It was great! Clean and wide room! Lot of spots for overnight parking

We were supposed to get 3 king rooms. One got a double and complete different floor. We a week ahead and we’re there exactly at 4 to check in. Seemed like it was because we went through “ 3rd party”. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was pretty cold too.

When i booked this thought it had ev car changing on property but didn't. So had to find somewhere to change our ev car.

Walkable. Close to restaurants. Clean. Breakfast items abundant & good. Dog friendly

Large, clean rooms. Crisp AC. Great service with front desk staff. Pool was small but pretty clean. Shower was hot with good water pressure.

Fellow dog lovers will appreciate that pets are actually welcomed rather than just tolerated at this hotel. There is a large, clean walking area and our first floor room made airing our very convenient.

Hotel tends to be noisy due to its construction - walls and floors are thin, which exacerbates the noise of kids running in the halls and banging the barn style bathroom doors. Bed was squeaky, but large and comfortable. Bathroom was bright and clean. Low entry shower was large. Ability to turn water on from the entry end is a nice feature. Quiet location. Parking was well lit and we felt safe there. Breakfast was meh - Holiday Inn Express breakfast is better. No EV charging so we'll look elsewhere next time.

Stayed 3 nights, room was ok. nothing spectaculary clean. There are just few places to eat around the area. The pool was dirty, thank God it was closed, it should be taken care, it was memorial weekend. The breakfast is very limited, the staff not friendly or pleasant at all, they are rude except for the oldest front desk lady. The others think they are doing you a favor by letting you stay there or eat. Will never stay there again especially because of the employees.

Very nice and clean. Nice pool. Quiet rooms. Love the phone check in, out and virtual key service. Comfortable beds!

Got to the hotel a day early, they accommodated me for the night which I appreciate. Sadly, this establishment accepts dogs and the room they placed me in smelt like dog pee and I couldn’t get the blinds to shut and a light lit up the room like a Xmas tree. Unfortunately the first night I got zero sleep. However, with that being said in the morning I went and spoke to the front desk and they remedied the issue ASAP. The lovely lady even went and cleaned out one of the rooms that just checked out so I could to sleep. The room was extremely clean, smelt wonderful, and made the rest of the trip worth it. I gave it four stars due to the initial issue. I will be returning just making sure I don’t get a room that smells bad.

Vanity sink had clogged drain. We requested maintenance but it wasn’t fixed. Failed to service our room one out of our four days. All staff people were pleasant and courteous!!

My room smelled horrible like an old shoe. Please shampoo, carpets or wash curtains. Or wash linens. Shower and mold crevices of doors. Most nights noise level was decent one night had a loud group above us making noise till about midnight and then decided to get up at 7 AM and started all over again.

Where to even start. The bathtub had not been cleaned and the bathtub drain wouldn’t drain. It had previous guests hair left behind. Upon dressing my kids for bed I saw a syringe and needle with blood up the wall. ( thank goodness my kids didn’t find it!) service desk apologized and offered a snack and new room. Once in the new room the bathroom floors were dirty and the floors not vacuumed.

The staff is really nice, we were on the 2nd floor and we had children in the room above us that didn’t lets my husband and I sleep all night jump and throwing things on the floor. I called the front desk they spoke with the parents they kept the kids quiet for 5 mins after that they began again. It started for 2:30am until 9:30am hotel is nice but I won’t stay here again. The wall are super thin and can hear everything from the other room.

The room seemed new but not completed. Toilet and bathroom needs to be fixed. Also, the construction seemed to be lacking proper insulation, upstairs guest could be heard walking around.

Great room, nice breakfast. Only problem was the first night, kids running up and down the hall knocking on doors and making a lot of noise.

Not quite at all. The room above ours made a lot of noise until midnight. After that, it continued making noise throughout the night. My baby woke up all night due to the noise. We called the reception to complain and noticed that the noise got much worse afterward. Additionally, the blackout curtain did not close properly, and the light came straight into our faces since the bed was in front of the window. Our intention was to relax, but it was quite stressful. We didn't leave in the middle of the night only because of the baby.

Stay was decent, hotel staff was friendly and environment was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. Only had time for Breakfast one morning, and would rate their food prep and offerings above average! Biggest gripe was the fact the hotel has wood floors. I was on 1st floor and people above me were quite loud. Would never book anything other highest floor going forward, building carries too much sound.

Got to hotel at 1 AM. They told us our room was canceled. We showed them confirmation and said we did not cancel and we were never notified. Hotels.com said the reservation was not canceled. Front desk said they had a room and tried to charge us $260. I said we are not paying anymore than what we originally paid since we did not cancel the reservation. So she said okay and lowered the rate. She then said she had to double check that the room was clean before giving us the keys. She went upstairs and said the room was dirty and she had to take care of the other guest then she would go clean it herself (because housekeeping wasn’t there AT 2AM at this point) We left after being LIED FOR 1 HOUR STRAIGHT AT 2 AM

As always the service was awesome. I arrived extremely early (10:30 am) asked if i could get an eatly check in. Well she didn't have a room at that time understandable but she called housekeeping and they got my room ready and i was able to check in by 12:30 pm.

The best part of this hotel was the staff. Bridget was friendly, kind, and would go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need. The cleaning staff folded the toilet paper into a rose, the tissues into a bow tie, and the towels into a swan! The second afternoon we were down in the lobby playing cards when they walked in with a crock part full of chicken soup and a platter of cookies! We were so impressed by all of the effort everyone at this hotel made to make sure their guests were comfortable and happy. In addition, the rooms were updated, clean and comfortable. Very nice!

Our reservation was cancelled prior to arrival by previous staff with no communication. Hotel was booked fully so we were left stranded with no rooms. Very very disappointed. Poor night front desk agent did not know why our room was cancelled with no reason. Very very unprofessional

I did the booking at 4pm i got the confirmation by email when i got to the hotel at 10pm they told the price was wrong on the website and i have to pay extra 200 dollars or i have to cancel the reservation That is not my fault their system had a glitch The receptionist lady canceled my reservation and told me you booked through expidea go deal with them

We arrived late due to airline delays, but the hotel staff accommodated us very nicely. We ordered extra amenities, and they were delivered promptly.

The property is overbooking. They are understaffed. They attempted to check my family into a room that had not been cleaned. They lost both reservations made through Expedia so we were forced to find another alternative for the weekend. What staff they did have is overburdened. The place is Completely mismanaged. They need help.

Stay was great, the staff was helpful and courteous. Being on a major street made the street side room a bit noisy but not to bad.

Free breakfast, service is excellent, 30 minutes drive to Niagara Falls but is a nice drive and not busy road.

Nice location, 30 min drive to Niagara Falls it’s straight local road without traffic. The hotel is located near to lot of food chains, Walmart is also near by, so it’s located in a very convenient place. Hotel is neat and has a good breakfast option.

We loved the Hotel. The location is great, about 20 mins drive from Niagara Falls. The room was very clean, there’s plenty of parking and staff is very polite and courteous and they have a decent breakfast buffet. The property is well maintained. We loved the pool too. I would visit again.

It is a great location for those looking to stay relatively close to UB. Very clean and accommodating.

Nice facility but rooms seemed small for the cost and breakfast was limited. Up to date and very clean but seemed like a two star facility at three star price. Very limited dining or nightlife close.

Warm and welcoming staff. Great hotel out of the way for a weekend of shopping and fun. Breakfast area was great, clean (our #1 factor), fresh and plentiful. The hotel was full yet the food area was very well managed. Hotel gym is above average. Definitely recommend.

My family & I absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel was in great proximity to Highmark Stadium (about 45 minutes with traffic) The rooms were great, the pool was wonderful & the breakfast was fantastic. Very clean, quiet & safe. Will definitely stay here again!!

The room was very nice but when we 1st entered the room there was gold fish crackers on the floor, but we picked it up. The sheets were too small for the bed, kept coming off the mattress. the room was overall nice and quiet. Breakfast was okay. Hampton used to have a nice spread, but has really cut back choices to where it is like any other hotel breakfast.

When I checked in they were like if there is anything wrong with your room let us know. Bc they already had a few complaints , example were food left in floorsfWell we didn’t find the pee sheet until we went to bed then the next day it was on the pillow. The food was okay the 1st day the next day they ran out of plates and had everyone had to use bowls. Have one of your staff run to the store. The juice machine was broken and they were not able to get it fix. It has a weird smell through the elevator and hall way. They had wet floor sign in the elevator but when they cleaned our floor there was no wet floor sign it was really slippery.When I went to check out I think the lady was new and she took picture of the computer screen to set it to her manager that was unprofessional. They have a sticker that say only call to get your room cleaned, we called bc we ran out toilet paper, they took our towels that we had hanging up to use again and didn’t leave us toilet paper and only left two towels and no floor map. So we had to call for more toilet paper and towels. Went to the pool and they ran out of towels there. So we had to ask for towels before we got into the pool.they told me when I checked in that the pool was heated but it cleanly wasn’t . The ac was broken downstairs but it was extremely cold on our floor. At breakfast I watched there back office door and they had a lot of people who appeared to be visiting. The staff was really nice and everything looked nice and new.

Hotels.com information is incorrect on pet fee. Site says $50 per stay and it is actually $75 per night. DO NOT STAY HERE, especially if you have a pet. Apparently pet owners feel they can just leave their dog's poop on the grounds hoping staff will clean it up, and they don't. Light in bathrooms was out and shower gel would not open. Breakfast items were not readily replenished and waffle iron did not work. We stayed here because other family was staying here. I wish we had stayed elsewhere; it would have been much cheaper and potentially nicer. If we get back to this area, we will choose another location.

First of all, I have been traveling with my family 3-4 long trips a year, and have been a night stay our way to Florida, but this hotel made me rethinking on booking again. For the price, I paid around four hundred bucks for two nights, and in return what we got 1/staring staff, they don't greet but just stare at you. During check-in, we tried Hilton's digital keys which never worked, nor our selected room was available, so the Hilton hotel App (Hampton Inn is a part of the chain) is a myth!!! Now for the breakfast, if you arrive around 8:45 am, there is almost NO breakfast at all. I would definitely expect if the breakfast time is 6 to 10, then at 8:45, there must be breakfast available. Today while checking out on June 21, 2025, No muffins, no orange juice and almost NONE available! Expedia and Google just collect the reviews but never sends to their managers or leadership to improve on staffing personnel, breakfast needs and anything else! I paid hefty price for the service we got, 2 adults and 7 years and 11 years kids! Bakwas Hotel!!!!

The area needing the most improvement would be the breakfast options. Below average options. The quality of the food was also below average. Was overall disappointed of the quality when comparing it to the price paid.
