしに感謝致します。 ありがとうございました！

We stayed in the largest Family room, which comfortably accommodated all six of us with enough beds for everyone. The mattresses were incredibly soft and comfortable. The overall atmosphere of the property was wonderful—peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by greenery, right by the canal. It would be absolutely perfect if you visit outside the hot season. We stayed in the largest Family room, which comfortably accommodated all six of us with enough beds for everyone. The mattresses were incredibly soft and comfortable. The overall atmosphere of the property was wonderful—peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by greenery, right by the canal. It would be absolutely perfect if you visit outside the hot season.
