Our group is a regular at Margaritaville for a few reasons, those being we can park on arrival and never have to leave the site. Everything is onsite, coffee shop restaurants huge gameroom, pool/slides/and lazy river and much more. The Staff is great in all areas!

The staff was great and everything was very clean. Our only complaints are with the elevators. You needed to plan 20 minutes in advance to go anywhere because the elevators took atleast 10-15 minutes no matter what time of day. The only time we didn’t wait long was when we left at 7 am.

Property is nice and many options to keep kids and family entertained. It’s soooo pack you might be waiting for an elevator a little longer than usual. Check in was pretty long when we arrived. We waited in line for an hour to check in and we arrived at 430pm. The pier was nice the kids enjoyed it we went in the evening. Pool area was very hot hardly no shade.

Check in was easy. Check in is at 4 any earlier and there may be an extra charge. There is a $100 incidental fee charged at check in, but refunded at time of checkout. You get bracelets to get in the water park area that also double as your room key. Standard room with two queen bed was nice and roomy enough. The beds are comfortable. The feather pillows are the best. Coffee shop has plenty of options for breakfast or whenever you want a snack. Farruggios pizzeria has great pizza but due to being so busy service was bad. The Arcade was massive and we’ll put together. Be prepared to spend between $50-$100 plus. My son went through $60 in couple hours which isn’t that bad. $60 gets you 400 credits and most games are between 6 to 17 credits. Arcade is a lot of fun. Water park on 5th floor was great, but very busy. There are two water slides, a lazy river, a Lilly pad crossing thing for small ones, and a swim up bar. Did not eat at Margaritaville restaurant or Doe’s. Paradise pier is a lot of fun. If you wait till the end of the day you can get the last hour pass for $20 and ride all the rides before they close. One hour is enough time to ride almost all the rides. Elevators are the only complaint. The elevators make moving around a time consuming ordeal. Plan to stay away from elevators at 11am and 4pm. Golden nugget is a short walk next door if you gamble or want to get away at night. Had a great time overall. Plenty to do.

We loved the convenience of everything being in property. Lazy river, water slide, pool, arcade and amusement park were awesome!!!! Kid loved it!!! Staff was friendly and housekeeping came in to deliver fresh towels daily

The room stunk. The laminate in the bathroom needed replacement. It was water damaged and coming up. The carpet was dirty. Which I would imagine between the bathroom floor and carpet is the reason it stunk. Had to ask for fresh towels. The roof in the bar by the main check-in lobby leaked bad over the entire bar side. The roof glass needed repair. And you could tell that it had been leaking a while.

Room smelled like musty mold. Mice droppings in room. Bath towels had holes in them. Room was dirty. Housekeeping never came in room the three days I stayed even though I notified them of issues. For $500 a night I would expect much better!!

Based on website photos we were expecting a clean place! We got there and it was NOT at all. Our room was dirty, stuff all over the floor. The toilet was not working, the safe alarm kept going off. The pool/waterpark was dirty, nasty floors and slimy.

Everything was great, the cleanliness of the rooms need to be a top priority! Had to get my sheets taken off for dirtiness. Bathtub had hair in it, floor had crumbs and food etc from previous guest!

Our room was filthy. A bag of chips spilled on the ground by the couch that were not ours. How does housekeeping miss this? Sink was gross like it had not been cleaned in months. Hair in the bath tub. We could hear the person next door having a normal conversation on the phone at 4AM. He was not yelling, the walls are too thin.

We had a fantastic stay at Margaritaville last year, so we returned this summer. We arrived on Monday, June 16, and were happy to get early check-in. Unfortunately, the hallway outside our room (2206) had a strong marijuana smell — so strong it reached into our bathroom. We reported it, and although we were told security would check, no one came. The smell lingered our entire stay. In the room, there was a bloodstain on the comforter, which housekeeping replaced promptly. The safe was locked from the previous guest. We called at 8:30 PM to have it reset, followed up again at 10:30 PM in person, and it was finally fixed the next day after a third request. On Tuesday around 7:50 PM, we visited the pizza place. The two hosts ignored us while chatting, and I had to interrupt to ask about takeout. We were told 15–20 minutes, but it took 40. One young male server greeted us and stood out for his professionalism. On Wednesday, we had a great dinner at Doe’s — delicious food and a kind, attentive server (though she never introduced herself). That evening, we also had drinks at the 10th floor bar. The petite bartender with glasses was friendly and welcoming. We checked out on Thursday, June 19. While we still love Margaritaville and plan to return, this visit didn’t quite match last year’s experience. I’d give it a 7/10 this time — hoping to see some improvements next time around.

I checked in 20 minutes before 4 o’clock and was charged $25, ridiculous right? The room I reserved was a king suite, I was expecting a small kitchen or a couch to sit on to watch tv, but no. It was only a king bed with a bunk bed and mini fridge.

Entry very confusing. Registration on 10th floor - go figure??? A/C blowing directly on head of bed. Balcony door would be locked but you could still open it. Not enough light in the bathroom.

Loved Margaritaville Biloxi! It was perfect for a mini vacation before classes and the connection to the Paradise Park and the water park was easy to navigate. My only complaint was the mattress- time to get new ones. Loved the view to Deer Island and the balcony. Will be back soon.

In the room we got the A/C unit is in a closet next to the bed, intake and outflow vents right next to the bed. The noise was like a dirt bike idling. We had to turn it off to get to sleep, and off course would have to turn it back on to sleep comfortably. We stayed 2 RESTLESS nights.

Just not what was expected. The arcade was fantastic but that’s the only highlight. The service in the restaurants leaves a lot to be desired. The rooms are small and the walls are thin. You hear every word said in the next room. The water coming from the tap/shower smells like it is lake water. During the afternoon you are stuck waiting 5-10 minutes on an elevator.

Overall the hotel is clean and nice ..i didnt like how my room didnt have a microwave.. our room didnt have fresh hand soap someone had already opened it and used it. Also the restaurants in hotel are overpriced .its best to go out for a nice meal. Very kid friendly..would i stay here again probably not unless im bringing children

My daughters loved every minute of it! A fire alarm was pulled at about 21:30 and we left our room as the alarm said. The problem is NO STAFF, not one staff person gave any direction either on the way outside OR once we were outside. The guest like myself just said,” ok I guess we go back in” because rest of hotel didn’t even get cleared out! All the other times the staff were amazing.

Check in was busy, the staff member that checked me in gave me a sheet with someone else's info on it (name, address, phone, email and vehicle info). She was very polite, but when I let her know about the sheet and she didn't react as though personal information is important. Although my reservation was active, a room was not available at check in, she did get us one within 15 minutes. She mentioned rooms are first come first serve. In my opinion, if my card is charged and the cancellation window has expired, a room should be available at check in with no wait. I understand about housekeeping staffing, but that should be adjusted at peak check in times. Again this year, I was not emailed a receipt of my charges even though I provided my email twice and should be on file. Now, I have to stop and call to obtain a copy of my room bill like I had to last year. This is a step that should be automatic at checkout. I checked out at 11am on 8/4/25 and today is 8/6/25 and still haven't received my room invoice. Last year when we visited, rides were down, but we were still charged $40 to ride at Paradise Park. This year, rides were down again. We visit your hotel most years before school starts. Overall, the stay was pleasant, just a few things that need to be fine tuned as there are many hotels in that area. Thank you.

You get bracelets to get in the water park area that also double as your room key. Standard room with two queen bed was nice and roomy enough. The beds are comfortable. The feather pillows are the best. Coffee shop has plenty of options for breakfast or whenever you want a snack. Farruggios pizzeria has great pizza but due to being so busy service was bad. The Arcade was massive and we’ll put together. Be prepared to spend between $50-$100 plus. My son went through $60 in couple hours which isn’t that bad. $60 gets you 400 credits and most games are between 6 to 17 credits. Arcade is a lot of fun. Water park on 5th floor was great, but very busy. There are two water slides, a lazy river, a Lilly pad crossing thing for small ones, and a swim up bar. Did not eat at Margaritaville restaurant or Doe’s. Paradise pier is a lot of fun. If you wait till the end of the day you can get the last hour pass for $20 and ride all the rides before they close. The entire check in was a nightmare. Our rooms weren’t ready at 4 we had to just sit around with luggage till almost 8pm waiting to get into a room. Most of the staff especially at the pool area were rude and we could never get service. The elevators were very slow or out of service majority of our stay and ended up having to go up or down 15 flights of stairs. Apparently when we left our room someone came to change our garbages and decided to help themselves to money we had in our room.

Very disappointed. Had to wait an hour and a half to get a room, only reason I knew my room was ready was because I stood in line for 30 minutes to ask about it. (Was told I would get a phone call when ready) The resort was very understaffed, we waited for everything. (The staff that was there was Amazing). They ran out of food and liquor at numerous places. Definitely not what we expected and unfortunately will not be back.

Mr.Howard check in was Amazing. Please whatever you need to do to keep him with this Company do it. Mr. Howard was training an individual and he did not miss a beat. Veryyy Welcoming , Courtesy, did not rush us off at all to get to the next traveler. And you just cannot ask, for better Service hands down. And mind you it was 4th of July weekend .

We had a fantastic stay at Margaritaville last year, so we returned this summer. We arrived on Monday, June 16, and were happy to get early check-in. Unfortunately, the hallway outside our room (2206) had a strong marijuana smell — so strong it reached into our bathroom. We reported it, and although we were told security would check, no one came. The smell lingered our entire stay. In the room, there was a bloodstain on the comforter, which housekeeping replaced promptly. The safe was locked from the previous guest. We called at 8:30 PM to have it reset, followed up again at 10:30 PM in person, and it was finally fixed the next day after a third request. On Tuesday around 7:50 PM, we visited the pizza place. The two hosts ignored us while chatting, and I had to interrupt to ask about takeout. We were told 15–20 minutes, but it took 40. One young male server greeted us and stood out for his professionalism. On Wednesday, we had a great dinner at Doe’s — delicious food and a kind, attentive server (though she never introduced herself). That evening, we also had drinks at the 10th floor bar. The petite bartender with glasses was friendly and welcoming. We checked out on Thursday, June 19. While we still love Margaritaville and plan to return, this visit didn’t quite match last year’s experience. I’d give it a 7/10 this time — hoping to see some improvements next time around.

Our group is a regular at Margaritaville for a few reasons, those being we can park on arrival and never have to leave the site. Everything is onsite, coffee shop restaurants huge gameroom, pool/slides/and lazy river and much more. The Staff is great in all areas!

Margaritaville was convenient for a family with everything being in one place. There's enough restaurants within the resort that there's a variety of foods. I thought that it would still be a lot of noise at night in the hallways even though there's a designated quiet time but after 9:30ish the hallways were pretty quiet.

We liked that everything we needed was right there and didnt need to drive for our entire stay, and if we wanted to venture out everything we did was within walking distance. Really liked how the Margaritaville roof top bar was near the pool and you could also order food from there, plus the poolside swim-up bar had so many kinds of tropical drinks, the "5-O'clock somewhere" was my favorite, plus "cheeseburger in paradise" from the grill, was excellent as was the grilled Shrimp.

It was ok. Pool area was great. The restaurants are good. Coffee shop has awful coffee. The cocktails across the board leave a lot to be desired. Arcade was great, but extremely expensive and prizes were lackluster. The couch bed was terrible. Kids had a good time, so that is what matters most.

The hotel check in was great.. the whole stay was excellent but the room are designed for you not to be in the room while you’re there the tv didn’t have any channels and it was old wasn’t even a smart tv so I didn’t watch tv at night when it was relaxing time. The pool experience was the best although the margaritas wasnt that good. Overall I had a good time

This was a great place to stay with the kids. The pool, the pier, the games- everything was great except the food. We had terrible staff and service in the restaurants. We got microwaved food and cold food. Was very disappointed. Would definitely come back but would never pay to eat there again.

The good…the arcade is a great place for kids and you could spend your whole trip there. The pool area was well staffed. The pizza restaurant was well staffed and the food was good. The bad…the 2 other restaurants on property were not great. We had dinner at Doe’s Eat Place. The steaks were overcooked and though I was told that bread came with the steak when I asked for it I was then told “the manager was working the line and he didn’t let people get free bread”. The roux for the gumbo was burnt (I’m not being critical of a dark roux, it was just burnt). We got peanut butter pie for dessert and the crust of the pie was also burnt. We had breakfast at Margaritaville the next morning. It was severely understaffed but they sat a boatload of people anyway. We got there at 9 am. At 10:45 we had to ask for someone’s food to be packed up because checkout was at 11 and we were told that our keys wouldn’t work after 11 to get our things from our room and there wasn’t anyone in the restaurant that could help us with an extension on checkout time. The ugly…the room slept 4 but there were only 2 full size towels. We called for extra towels 2x but never received any. I applaud the hotel’s use of refillable containers for body products but all of ours were empty. When I called housekeeping I was told they would be refilled the next day. They never came. And the complimentary waters were full but not sealed.

At 10:45 we had to ask for someone’s food to be packed up because checkout was at 11 and we were told that our keys wouldn’t work after 11 to get our things from our room and there wasn’t anyone in the restaurant that could help us with an extension on checkout time. The ugly…the room slept 4 but there were only 2 full size towels. We called for extra towels 2x but never received any. I applaud the hotel’s use of refillable containers for body products but all of ours were empty. When I called housekeeping I was told they would be refilled the next day. They never came. And the complimentary waters were full but not sealed.

When you enter the hotel lobby, it smells lovely and looks good. But that ends when you enter your room. The room has a damp smell. But we are at the beach, so I overlooked it. But the bathroom was horrible. The sink was stopped up and had black gunk coming out. The shower itself had mildew all in the grout lines and floor. I took off my sandals and felt the floor was damp. That was the room. Then we tried to eat something at the margaritavile Cafe. The food was way overcooked and rubbery. They did take half off the meal. We never got in the pool because when we went down to look at it, it was covered in a oily looking sheen that didn't go away with the movement of the water. The only good thing about this place was the arcade. It was wonderful. To bad the rest of the place couldn't be as good. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I will never be back.
