Staff was amazing. The first week was nice the second week the hall is on the 6th floor so they had conferences 3 days in a row and very noisy we complain and after the second day they moved us. Second room had ants the fumigated the next night I had ants crawling all over me. Right after we complained we was moved back up to the 6 th floor. Again the staff was great.

The outside looks great but the rooms themselves are outdated and old. The restaurant is pretty good and they actually have ICE that they will pass out with you having to order anything, which is amazing to say the least.

I have stayed here a few times already this year. I have raised issues every time too. The staff are trying their very best with the available and provided resources but the issues here are related to management. The breakfast is finish by 09.00 and there's sometimes nothing left. The showers are connected to the ceilings and wonder why too. You checked into the hotel earlier in the day but no towels available in the bathrooms including lack of toilet rolls until 8pm. The Laundry staff are absolutely excellent. The fridge never worked even when they say its fixed. So be careful of destructibles At first checking, there's always a foul smell in the rooms no matter which one you pay for. The junior and attending staff are courteous and always willing to offer " We are dealing with it sir". Car parking is good and security is fine too. Finally, you get an early phone call letting you know your extra charges if not checked out on time. A serious management anorexic service

Location and prices are fair but the facilities needs updates. The rooms are being refurbished but the toilets aren't at this time. The elevator keeps breaking down and we had to use the staircase. Front office staff are polite, pleasant and friendly.

This is a substandard hotel, in my view. Although the outside of the premises and the reception area are ok, the condition of my room was poor. On entry, the room smelt bad, with this bad odour emanating from the bathroom. The wardrobe and fittings are old and tired, and the refrigerator in thenroon did not work (i pointed this out to the staff, but nothing was done). The beddings and towels were threadbare and tired, and the rather idiosyncratic choice of TV channels often didnt always work. There was a frustrating 2 day period when the WiFi was down and nobod seemed to know what to do about it. The staff were always polite, but not always able to help. Insuspect that this was once a fine hotel but it urgently needs investment and a facelift.

The property is good. The staff were really helpful. They did all they possible could to make you feel comfortable. There was noise from, i believe, a club not far from the hotel but it may be a concern for light sleepers.

There was no WiFi for 3 and a half days which completely ruined my stay there. They didn't give any reason why, provide any updates or have any solutions. I ended up having to use my Data Roaming which cost a lot of money

Perfect location, excellent staff,from the reception to the cleaners and the restaurant staff are all nice,cheerfull and very helpful. They pay attention to your needs and do their best to make your stay very welcoming. Also the sucurity departments are excellent. I will recommend this place anytime. If you are flying from abroad,be rest asure you are welocme here. The price is also not bad and the restaurant offers buffet 😋 I love it.

The hotel looked like a luxury hotel upon arrival. No complaints about the bell man. Once you have paid, the service is terrible, air conditioner, was not blowing cool air, the door lock didn’t function properly. My husband called twice for the room to be cleaned and nobody came. This hotel is too pricey for bad service.

I stayed at the hotel for a night even though I extended by stay by booking for an additional night. Initially, I was indifferent with my experience at the hotel, however things got worse when the hotel stated fumugating their rooms and coeridors while still having customers in their rooms. This i considered as a health hazard and very risky to human health. I developed a mini sour throats and cough from this experience. I stayed at the hotel for a night even though I extended by stay by booking for an additional night. Initially, I was indifferent with my experience at the hotel, however things got worse when the hotel stated fumugating their rooms and coeridors while still having customers in their rooms. This i considered as a health hazard and very risky to human health. I developed a mini sour throats and cough from this experience. Perfect location, excellent staff,from the reception to the cleaners and the restaurant staff are all nice,cheerfull and very helpful. They pay attention to your needs and do their best to make your stay very welcoming. Also the sucurity departments are excellent. I will recommend this place anytime. If you are flying from abroad,be rest asure you are welocme here. The price is also not bad and the restaurant offers buffet 😋 I love it.

The property is good. The staff were really helpful. They did all they possible could to make you feel comfortable. There was noise from, i believe, a club not far from the hotel but it may be a concern for light sleepers.

7 night at this hotel was worth it. The staff were nice and professional, the food was very good, the air condition ( which matters most to me ) was very cold. I felt safe . Other the other hand they need to make the tv clearer and fix the wifi on 3 Rd floor like it is very strong on the ground floor. Everything else was awesome.

Location and prices are fair but the facilities needs updates. The rooms are being refurbished but the toilets aren't at this time. The elevator keeps breaking down and we had to use the staircase. Front office staff are polite, pleasant and friendly.

Wifi not working. Breakfast are included only for one person but in room are two. I stayed 2 days but in second day not bringing anything from soup and shampoo. But area are fine. Parking car are safe.. Thank you

The outside looks great but the rooms themselves are outdated and old. The restaurant is pretty good and they actually have ICE that they will pass out with you having to order anything, which is amazing to say the least.

There is nothing special about this accommodation. The Wifi is a mess, the room produce repugnant smells after cleansing. Dinning staffs are rude to to me. I could go and on.

I have stayed here a few times already this year. I have raised issues every time too. The staff are trying their very best with the available and provided resources but the issues here are related to management. The breakfast is finish by 09.00 and there's sometimes nothing left. The showers are connected to the ceilings and wonder why too. You checked into the hotel earlier in the day but no towels available in the bathrooms including lack of toilet rolls until 8pm. The Laundry staff are absolutely excellent. The fridge never worked even when they say its fixed. So be careful of destructibles At first checking, there's always a foul smell in the rooms no matter which one you pay for. The junior and attending staff are courteous and always willing to offer " We are dealing with it sir". Car parking is good and security is fine too. Finally, you get an early phone call letting you know your extra charges if not checked out on time. A serious management anorexic service

I don’t think I’ve experienced such horrible and poor service in a long time. I mean, the locks on the doors weren’t even working, yet we were told, “They are not responsible for your properties.” How am I supposed to check into a hotel, leave my belongings in the room, and not feel secure knowing they could easily be tampered with? We had to change rooms THREE times, and somehow, each room was worse than the last! And don’t even get me started on the food. The whole experience was extremely disappointing. They seriously need to do better.
