Wonderful stay in Busan! We appreciated the early check-in, the room was clean and staff were quite nice. Beautiful view from the top level common area. Very central location, easy walking distance and public transit to lots of the main attractions.

ロケーションは最高です。 駅やタクシー乗り場も近くにあります。 部屋のセキュリティ性は高いと思います。 朝食は8:00-10:30で、セルフキッチンで卵とハムで調理できます。パン、コーンフレーク、カップ麺もありました。コーヒーとお茶、ジュース、ミルクがありました。使った食器は自分で洗って片付けます。お湯やお水は24時間入手できます。 チェックイン前とチェックアウト後の荷物を一時的に置くスペースがあります。 シャワールームにカーテン、バスタブが無いので、水びたしになります。トイレットペーパーやタオルは一旦出しておくことを勧めます。 部屋のクリーニングは前日までに、フロントに申し込む必要があります。

Very close to subway, fish market, food/shopping behind and walkable to biff square. Room was small but spacious and good airflow. Breakfast includes basic toast, juice and coffee. They have boiled eggs and u can make your eggs, but fyi it may take awhile when theres a lot of ppl. The lobby is very small and no bathrooms to use. Only can use restroom in your own room, and no eating allowed. The towels are small and they have a washer you can use & drying rack to use since the dryer is broken/off limits. Wet shower with normal toilet.

Nur beim Frühstück gab es sehr wenig Platz weil alles überfüllt war und die Pfannen wurden nach der Benutzung nicht gespült. Dies wurde auch nicht kontrolliert. Die Küche fanden wir unhygienisch.

This accommodation was cheap (quarter price of hotel we had in Seoul) - and excellent value for money. Staff were friendly; breakfast option (self cooked) worked well; room clean; bed comfortable; bathroom more than adequate; used washing machine and drier - foc and easy to use. Very well located - very close to tube station and near old part of Busan. Very highly recommend particularly if you are on a budget.

Position: Easy to reach from Busan Station with either a bus or subway, good position in the area (lots of markets/restaurants/shopping next to it). Room: The bedroom was kinda small and we only had 2 carry-on luggages, I don't know how I could have fit 2 checked luggages in that tiny room. Showering wasn't a problem, the only thing you should be aware of is that if you spill water on the door it will drop on the floor once you open it. The view was amazing though, we could see Busan by night when we were trying to fall asleep, air conditioner working perfectly and easy to use as there are instructions for it. Mini-fridge included. Towels were small but IIRC you could ask for bigger ones, shower gel/shampoo/conditioner included as well, if you needed a plug extension you can ask for it. Big plus is breakfast included with plenty of choices for you to enjoy in the morning before heading out for your adventure!

Bien dans l’ensemble mais quelques trucs à noter : la salle de petit déjeuner est très petite et pas pratique quand tout le monde est là en même temps. Sèche linge en panne au moment de notre visite. Sinon impeccable : propre et très bien situé !

場所が便利で週末でも料金は良心的。 部屋から出るとエアコンつけ直しが必要で、鍵は1枚でさしていないと電気系が全部落ちるので、ちょっとお水を取りにとか、フロントに聞きたいことがあって行く時に不便だった。 スタッフは質問には対応してくれるがフレンドリーな感じではなかった。 チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれた。 隣の海鮮カルクッスが美味しかった。

Most awful hotel l've never been and can not believe the other reviews. Then again, I am not the target audience for this hotel since it i meant for young travellers who are happy jus to be in busan in the first place. The room was tiny and upon arrival reeked of some cleaning supply. The bathroom was soaking wet from the sealing to the floor. The sink did not have plumbing but was draining to the floor and from there to the sewer. The bathroom wall had a small pipe sticking out that constantly dripped water to the floor. "Luckily,'' we were provided plastic slippers (1 pair) to be used in the bathroom due to constantly wet floors. Too bad the slippers were female size and didn't fit my husband. The only place to take showers was on top of the toilet seat. The beds were not made properly, and the sheets had stains on them. So did the walls. The beds were so hard we couldn't sleep on our sides. Like floor-level hard. The TV didn't work. The table had pieces missing from it. The door didn't have a safety chain. The building was open for anyone to walk in unnoticed since the reception was on the 10th (the top) floor. The dryer was broken. The breakfast area was crowded, and everyone had to fry their own eggs. One guy hogged the frying pan for half an hour to cook dozen eggs and dozen ham slices for himself. I thought for a while he was working there. We were booked for three nights but left for another hotel after one night.

Very old, very unhygienic, bathroom had mold

地下鉄の駅がすぐ近く、10Fの窓からキラキラ光る海が見えました。光復路や釜山タワー、夜遅くまでやっている飲食店も多く、市場でショッピングや食べ歩きをするにも便利です。 お部屋は狭いですが清潔です。タオル、ドライヤー、ソープ類はありましたが、歯ブラシ、クシ、髭剃りがなかったので、ダイソーで買いました。 朝食付き、リーズナブル、立地が最高なので、また利用したいです。

櫃台人員服務態度良好,早餐DIY也很豐盛(除了油煙很臭不通風),離地鐵出站1分鐘很便利, 唯一唯一也是非常嚴重的缺點:房間非常不乾淨(床單被單枕頭都髒污,懷疑根本沒更換),住了一個晚上噴嚏打了至少30個以上,只要進房間就開始,出房間就好了,已經有吃強效過敏藥還這麼誇張,可見有多髒,還好只住一晚

住宿位置離逛街和美食餐廳都很近，交通也十分方便。床單和枕頭套還有毛巾都略有污漬，清潔度可以再加強。有免費的早餐，cp值不錯。

ゲストハウスとはいうものの個室でトイレ、シャワーが完備されているためプレイバシーは守られています。地下鉄の出入り口もすぐそばで立地も抜群です。部屋は清潔に保たれていてまったく問題なし。難を言えば壁が薄く、隣の音がよくある聞こえます。今回で3回目の利用ですがすごく満足しています。

Location was great, place was comfortable just had a huge issue with the toilet that had issues flushing and the corner kept falling off so then we had to keep digging into the tank to put the cap back on, was told there was nothing they could do to fix it, happened multiple times a day which was super annoying and seemed really unhygienic. Would recommend for the location, room was smaller than expected but we only came back to sleep.

People like her are not qualified to be at the front desk.

The room was smaller than we expected (from the photos), and the bathroom was also small. Also the capacity of the fridge in our room was VERY small. On the other hand, the bed was very comfortable, Wi-Fi wasfast, and TV was good. Breakfast included a pleasing range of items. Overall wewerehappy withour 1-night there. This is agood place for a short stay

The guesthouse is right in the heart of the action. Just steps from Nampodong Street, Jagalchi Market, Gwangbokro Culture and Fashion Street, and the subway station, it made exploring Busan incredibly convenient. This is a budget-friendly option, but it doesn't skimp on quality. My room was clean and comfortable. Note the bathroom is typical Korean style, which doesn’t have a bathtub. The included breakfast was generous and a great way to start the day. The staff was friendly and helpful, willing to answer questions and offer recommendations.

깨끗하고 대부분직원은 친절하였는데 체크아웃때 불친절산 안내가 있었음 매우 불쾌했지만 떠나는 입장이라 내의지대로 행동했다.

Terrible, small, and unmaintained bedroom. The bathroom is uncomfortable; you can't shower unless you're a contortionist, and even then, everything gets wet and flooded. One of the girls at the reception was completely unfriendly and impolite, which is terrible. I would have given more stars, because even with the bathroom issues and room size, the location is convenient. However, the terrible attitude of the receptionist makes me give only one star. People like her are not qualified to be at the front desk.

Réceptionniste de jour très désagréable, qui passe son temps sur son téléphone plutôt que de simplement vous dire " bonjour" J'ai demandé un service par mail , je n'ai jamais eu de retour. C'est pas cheret bien situé, mais l'expérience relation client est très mitigé voir mauvaise.

The location is excellent, and the entire atmosphere is spotless and inviting. Check-in and check-out were simple, and the staff was exceptionally courteous. Their care for the environment and minimalist style are truly admirable. The breakfast and the view were absolutely breathtaking. If the rating scale went up to 10, I would give this place a 12. Thank you for making my two-night stay so memorable and beautiful. I truly hope to return one day. Now I understand what shopping really means—because a little part of my heart is in Nampodong. ❤️

We stayed here for 3 nights and were super happy with our stay! Room was really neat and clean, and the breakfast was simple but good. The hotel is right next to the metro entrance, and if you take the bus from Seoul express bus terminal to Busan bus terminal, you can take the same metro line all the way to the hotel, which is super nice! The most popular tourist spots and attractions are around a 30-60 min bus drive away from the hotel. If you’re craving some local street food, there is a really nice food market a few blocks down the street. Would highly recommend staying here!<3

ゲストハウスながら、個室で安眠できるのは良かったです。 テレビも部屋の割に大きく色んな放送が観れました。 もっとも心配したシャワーとトイレ一体スタイルですが、自宅でも派手に浴びてないので、便器は濡らさず、そこまで不快になることはありませんでした。 サンダルもあるし、シングルスタイルだし、そう思えば問題ありませんね。 立地は南浦駅1番出口でて、そのまま1分歩けば道沿いにあり至便です。 大きな道路沿いなので、女性でも不安なくアクセスできます。 レセプション10階で下の階に部屋があります。レセプションのあるリビングロビーからの眺望は素晴らしいです！ が、 部屋からの眺望は良くありません。 窓の隙間をティッシュで塞いでいて笑えましたので、そこは割り切りましょう。 何より料金が安く、 コストパフォーマンスはとても良いです。次回もシングルトリップで南浦エリアに泊まりたい場合は、選択肢に入ると思います！

交通方便，南浦洞一號出口，很快便找到。接待處在10樓，可以看到釜山大橋。一人房間比較細，但是價錢合理。很近釜山塔，樂天mall。

We stayed for ten days, did not spend that much time in the room but it was a great location so a good starting point for exploring. We walked from and to busan train station on arrival and departure without any issues (we had two big suitcases).

It was one of the best hotels with all the amenities I wanted to get at low price, including a washer and a dryer, free breakfast, maid service, all day coffee and tea, toiletries, and more. It was maintained clean, nice and cozy by a staff during business hours. Conveniently and closely located in Busan hot tourist attractions and to Nampo subway station. I enjoyed staying at this place, hearty breakfast I made with eggs and ham. The bathroom was a little too tiny even for me.
