Wir haben ein paar wundervolle Tage im Schlosshotel Galicia Nueva verbracht – und sind restlos begeistert. Unser Zimmer war hervorragend ausgestattet, sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das gesamte Schloss ist in einem exzellenten Zustand – elegant, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert. Es fühlt sich wirklich an wie eine Reise in eine andere Zeit, ohne auf moderne Annehmlichkeiten verzichten zu müssen. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Ambiente einzigartig.

Das gesamte Schloss ist in einem exzellenten Zustand – elegant, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert. Es fühlt sich wirklich an wie eine Reise in eine andere Zeit, ohne auf moderne Annehmlichkeiten verzichten zu müssen. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Ambiente einzigartig.

Location is usually a priority in choosing a hotel: Close to transportation, attractions, restaurants and shops. Glacia Neuva isn’t located close to anything. Two hours from Bratislava or from Kosice, this hotel is a destination. (if you have more money than time, the hotel has a helipad.) The blue edifice with a commanding views in all directions, retains the majesty of its origins as a 600 year old castle, Elegant and rich in history, this hotel is more than worth the journey.

Fantastic hotel set in an 800 year old castle. Stunning building, rooms beautifully furnished with all amenities, delightful castle grounds, magnificent setting for the restaurant with quality food. Breakfast excellent too. Difficulty with room keys on arrival and had to return to reception for replacements. On entering room discovered that room was not as originally booked on hotels.com website. After again returning to reception and lengthy dialogue with staff that our room was incorrect the problem was finally sorted. Not the best arrival at a hotel !! Wellness centre was superb and the young man running the centre provided a great service with total professionalism and a smiling face. Would definitely return. Outstanding hotel.
