Vi ankom sent og hotellet havde glemt at finde 2 enkelte senge til os, efter at receptionen prøvede at sælge os et bedre værelse som vi nægtede gik han med til at opgradere værelset uden beregning. Opgraderingen var blot et standard værelse så ingen forskel her. Værelset var pænt men lys flimrede og blinkede hele tiden så hvis du har epelipsi skal du nok passe på. Sengen var lidt for hård at sove på så ikke nogen wow effekt herfra. Morgenmaden var desværre utrolig skuffende. Tjeneren valgte at stege æg i selve morgenmads området og der var ingen emhætte så der stank af madlugt og er man veganer eller vegetar så skulle man lugte til stegt svin mens man prøvede at nyde morgenmad i frem or ro.. overhovedet ikke pengene værd. Spar dine penge og find et andet sted at spise morgenmad. Desværre en kedelig oplevelse. Hotellet er pænt og rent men det føltes som et hypet hotel som ikke levede op til det. Prisen var ihvertfald ikke matchende og jeg fraråder folk at opholde sig her. Hotellet ligger dog centralt. Så derfor 2 stjerner.

Clean room. Quiet. Very dark (pitch black) with the curtains drawn, which was good for sleeping. Everything we needed. Clear menus, information, etc. around the room. Always great, friendly, helpful staff downstairs, at all hours. When the cleaning staff saw that the air conditioning unit was dripping, people fixed it right away. Minor annoyances: One of the 2 complimentary bottles of water was cleared away before I was done with it :( It'd be nice if there was more spare space in the fridge (full of small beverages and snacks). This particular room had a bathroom that works for baths but is not easy for hands-free showers (the showerhead-on-a-hose couldn't be aimed well while on the wall mount, without spraying out of the bath).

I absolutely loved this new boutique-style hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The hotel lobby and restaurant were very warm and cozy as was the hotel room. The location was great with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We went to Nove Sad after Belgrade and decided to come back to Belgrade and stayed again at Saint Ten Hotel. This hotel well deserves the high rating it has!

From the time of booking to checking out, we were always informed and taken care of very well. Replies to my questions via Hotels.com message were always quick and professional. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. I especially loved the personalized message, nuts/dried fruit tray and quality slippers. The only thing my husband commented was the see-through glass enclosure of the bathroom. I thought the glass wall makes the room look bigger, but my husband thought it lacks the privacy. It does have a curtain to make the bathroom private, but the curtain is outside of the bathroom --- so the person who is using the bathroom cannot control it from inside. To me, it didn't bother me, but I thought I would comment this unique feature in my review. Anyway, we loved everything including the arrangements of the guided city tour by Mr. Stevan and transfer, delicious dinner and breakfast at L'Adresse Restaurant, and the smooth airport transfer by the Mercedes. We will definitely go back to this hotel and recommend if we go back to Belgrade.

Great location , excellent service and courteous staff. Will definitely stay here again. The only improvement i would make is to expand the room service menu to include more options, otherwise a true 5 star hotel.

Vi ankom sent og hotellet havde glemt at finde 2 enkelte senge til os, efter at receptionen prøvede at sælge os et bedre værelse som vi nægtede gik han med til at opgradere værelset uden beregning. Opgraderingen var blot et standard værelse så ingen forskel her. Værelset var pænt men lys flimrede og blinkede hele tiden så hvis du har epelipsi skal du nok passe på. Sengen var lidt for hård at sove på så ikke nogen wow effekt herfra. Morgenmaden var desværre utrolig skuffende. Tjeneren valgte at stege æg i selve morgenmads området og der var ingen emhætte så der stank af madlugt og er man veganer eller vegetar så skulle man lugte til stegt svin mens man prøvede at nyde morgenmad i frem or ro.. overhovedet ikke pengene værd. Spar dine penge og find et andet sted at spise morgenmad. Desværre en kedelig oplevelse. Hotellet er pænt og rent men det føltes som et hypet hotel som ikke levede op til det. Prisen var ihvertfald ikke matchende og jeg fraråder folk at opholde sig her. Hotellet ligger dog centralt. Så derfor 2 stjerner.

I absolutely loved this new boutique-style hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The hotel lobby and restaurant were very warm and cozy as was the hotel room. The location was great with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We went to Nove Sad after Belgrade and decided to come back to Belgrade and stayed again at Saint Ten Hotel. This hotel well deserves the high rating it has!

From the time of booking to checking out, we were always informed and taken care of very well. Replies to my questions via Hotels.com message were always quick and professional. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. I especially loved the personalized message, nuts/dried fruit tray and quality slippers. The only thing my husband commented was the see-through glass enclosure of the bathroom. I thought the glass wall makes the room look bigger, but my husband thought it lacks the privacy. It does have a curtain to make the bathroom private, but the curtain is outside of the bathroom --- so the person who is using the bathroom cannot control it from inside. To me, it didn't bother me, but I thought I would comment this unique feature in my review. Anyway, we loved everything including the arrangements of the guided city tour by Mr. Stevan and transfer, delicious dinner and breakfast at L'Adresse Restaurant, and the smooth airport transfer by the Mercedes. We will definitely go back to this hotel and recommend if we go back to Belgrade.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which is located on a small, funky, street, in the Vracar neighborhood of Belgrade. My room was clean, pleasant, and very quiet, and there was ample hot water. I stayed for five days in mid-March, which is springtime in Belgrade, and did not use air conditioning. The staff was cordial and helpful, really delightful. Breakfast was not included in the cost of my room and is very expensive, but the buffet, which I chose on two occasions, included varied and abundant fare and began with freshly squeezed orange juice brought to my table. The hotel is located just below the massive Saint Sava Church, new but modeled after Hagia Sophia; it is also only a few blocks away from the Nicola Tesla Museum (though the museum is slated to move within a few years to the historic Milan Vapa paper mill in a renovation led by Zaha Hadid Architects). Local eateries of interest include a Luff gelato parlor, with excellent ice cream, and the splendid Cevabdzinica Savcic on a street flanking the Hilton Hotel. (Cevapi are small sausages customarily served in pockets of warm flatbread with raw onions, a fluffy cheese, and a red pepper condiment. But if you're vegetarian, you can fill the flatbread with shopska salad). Delicious and inexpensive. Vracar is somewhat apart from the historic (Ottoman-controlled) center of Belgrade, but all buses are free and easy to use (take guidance from the hotel staff before using taxis).
