Excellent location! Quick access to the beach, water taxi to Ibiza port/Dalt Vila, and tour boats to Formentera. Walkable to shops and restaurants along the coast. Beautiful rooftop pool and restaurant with the best views. Super friendly and attentive staff. Our suite was spacious with decent amenities, but it felt somewhat dated and lived-in. Hopefully, it's remodeled before our next stay.

excellent location and easy 15 minute walk into central ibiza. Was given a seafront room which had excellent views. Excellent amenities in room. The rooftop pool and bar were relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Such an amazing stay at their suites. The views from their rooftop infinity pool was breathtaking. I would stay here again if I ever come back. The area is also safe and less rowdy compared to Playa Den Bossa or San Antoni.

Excelente local, moderno, atendimento impecavel de todos recepcionistas, estacionamento ótimo com muita qualidade e rapidez. Roof top com ótimo restaurante, super legal, atendimento ótimo e preços sem exploração. Único defeito: não entendi a cama não ser de casal king, e sim duas camas juntas de baixa qualidade e muito desconfortáveis contrastando com as roupas de cama e banho de ótimas qualidades

My husband and I had a fabulous stay. The location is perfect, nearby plenty of walkable restaurants (with exceptional food!), shops, and beaches. The service was very responsive and amenities (laundry, pool, gym) were all great. Highly recommend and we will be returning!

Amazing stay at One Ibiza Suites. This was my second time staying there, rooms are so spacious and clean, the pool is great too. The staff really made the stay though, so attentive and welcoming. They went above and beyond for my birthday and our entire stay. The vibes, the food, drinks and location were great. Will definitely be staying again on future visits! Highly recommended.

I stayed here with my 15 Yr old daughter for just one night in October. This hotel really is amazing. It is modern, trendy, clean, friendly and very pink! We were offered a complimentary drink in the roof top bar on arrival, which was very nice. The infinity rooftop pool is just lovely, as are the beds. Towels are in abundance. The rooms are spotless, and we were lucky enough to get an upgrade from courtyard view to sea view. The wine, robes and slippers were an added treat. I didn't eat breakfast there, but it did look very nice, not your average breakfast, but at $35 a head I guess it must be good. We had snacks and drinks in the rooftop bar at sunset, just beautiful! The hotel offer a very courteous bag storage, and they offer changing facilities with showers which is so handy if you have a late flight home. The reception staff / concierge really cannot do enough for you. We'll be back for sure, and next time for longer.

Closer to an Aparthotel than a full-fledge hotel. Interesting concept. Shower and lavabos were all clogged, was the same a few years back when i stayed there. Maybe a structural plumbing issue? Overall expect a solid 4-star equivalent rather than a 5-star, even if it is priced like one.

The worst 5-star hotel I have ever stayed in. Our room had such a strong smell of mold and dampness that it gave us headaches, and we felt completely congested throughout the stay. The room was severely water-damaged, as the floor tiles all over the room sank when you walked on them. The room was unbearably humid – you couldn’t put on makeup inside because the mirrors fogged up, not to mention drying or styling your hair. The bathroom was full of black mold, and the so-called Balmain toiletries had been refilled with something entirely different. For example, the shampoo bottle was full of water mixed with some soap, and it was so diluted that it couldn’t actually wash anything. When booking, extra benefits were promised for Expedia Gold members, such as early/late check-in and room upgrades, but none of these were available. The restaurant food (upstairs) was really poor. And I will add picture about the furniture - tilted shelf didn't give 5 stars either

Beautiful hotel next to the beach. Easy to walk everywhere, good location. Smaller pool and a nice poolbar on the roof, great sun beds. The room was of good size even for 3p and the beds and pillows were really comfy. Great breakfast and the service was excellent. Highly recommend.

The room is very spacious and very nice to have a kitchenette. Extra towels were easily available. I would not rate this a five star hotel though. The door to the room is very thin. The service for dinner in the lobby was very slow. I unfortunately landed when there was a really bad storm and the hotel offered zero support to assist me. I would prefer to stay at a hotel where I feel like a valued guest and to know if anything happens, you have the support of the hotel in a foreign country. It is a good location if you’re looking to stay closer to the airport / Ibiza town. There is a small rooftop pool that is nice to relax around.

Ok property. Can be enough for your stay in visa. Was expensive for the value I got. Room is big but equipments are a bit on the older side and look low quality. Location is close from the old city and shopping area but you still need to walk 12-15 mins In retrospect, I would find a hotel in one of the Main Street shops f i am to focus on old city shopping and dining

Amazing stay at One Ibiza. Super-friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Great apartments with blue tooth speakers, efficient air con and coffee machine. Roof top is definitely worth visiting. The beer was cold and the menu excellent. Best place I've stayed in the Figueretes/Playa d'en Bossa area.

As we are checking in the front desk lady gets our name wrong, then another front desk man gives us a bill (of another guest staying there) for us to sign and pay for. As we are checking in the front desk lady gets our name wrong, then another front desk man gives us a bill (of another guest staying there) for us to sign and pay for. Amazing stay at One Ibiza Suites. This was my second time staying there, rooms are so spacious and clean, the pool is great too. The staff really made the stay though, so attentive and welcoming. They went above and beyond for my birthday and our entire stay. The vibes, the food, drinks and location were great. Will definitely be staying again on future visits! Highly recommended.

I’m always disappointed by Ibiza, so we try and balance this with a good hotel. This place gives the impression it’s luxury modern and chic but there’s lots of little improvements needed if it’s to justify the cost. But The most disappointing of all was leaving. We had to be out at 8 am and arrived for breakfast shortly before, where most of it was set up and ready. The breakfast staff virtually ignored us despite agreeing we could sit and have a quick bite before we had to work. No offer of a coffee, just plain rude. This is in direct contrast to the other members of who were very welcoming. Shame really as we’ll look elsewhere when we return.

Great location, buffet has many options including cook to order eggs benedict. Some issues included our balcony lock did not work. Also it took multiple requests as well as a 10min conversation for them to honor the my gold status in order to provide the complimentary bottle of sparkling wine.

Really stylish hotel in a perfect beach front location, surrounded by a variety of bars and restaurants 10 min walk from Ibiza old town. Roof top pool and bar area was brilliant and had a real good vibe and view. Food and drink choices also top notch. All staff friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

excellent location and easy 15 minute walk into central ibiza. Was given a seafront room which had excellent views. Excellent amenities in room. The rooftop pool and bar were relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, der Pool auf der Dachterasse sowie die Bar sehr schön gemacht. Sehr freundliches Personal durchgehend. Liegt recht zentral zur Ibiza Stadt und zum Flughafen. Playa de en bossa auch gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Im Zimmer kann man sein Handy mit der Zimmeranlage verbinden. Sehr nett und sehr sauber. Schöne Zimmer

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Promenade beim Meer. Zahlreiche Restaurants, Shops in der Nähe. Das See-Taxi nach Ibiza fährt ebenfalls direkt vor dem Hotel. Wir werden wieder kommen.

The worst 5-star hotel I have ever stayed in. Our room had such a strong smell of mold and dampness that it gave us headaches, and we felt completely congested throughout the stay. The room was severely water-damaged, as the floor tiles all over the room sank when you walked on them. The room was unbearably humid – you couldn’t put on makeup inside because the mirrors fogged up, not to mention drying or styling your hair. The bathroom was full of black mold, and the so-called Balmain toiletries had been refilled with something entirely different. For example, the shampoo bottle was full of water mixed with some soap, and it was so diluted that it couldn’t actually wash anything. When booking, extra benefits were promised for Expedia Gold members, such as early/late check-in and room upgrades, but none of these were available. The restaurant food (upstairs) was really poor. And I will add picture about the furniture - tilted shelf didn't give 5 stars either

The star of the hotel is the rooftop bar & pool area, although the pool itself, while beautiful & with breathtaking views, cannot be used for swimming, as it’s too narrow/shallow. The pool staff are very nice & the food better than other establishments on this beach. The sundeck chairs on the beach in front of the hotel belong to another business. The suite, is really more like a self-catering apartment with kitchenette & a very uncomfortable sofa: the furniture and finishes look cheap; there’s no bathroom, just a shower cubicle & a separate WC cubicle, while the bathroom sink is inside the room. The bedroom is next to the front door & has wobbly sliding doors on two sides instead of walls: the sound from the corridor & hotel hallway (even though we were on 4th floor at the top) is so loud sleep was only possible with earplugs, there’s no insulation at all around the door. The gym is small: 2 weight machines, 2 treadmills and 1 rowing machine; we didn’t see showers near it. Some of the staff were lovely and helpful, such as the female French concierge, others however at the main reception desk were not always knowledgable or helpful: we asked if we could have a late check out, but they told us we’d have to wait until morning & in any case pay another €20 x hr even if there was nobody checking in: not what one would expect in a supposedly 5 * hotel which cost us an average €580+ x night on the 2nd week of September. The residential area behind the hotel is very ethnic.

Hotel is absolutely perfect and is worth double the rate. Located right on the Best beach in Ibiza. 2 pools, one on the rooftop and 1 at beach level. Rooftop restaurant is wonderful for lunch and dinner while very reasonable by Ibiza standard. Huge suites, half of the are ocean view. Staff and service is perfect. First time staying in this hotel, will never again consider anything else.
