Property was so well kept and clean. It was a beautiful property, nice room, and accommodating for a late flight. Breakfast was good as well. Only thing that couldve elevated our stay would have been an airport shuttle.

I really enjoyed the convience of having a bar and restaurant on site that was open the weekends. The bartender Jennifer was phenomenal! Very friendly and made a great variety of drinks. Also, the daily continental breakfast was a huge plus too! The only complaint I have is that there were not any washers working, so I had to pay for laundry service.

First when I booked the hotel it said there was a pool. Well it doesn't have one. Second the noise from the window AC was bad when it was running. Last the maid stated they only clean every other day Had to ask for toilet paper twice when she should have noticed no extra roll was available. Breakfast was good a lot of nice choices.

The staff was great. The room was above average; but, admittedly, the layout was odd and not the most utilitarian. The "bathroom" sink was outside of the bathroom with zero privacy. Overall the hotel, amenities, and staff were above average; HOWEVER, I was EXTREMELY disappointed to learn - AFTER I'D ALREADY MADE THE BOOKING - that there would be a $35 per night PARKING FEE. This charge should have been listed in the price - the price I CHOSE AND PREPAID based on the LISTED PRICE in Hotels.com. The fact that this fee was sprung on my at the time of my arrival DID NOT SIT WELL WITH ME. If I paid an agreed upon price, I should have been charged the agreed upon price ONLY, and not have been subjected to a SURPRISE FEE as it should be ASSUMED that we would have a vehicle and the price should have been INCLUDED in the price I paid PRIOR to our arrival. I am not happy with Hilton and I am even more upset with you, Hotels.com.

Check in was great, quick, easy and staff was friendly. Parking was easy and safe. Asked for extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed ad there was none in the room, it was delivered efficiently. Room appeared in good condition, was quiet except a small bit of road noise. The breakfast was good breakfast area was comfortable. Unfortunately when we pulled out the sofa bed later in the evening the bedding on it was stained with a few different body fluids and toe nails sitting on it. When front desk was informed and shown photos they sent up clean bedding but and the staff person took the soiled linens from the bed. No offer to switch rooms, re make the bed, or reimburse any credit for the inconvenience.

Front desk at check in was great. However the bathroom in our room had hair everywhere, it was disgusting. I wiped it up myself and the paper towelnwas filthy which tells me the did notvwas the floor. They did not vacuum either. We asked the following day to have our room cleaned and they forgot. So that evening Ibasked front desk for fresh towels and they brought them up. They had hair all over them ,sovI returned them and third time was a charm. Asked them to clean our room on the third day of our stay and again no vacuuming was done. Just odd.

Clean and spacious room. Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. Guest room floors are only accessible with a room key scanned in the elevator. It was my first time staying here and I would stay here again if I had business in the area.

Clean, nice breakfast, & spacious rooms. However, the beds were horrible unless you like sleeping on boards. Our mattress at home is pretty firm but for the cost of staying here they should have better quality of mattresses.

Traffic noise was loud overnight in our room, two lamps were missing light bulbs, there was no phone, the bathroom door didn't fit well so you had to shove it hard to get it open or closed and that was loud, the bedroom door had a terrible squeak so it was impossible to quietly exit without waking others up, the suite was supposed to accommodate 4 but there was only bedding for 2, and the room had an unpleasant odor. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean, lots of parking.

My only complaint is the room design regarding which staff obviously has no say. When I think of a suite I I expect a door to close off the beds from the living area and kitchenette and there was not one. Had I been staying for more than one night that would have been a real issue. Perhaps other rooms have that feature?

It was further from the harbor area then we thought, but the hotel was clean, the room was very spacious (we had a king suite) and the free breakfast was great. I wish parking was free but doesnt seem to be the case anywhere in Boston

Awesome property. A hidden gem. It is literally 10 seconds off of the highway. Good combination of local and chain restaurants right around it. Less than 10 minute drive to downtown Boston parking. The rooms were huge. A two queen room have a whole separate sitting area with its own tv. Full size refrigerator, microwave, bowls and glasses. Half the price of a simple 200 ft room in Boston itself. A whole lot easier to park here. Stay here, pay the $24 for 24 hours parking underground underneath Boston Commons and your set for a day on the freedom trail.

Check in staff was rude. Did not even tell me the room number. Room was visibly dusty and sheets did not appear fresh upon arrival. Also, only three towels for four people. Our experience with Homewood Suites is usually much better than this.

Our flight was late, so we didn't get to the hotel until 1:30am. I had called them a couple of days before, and they assured us that it wasn't a problem. Unfortunately, someone on the dayshift made a mistake and gave our room away. They were full by the time we got there, so they booked us at the hotel across the street, and they paid for it. They also reimbursed us for the night at their hotel, so we got that night for free. We moved in the next morning, and were put on the 2nd floor. We should have asked to move up. There is NO insulation between floors, and the guy above us made more noise than we had ever heard in a hotel before just from walking! But, as he moved out and others moved in, we realized the hotel was just cheaply designed. For 8 nights, we heard stomping back and forth. One night, there was a huge group that surrounded our room. They had music up so loud that we could hear it four doors down. They were also smoking pot, and since there's a huge gap between the door and the wall with a strong draft into the room, it filled our room. We called the front desk, and they handled it immediately. The group was kicked out! I'd say the staff is phenomenal! They went above and beyond and were so friendly. The hotel itself looks pretty on the outside, but I wouldn't probably stay in any Homewood Suites again unless I can guarantee a room on the top floor.

But, as he moved out and others moved in, we realized the hotel was just cheaply designed. For 8 nights, we heard stomping back and forth. One night, there was a huge group that surrounded our room. They had music up so loud that we could hear it four doors down. They were also smoking pot, and since there's a huge gap between the door and the wall with a strong draft into the room, it filled our room. We called the front desk, and they handled it immediately. The group was kicked out! I'd say the staff is phenomenal! They went above and beyond and were so friendly. The hotel itself looks pretty on the outside, but I wouldn't probably stay in any Homewood Suites again unless I can guarantee a room on the top floor.

Hotel key system was not working. Had to go to reception every time you wanted to get back in your room. Someone then needed follow you to your room. I had to switch rooms because of constant beeping coming from the air conditioner.

We checked in 4:30 PM though the reserved room was not ready yet and it took 45 minutes to enter the room. Otherwise the room is spacious and clean.

Everyone at the Front Desk was helpful and wonderful during our stay! A special "Shout Out" and "Thank You" to Mario, part of the Maintenance Staff, who was able to quickly fix the lock on our Room's Door! :) Also, thank you to Everyone who prepares the delicious Breakfasts that we enjoyed!!

We had a very nice stay. The room was clean, and we enjoyed the continental breakfast. It was a 15 minute drive to downtown Boston without traffic—closer to 30 with morning traffic. We would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location. 3 blocks from commuter train into Boston’s north station or Salem, 4 blocks from large grocery store and 4 to 5 blocks from nice restaurant or fast food. Felt safe walking to all locations.

Absolutely killer location! Short walk to train and bus station to get into downtown. Also close to freeway for a quick road trip up to Salem. Breakfast was great and they made sure to keep it stocked all morning for breakfast time. 10/10 would return and recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. Coming into the neighborhood I was concerned about chosing this location but the hotel was clean, safe and easy to Uber to downtown.

Awesome property. A hidden gem. It is literally 10 seconds off of the highway. Good combination of local and chain restaurants right around it. Less than 10 minute drive to downtown Boston parking. The rooms were huge. A two queen room have a whole separate sitting area with its own tv. Full size refrigerator, microwave, bowls and glasses. Half the price of a simple 200 ft room in Boston itself. A whole lot easier to park here. Stay here, pay the $24 for 24 hours parking underground underneath Boston Commons and your set for a day on the freedom trail.

Great location near Boston, and transportation into the city within walking distance. Excellent facility with very good front desk staff. Daily breakfast was definitely a highlight. Very fast check-in/check-out.

Its about 7 to 10 minutes to walk to the bus and you can get anywhere from there once there. Nice hot breakfast bar that was constantly replenished.

I really enjoyed the convience of having a bar and restaurant on site that was open the weekends. The bartender Jennifer was phenomenal! Very friendly and made a great variety of drinks. Also, the daily continental breakfast was a huge plus too! The only complaint I have is that there were not any washers working, so I had to pay for laundry service.

First when I booked the hotel it said there was a pool. Well it doesn't have one. Second the noise from the window AC was bad when it was running. Last the maid stated they only clean every other day Had to ask for toilet paper twice when she should have noticed no extra roll was available. Breakfast was good a lot of nice choices.

The cleaning staff removed three bags of newly purchased items from the room and we were never able to get them back. It should’ve been obvious to any reasonable person that those bags were not full of garbage. We notified the front desk staff twice. The front desk clerk took a picture of the receipt of the items we had to re-purchase and said he would talk to the manager. The manager never contacted me. I never had anything like this happen before. I’m very disappointed with the response of the staff. I plan on bringing this up with their corporate complaint department.

For the past couple of years, hotels have not explicitly stated on their website how often housekeeping is done. When I checked in, I was told that housekeeping was done every other day. This did not happen during the first days of my stay. However, the Front Desk was very kind and solved the problem immediately. Therefore, I would say that despite this incident, the hotel fulfilled my expectations.
