Fabulous resort, we had such an amazing time! Staff are all so lovely & helpful, they were very accommodating with my partners allergies as well.

Great stay

Our stay at this beautiful 5-star resort in Sal was truly unforgettable, and what made it so special was, without a doubt, the incredible people who work there. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth, kindness, and genuine care that it immediately felt like a home away from home. The staff are the true heart and soul of this hotel. Their energy, positivity, and attentiveness shine through in everything they do. Even the smallest imperfections simply fade into the background because of the lively spirit and dedication they bring to every interaction. It’s rare to experience such consistent hospitality, where every guest is made to feel valued and cared for. I honestly wish I could mention every single member of staff by name, because they all deserve recognition for their hard work and the way they go above and beyond. Their commitment does not go unnoticed. A very special thank you to Anderson, Daniel, Ailton,Reddle, and Mara, who made our stay exceptionally smooth and memorable. Your kindness and professionalism truly stood out, and we are so grateful. We leave with wonderful memories and deep appreciation for the entire team. It is the people here who make this hotel so special, and we cannot wait to return.

The location is amazing just steps away from the beach. Then you also have bikini beach and Bob Marley clubs on the beach also. The staff was very friendly. We had the level experience with a swim up pool and just fantastic.

This is not a 5 start resort. Nor is it all inclusive as there are plenty of extras that they wany you to pay for. The food was very disappointing. The rooms are shabby and need work, our view from the balcony, which got no sunlight, was a road and goods-in for the neighbouring hotel. The pool areas, beach and staff were all a great asset, although the pool was very cold. This could be a lovely hotel again but Melia need to spend some money here, these are corporate failings that need to be addressed, it's not all about profit Melia !
