Amazing experience! Stayed for two nights and had a remarkable time. The room is very spacious. Service is really prompt and friendly. The buffet breakfast was good although not a lot of variety. The kids swam in the pool. They said it was very warm for them. Maybe that’s the only complain. My husband used their cute little gym. It’s enough for two people. It is quite dainty. The location is the best! Spa is incredible. Got absolutely spoiled! The free bike ride also adds a nice touch to our experience. Will definitely come back to this place!

The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff were very helpful. I do however have two major concerns regarding the hotel. The first is that they advertised a free beach shuttle. This however is not available and should be removed from the listing as it played a factor in me choosing the hotel while denying their customers the service. The second concern is regarding the free bike rentals in that they are not safe to ride and someone that is not knowledgeable or experienced with bikes may get seriously hurt. The hotel makes you sign a waiver that if something happens to one of their bikes, that the customer is on the hook for over $100. The bikes however are in poor repair. Four of the bikes I tried did not have working breaks. I offered to show the employees how to fix these but they are not provided the tools necessary to maintain the bikes. Two of the four that I tried had flat tires. They do not have a pump at the hotel. Lastly, most of them looked like the bike chains had never been oiled. The result of this will be that a customer will take the bike out and get stranded when the chain breaks which by the look of their condition. Overall, it's unfortunate that the hotel cut corners on the amenities and that for this reason, I dont feel it lives up to it's 4 star billing. The reception and building staff were excellent. The flaws in the hotel are from a hotel management level not delivering what they advertise.

Great hotel a couple blocks from Old Hoi An so we could walk over all the time. Friendly helpful staff, especially the breakfast servers who always had friendly smiles. Loved that they had free bicycles to use (a bit old but functional), which we used to bike over to their sister property at the Silk village for the tour. Also, received a free day pass to their silk beach club along the beach, which was wonderful to relax one day. Perfect location. Like all hotels we've been to in vietnam, sound proofing is almost non existent so bring ear plugs if that is a problem. Construction next door was a bit annoying, but hopefully done soon. We stayed in Jan 2025. Restaurants and spas all nearby. Many rides can be arranged to /from Da Nang airport for fixed prices all advertised. Small fitness center. Nice pool and lounge area.

Great value for money. Room is a little run down but that is common across Vietnam. Air conditioning worked well in the rooms but public spaces could be better covered with fans with the humidity and mosquitoes (I got bitten). Decent room size with a king size bed and the right amount of furniture for a young family without being cluttered. Toilet and sink accessible height for toddler. Tiles could be better though since they are rather slippery for a toddler. The shampoo smelt funky, so we never used it. The noodle soup at breakfast each day was the best I had in hotel breakfasts in Vietnam. They change it slightly. Noodles are soft and silky fresh. They could provide an ice bucket for the vietnamese black coffee but I guess it will melt quickly since the public spaces aren't air conditioned. Pool is a good size but the ledge isn't suitable for a toddler. Lots of harmless lizards. Their bicycle hire was convenient. The bike seat for my toddler was sturdy. They can provide bike locks too. It's a good location to cycle into old town over the bridge too. Some days they would fold our pyjamas neatly on top of the bed and some days they wouldn't. I would come again to stay.

Beautiful hotel about 15 Min walk from the old town. Very convenient location and able to hire bikes for free to ride into town. The hotel is lovely, beautiful pool area. Breakfast buffet was nice. Room and bathroom was big and clean. The bed could have been more comfortable, it had a blanket underneath to make it softer but it was too small for a king bed so you felt like you would fall off the edges. Pillows not great either. Tried the hotel spa for a whole body massage which was not good. The therapist appeared to not know what she was doing and caused me pain during the massage.

Das Mulberry Collection Silk Eco Hotel bietet ein insgesamt sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne Innenhof mit Pool – eine kleine grüne Oase mitten in der Stadt. Auch das Frühstück war gut, allerdings sehr stark auf asiatische Gäste ausgerichtet. Eine etwas größere Auswahl an europäischen Optionen wäre wünschenswert. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – ruhig in einer Seitengasse gelegen, aber dennoch zentral. Alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, man sieht allerdings an einigen Stellen bereits kleinere Abnutzungserscheinungen. Kritik gibt es für das Fitnessstudio, das deutlich in die Jahre gekommen ist und dringend modernisiert werden sollte. Auch der Föhn im Bad entspricht leider nicht dem Standard eines 4-Sterne-Hotels – hier wäre ein leistungsstärkeres Modell angebracht. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleineren Schwächen – daher 4 von 5 Sternen.

We stayed in the suite overlooking the pool. The windows block out any noise and the room was comfortable and clean. Condition of the room is OK but could be improved much better. Overall stay was great, staff were friendly and breakfast spread was delicious. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Old Town.

The hotel seemed nice but right away I noticed the bedding didn’t seem clean. Later that night when it was time for bed I noticed bugs in the bed. We were bitten at night during our sleep. We let the staff know upon check out that we experienced bugs in our room. They apologized but that was it

spacious room with clean bathroom. floor was hardwood instead of the usual carpet so we could hear the upstairs occupants quite clearly if they drop things. buffet breakfast food, though free of charge with our stay, was not great. hotel location was good - it was located away from the main street so it wasn't noisy in the morning. hoi an old town was also a short walk away. staff were extremely helpful and kept offering to help us carry our bags. they also offered to help us call a driver to bring us to da nang. they quoted us 300k, which was comparable or even cheaper than grab. (we did not take them up on their offer as we were worried that the driver would demand additional payments and eventually decided to go with grab.) overall a fantastic stay for the price.

コロナであまり利用されていなかったのか、部屋がカビ臭くて、空気の入れ替えをしても最終日までカビ臭かった。 ベッドに置かれたクッションは、何日も髪を洗っていない頭皮のような腐った臭いがした。枕にも匂いが移るほど強烈だったので、クッションカバーは洗っていないと思われる。 部屋の清潔さには問題があったが、ホテルの人は働き者で親切だった。

SG review: we like it that its pretty convenient within 7 min walk to the old town and that the hotel outside is pretty quiet. Compare to our Hue hotel at the same price... this place is disappointing. The building is old, the interior of the room is small and seriously the lighting in the room is so dim [ambient light] and really need replacement....i have problem finding things in my luggage. Breakfast is minimum....to say the least.

Great value for money. Room is a little run down but that is common across Vietnam. Air conditioning worked well in the rooms but public spaces could be better covered with fans with the humidity and mosquitoes (I got bitten). Decent room size with a king size bed and the right amount of furniture for a young family without being cluttered. Toilet and sink accessible height for toddler. Tiles could be better though since they are rather slippery for a toddler. The shampoo smelt funky, so we never used it. The noodle soup at breakfast each day was the best I had in hotel breakfasts in Vietnam. They change it slightly. Noodles are soft and silky fresh. They could provide an ice bucket for the vietnamese black coffee but I guess it will melt quickly since the public spaces aren't air conditioned. Pool is a good size but the ledge isn't suitable for a toddler. Lots of harmless lizards. Their bicycle hire was convenient. The bike seat for my toddler was sturdy. They can provide bike locks too. It's a good location to cycle into old town over the bridge too. Some days they would fold our pyjamas neatly on top of the bed and some days they wouldn't. I would come again to stay.

We stayed in the suite overlooking the pool. The windows block out any noise and the room was comfortable and clean. Condition of the room is OK but could be improved much better. Das Mulberry Collection Silk Eco Hotel bietet ein insgesamt sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne Innenhof mit Pool – eine kleine grüne Oase mitten in der Stadt. Auch das Frühstück war gut, allerdings sehr stark auf asiatische Gäste ausgerichtet. Eine etwas größere Auswahl an europäischen Optionen wäre wünschenswert. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – ruhig in einer Seitengasse gelegen, aber dennoch zentral. Alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, man sieht allerdings an einigen Stellen bereits kleinere Abnutzungserscheinungen. Kritik gibt es für das Fitnessstudio, das deutlich in die Jahre gekommen ist und dringend modernisiert werden sollte. Auch der Föhn im Bad entspricht leider nicht dem Standard eines 4-Sterne-Hotels – hier wäre ein leistungsstärkeres Modell angebracht. spacious room with clean bathroom. floor was hardwood instead of the usual carpet so we could hear the upstairs occupants quite clearly if they drop things. buffet breakfast food, though free of charge with our stay, was not great. hotel location was good - it was located away from the main street so it wasn't noisy in the morning. hoi an old town was also a short walk away. staff were extremely helpful and kept offering to help us carry our bags. they also offered to help us call a driver to bring us to da nang. they quoted us 300k, which was comparable or even cheaper than grab. (we did not take them up on their offer as we were worried that the driver would demand additional payments and eventually decided to go with grab.) overall a fantastic stay for the price.

This place is incredibly peaceful! Its also like a 5 minute walk to the village and they let you borrow bikes all day!!! Staff INCREDIBLY NICE! Will come again and highly recommend!!! We had to check out early morning to catch our flight, and they offered to make us a breakfast to-go since we wouldnt be able to have breakfast at the hotel! Thats so insanely noce and thoughtful! Really appreciate this hotel and all its staff!!

Do not be fooled by this hotel’s photo’s, star rating and property description. The common areas, lifts and rooms are very dated and run down. The pictures on Expedia are misleading and it’s nothing like the hotel we saw or the rooms that we were given. The furnishings bedding and towels were old and shabby and there’s a building construction site next door with constant drilling and hammering. Overall it was so disappointing that we checked out within half hour of arriving, only to be told by the receptionist that we would not get a refund for our 2 nights accommodation, paid for in advance. Very disappointing hotel and service.

Great stay! The hotel is conveniently located, about 5-10mins walk from the old town. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was accommodating and friendly. We booked transfers to/from Hoi An and tours through the hotel, and everything was safe and smooth. The breakfast buffet was ok.

A decent hotel but our stay was ruined due to lots of undisciplined children screaming constantly. One morning at 5.30am the pool was full of them going beserk. The staff couldn't have cared less and did nothing to stop the noise. The pool area was too small and always in the shade. There was constant noise from people moving furniture above us. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Close to all the attractions and the staff are great! The swimming pool is absolutely amazing! The room is very clean and beds are comfy. Great choice of food at breakfast as well... The only thing that stopped me giving this 100% which bothered me, the general wifi is open and unsecured, come on it's 2024. However, in their defence they did give me secured wifi with a password. There is even a great laundry service across the road. So close to perfection, but an easy fix! I will be back....Thank you!

We had a great stay at this hotel! It was about a 5 min walk to the river and nightlife festivities, and provided a quiet relief afterwards. The pool was AMAZING, so beautiful with all the greenery surrounding it. The room was clean and great for a 2 night stay. Definitely recommend.

We stayed here for 5 days, the hotel itself located just outside(literal 5 mins walk) the historic city. We were saved from the hustling and bustling of the night market area without being far away from it. Staff explained and gave us intro about city when we checked in for the room. Room was spacious and clean, the balconies with the creepers vegetation was awesome. Breakfast was decent, enough spread and variety. Spa was great. Our stay in the hotel really add to the whole experience in Hoi An.

Das Mulberry Collection Silk Eco Hotel bietet ein insgesamt sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne Innenhof mit Pool – eine kleine grüne Oase mitten in der Stadt. Auch das Frühstück war gut, allerdings sehr stark auf asiatische Gäste ausgerichtet. Eine etwas größere Auswahl an europäischen Optionen wäre wünschenswert. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – ruhig in einer Seitengasse gelegen, aber dennoch zentral. Alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, man sieht allerdings an einigen Stellen bereits kleinere Abnutzungserscheinungen. Kritik gibt es für das Fitnessstudio, das deutlich in die Jahre gekommen ist und dringend modernisiert werden sollte. Auch der Föhn im Bad entspricht leider nicht dem Standard eines 4-Sterne-Hotels – hier wäre ein leistungsstärkeres Modell angebracht. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleineren Schwächen – daher 4 von 5 Sternen.

spacious room with clean bathroom. floor was hardwood instead of the usual carpet so we could hear the upstairs occupants quite clearly if they drop things. buffet breakfast food, though free of charge with our stay, was not great. hotel location was good - it was located away from the main street so it wasn't noisy in the morning. hoi an old town was also a short walk away. staff were extremely helpful and kept offering to help us carry our bags. they also offered to help us call a driver to bring us to da nang. they quoted us 300k, which was comparable or even cheaper than grab. (we did not take them up on their offer as we were worried that the driver would demand additional payments and eventually decided to go with grab.) overall a fantastic stay for the price.

The property is a few blocks away from the main area and super walkable with lots of restaurants. The hotel restaurant was great. I really enjoyed this hotel but the only complaint was that my room had a really bad musty smell. The staff are fantastic and very helpful. Anna at the bar was super friendly and she makes a great cocktail.

Well located, quiet and quick access to the old town. The hotel is showing its age, especially in the bedroom, bedside tables chipped, marks on the walls. The bathroom however is great, walk-in shower. Be careful when checking-out, the staff will inspect the room before letting you go to check, which is understandable, if any minibar has been used or any extra. However this was not mention during check-in, which lead my check-out taking a good 10 minutes as the young staff sent to check my room did not seem very motivated to do so. The long process made me late for my tour pick-up. I fully understand why they do that, even if it is the first time I'm seeing that - but mention of it would have been nice.

The hotel is sleek and nice, clean, comfortable and nested at a quiet area walkable to old town. Breakfast was a nice spread with western and local dishes and egsgs on request. Comfortable place to stay.

We loved our stay here. We had 4 rooms which were all the same when booked but 2 had really big beds while 2 had normal size beds. Very short walk (couple mins) in to the hustle and bustle, we were happy to stay out of it. Loved the pool great to cool down on these hot days. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. We had an early pick up on our check out day and they allowed is to come down for breakfast 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled open time so thank you 😊
