B&B HOTEL Paris Est Bobigny Université

Very average hotel, with bare minimum of facilities. No restaurant or bar. Just about adequate.

Muito longe das principais atrações e também do metrô (15 minutos de caminhada até a estação mais próxima). O quarto é bom, confortável e o tamanho é ok para duas pessoas. Ar condicionado não funcionou muito bem e falta um frigobar.

A mon arrivée, la chambre enpestait fortement la cigarette , moi qui ne suis pas fumeuse jai eue du mal... De plus jai pas compris pourquoi jai dû paier 11€ et quelques a mon arrivee a l'accueil, alors que la somme de la réservation etait deja déduite pour 2 nuits. Je n'avais pas reçu d'information comme quoi le ( Parking était payant ) , jai eue du mal a trouver une place pour ma voiture durant tout mon séjour car , jai l'habitude des hotels avec parkings gratuits. Bref .... Le ménage avait l'air d'avoir été fait a la va vite...pas assez de papiers toilette, pas de télécommande télé, la télé etait bloquée uniquement sur la une. Et une fois elle est allumée on ne sait plus l'éteindre au même endroit brf gros bazar. La pièce n'était Pas assez lumineuse , toutes les veilleuses ( ampoules ) ne donnaient pas, chambre sombre....

Zimmer waren klein, aber in Ordnung und auch augenscheinlich sauber. Eingangsbereich und auch Speiseraum sehr dreckig und überhaupt nicht einladend (überall Krümel, zT Müll auf den Tischen, Tische wackelig, überhaupt keine Deko). Das Besteck war ebenfalls fleckig und sah zu unhygienisch aus. Haben beim Check-in über eine halbe Stunde warten müssen, bis überhaupt mal jemand an der Rezeption anzutreffen war.

The room smelled old. The pillows didn't smell fresh. The lift was not working and there were no signs on our floor was not working and there were no signs.

No free kettle to make tea or coffee. I only had one pillow and they refused to give me another, not the best sleep.

AC was not cooling the room, complaint to staff they just say "oh! we know". it was hotter in our room than outside with the AC running on max for 3 hours. We had to open the window to cool down, but then had to deal with loud neighborhood past midnight with car speakers occasionally blasting and people shouting on the streets PLUS wild insects like mosquitoes and flies because they don't have window screens. Sink was leaking water from the bottom, the whole building shares limited number of hair dryers had to ask 3 different times (right after check-in, after drink run and before bed) only to be told "we don't have one right now, maybe come try again tomorrow morning?" Are you kidding me!? it was 30 degrees outside, people are traveling and out all day and you're telling me we can't wash our hair because you don't have a hair dryer !? Their microwave next to the front desk looked like it hasn't been cleaned for over a month, thick layer of grease and gunk all over the inside and outside of the microwave. Walking around the neighbor we literally saw multiple human size poop next to plants on the sideway. There was no hair dryer, no space to open a checked luggage other than the bed, no fridge, no water boiler, shower doesn't have shower curtain so it floods the whole washroom floor whenever we showered splashing clean clothes nearby too. Says it's a 2 star hotel, but I felt like even the 1 star motels I've stayed at was better than this place.

The hotel is very affordable for Paris, but keep in mind if you are walking to transit the area is rough. This area is definitely outside any tourist zone. Use a taxi to get to the hotel from the airport. It was 10 pm and I didn't want to deal with transit in a foreign city at night. Transit worked well for us the next day. The receptionist did not speak English and came off as rude at first but was nice in the end especially when we had a Netflix show in common "Emily in Paris" lol. There is security in the hotel, he spoke a bit of English but only him. Make sure your credit card doesn't hold back your payments (pending) if you booked the day before, the hotel will make you pay again even with an invoice from Expedia saying paid. I had to pay for the hotel room in order to be able to stay there. The next day my credit card showed the payment went through. I went to get my refund, it was a different receptionist. Told me to get it from Expedia, he could not give me a refund. DO NOT except that, it is not how it works, you will not get a refund from Expedia you must get it from the hotel. I did get my refund a few days later. Do not get the breakfast option there is a McDonalds for coffee around the corner and a grocery store just down the road. Their breakfast is not worth it at all. The room is small, clean enough, no English channels except News. It is quiet and priced right and there is an elevator.

Un niveau de saleté comme je n'en ai jamais vu, avec une chambre ni aspirée ni nettoyée (de la terre, des cheveux, de la poussière au sol), de la crasse sur les plinthes et le lit, une literie molle, sale et visiblement trop usée. Côté salle de bain, une évacuation de lavabo et de douche bouchée. Voir les photos jointes. Et une ventilation avec une température trop élevée que je n'ai pas réussi à réduire. Dommage car l'accueil du matin était sympathique

Clean room

L’accueil n’était pas au rendez-vous. Une fois à l’accueil, on m’a fait patienter au moins 30mn. Apres on m’a attribué une chambre mais une fois monté dans ma chambre, ma grande surprise est de decouvrir une chambre en desordre avec une tonne de drats qui trainent par terre. Je suis descendu à l’accueil pour signaler ce desagrement. Une deuxieme chambre m’est attribuée, il s’agit d’une chambre d’hadicapé avec l’ odeur des egouts. A 19h30mn, je suis reveillé par l’alarme et le lendemain matin à 8h30mn pareil l’alarme à declancher de nouveau. C’est la premiere fois apres avoir parcouru les hotels en france, dubai, en Afrique que j’ai vecu ce calvaire.

La chambre est bien assez grande pour une famille de 4 personnes mais question propreté a revoir car quand nous sommes rentrés dans la chambre il y avait pleins de poussières sur le sol avec encore des miettes des anciens occupants plus des cheveux mélanger a la poussières et le lavabo tous sale pleins de traces !!!

I believe this accommodation is student accommodation which I did not realise till arrival. Our bedsheet wasn’t the cleanest with brown marks. The area was okay there was a Lidl 4 minutes away and a McDonalds 10 minutes away.

Tous les équipe de Hotel sont très très aimables, rien à dire Le prix est très bien.

Beaucoup de temps à l'accueil car il n'y a avait personne à la réception. Au bout d'un moment quelqu'un a fini par arriver, il y avait alors 5 personnes devant moi. Je suis repassé devant la réception 1h30 après, il n'y avait de nouveau personne et des gens qui patientaient depuis quelque temps.

Très bon accueil personnel disponible j ai pû ajouter deux nuits de plus.

Check in fait par des hôtesses non expérimentées-> Temps passé : 1/2 heure pour avoir 3 montants débités qui n'étaient pas bons. Avoir effectué le lendemain matin.

I will not recommend to stay here specifically groundfloor rooms. It has smell and dirty towel racks just outside your room. Staff haven't even changed room. Area around thia hotel is dirty, seems unsafe and different crowd.

War am Tag der Anreise nicht erreichbar, wegen Fußball. Polizei hatte alleZufahrtsstraßen gesperrt. Nach 6 Std herrunfahren ,bin ich dann, wütend nach Hause gefahren.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena si buscas un lugar barato, tiene varios restaurantes muy cercas y supermercados en los cuales puedes obtener comida y accesorios muy baratos, lo que no sabia es que esta ubicado es un barrio de negros pero es muy tranquilo en ningún momento se meten contigo y puedes caminar de noche tranquilamente.

A part la température trop élevée dans la chambre, tout était parfait. C'est très paradoxal de trouver un lieu d'hébergement aussi agréable, dans un quartier aussi déplorable !!! Vous avez bcp de mérite !!! Continuez ainsi et merci bcp.

Accueil et chambre tres bien par contre petit dejeuner tres limite.Pas de serviettes,plus de verres, plus de viennoiserie pas possible d avoir un pichet d'eau pour prendre des médicaments. La jeune fille était seule et plus,que débordée . Le deuxième jour nettement mieux mais il y avait 2 personnes qui ont pu rapidement remettre du jus de fruit ,des bols et des serviettes. Par contre toujours pas de pichet d eau.A revoir pour améliorer. Merci

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena si buscas un lugar barato, tiene varios restaurantes muy cercas y supermercados en los cuales puedes obtener comida y accesorios muy baratos, lo que no sabia es que esta ubicado es un barrio de negros pero es muy tranquilo en ningún momento se meten contigo y puedes caminar de noche tranquilamente.
