Firstly the property does not have its own parking. It’s a public car park that you need to walk to. Nowhere did it mention the height restrictions. Due to our car being too big for it we were asked to park even more further away. The stuff speaks poor English which makes it hard to communicate with them. In the middle of the night we were woken up by a very loud constant beeping noise, like an alarm which lasted for about 5 minutes. The breakfast was very basic and not a lot of choice. I would definitely not stay here again.

Ideally located with a few minutes walk of the main line station and close to the tram / bus stops this was the perfect base. Clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. The reception staff were super helpful. Left luggage facility (free) was very handy too.

Parken, sehr entspannt, freundliches Personal, konnte aber mehr Englisch sprechen, ideal zum Mittelpunkt unserer Ausflüge im Elsass Parken kostet 8€ wenn man beim Hotel einchecket zu bezahlen!!!

Hôtel bien situé avec un parking vélo ou moto abriter et fermer. Le personnel est avenant. Très proche dans son ensemble avec une belle surprise en entrant dans les chambres. Elles sont spacieuses, moderne avec une literie de qualité.

Needed a a few hours sleep on the way to the French alps. Conveniently located just a few minutes drive from Autobahn A5 in Germany towards Basel. I came 00:30 and the reception was open until 03:00. Service was super fast and efficient. The room was big and well equipped for 4 persons. Parking could have been difficult. The parking garage at the central station was closed and the nearest parking garage was at least 1 km away from the hotel. Fortunately, the hotel reception made me aware that since I was coming late and leaving early during the weekend, the time restricted parking in front of the hotel could be used (free of charge from midnight and until early Sunday 09:00). Breakfast was really good, lots to choose between and freshly pressed orange juice. All in all super good quality, super nice service, and cheap price given that we only stayed in the hotel for 6 hours sleep and breakfast.

Hotel molto funzionale. Molto silenzioso. Buona la prima colazione. Conveniente il park vicinissimo all' hotel. Convenzionato a €8 per 24 h. La qualità Ibis è sempre una garanzia. Molto cortese il personale alla reception.

Wir waren eine Nacht dort und dafür fand ich es ok. Mitarbeiter waren nett. Parkmöglichkeiten gab es draußen auf der Straße oder im Parkhaus. Einziges Manko ist das die Zimmer ziemlich klein sind mit 2 Erwachsenen und einen Hund und Gepäck kann es etwas eng werden aber ist machbar. Ich fand es nicht super sauber aber auch nicht dreckig. Untern Bett und an den Leisten war sehr viel staub , an den Wänden klebten ein paar tote Viecher. Aber das Bad und das Bett machten einen sauberen eindruck. Das Bett war gemütlich schlafen aber etwas schwierig weil alle paar minuten so ein lautes Geräusch kam wahrscheinlich vom Lüfter oder Klimaanlage. (Unsere war aus) ich hab einen leichten schlaf deswegen hat es mich etwas gestört. Jemand der bei Geräuschen gut schlafen kann sollte keine probleme haben. Sonst war es recht ruhig in der Nacht.

New hotel with modern style. Good if you arrived bt train, just a ten minute walk but no good for car drivers. There is no drop off point and the nearest point to unload is across a busy main road. No carpark though you can use the station one but no information about how to find it.

When we went as a family of 3, we had problems during check in. The room was incredibly small and there was nowhere to put our stuff. The sheets were probably from the previous customer because they were full of hair. Those who do not have expectations about cleanliness and room size can come here

J ai appelé quelques jours avant afin de faire le point de la réservation et demander à être coté ville et non côté gare. Première chose la dame ne trouvait pas la réservation du coup sans nous prévenir on s est retrouvé dans une chambre double avec un lit d appoint pour ma fille Donc très serrés . J avais réservé une chambre spacieuse exprès. On arrive dans la chambre il restait une bouteille d eau du client précédent … et nous étions côté gare … je ne suis pas du genre à laisser des avis négatifs mais je n aime pas être trompé sur la réservation ou alors me prévenir … par contre petit dej nickel pour le prix.

Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons du attendre 15 minutes à la réception afin d’obtenir notre clé. En plus d’avoir attendu car personne ne pouvait nous recevoir, le réceptionniste c’est occupé des 2 personnes arrivé bien après nous. Pour la chambre, le drap avait des tâches brunes. Le sol n’était pas super propre non plus.

For a budget hotel this one is superb. The room was larger than expected for the price and very clean. Glad i didnt pay extra to stay at Styles next door. Transport links in the area are great. If you are looking for a base to explore the surrounding area this is the place. Great value.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. However it was not so comfortable with all the bags and luggages. Because the room was the smallest one I have ever stayed. It's proper for 1 person but it's not enough for 2 people. Bathroom was a little bit dirty, not cleaned properly and I don't like it. The only good think about the hotel was the locaton. It was very close to train station. I don't think that I would stay there again.

Convienient location, next to the train station. 10 min walk to the city centre. Very basic, but clean. Missed a hairdryer in the rooms though, this is an essential for me and I had to go out and buy one :(

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blsiko dworca. I to tyle.. Pokój bardzo, ale to bardzo mały. Łóżko zajmowało 90 % pokoju :) W łazience brak suszarki do włosów. Nie dzialająca klimatyzacja. Bardzo ubogie śniadania. Na cieplo tylko kawa i herbata :).

Pas de cintres dans la chambre que fait-on des habits lorsqu’on se déshabille pour la nuit Climatisation très bruyante donc j’éteins pour la nuit et au réveil…. D’autant plus que la fenêtre du couloir à hauteur de ma chambre est verrouillée ouverte!!! Salle de bain peu fonctionnelle : éclairage et robinet du lavabo

Except that I had wanted to have my clothes washed/ laundry service but they don’t I had to walk a long distance to find a self service laundry service, it would have been fine if I had this done in the hotel, apart from this the guy at the reception is very helpful and friendly, ready to give assistance that is great

Ideally located with a few minutes walk of the main line station and close to the tram / bus stops this was the perfect base. Clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. The reception staff were super helpful. Left luggage facility (free) was very handy too.

Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons du attendre 15 minutes à la réception afin d’obtenir notre clé. En plus d’avoir attendu car personne ne pouvait nous recevoir, le réceptionniste c’est occupé des 2 personnes arrivé bien après nous. Pour la chambre, le drap avait des tâches brunes. Le sol n’était pas super propre non plus.

Nous avons eu un problème assez grave pendant la nuit : Vers 23 h alors que nous étions alités, un couple est entré dans la chambre qui était fermée, avant de repartir en constatant notre présence. Comment est-ce possible ? Avec un passe de d'hôtel ?

Convienient location, next to the train station. 10 min walk to the city centre. Very basic, but clean. Missed a hairdryer in the rooms though, this is an essential for me and I had to go out and buy one :(

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war gut und Sauber. Allerdings ist die Klimaanlage defekt und sehr laut! Das Frühstück war unterirdisch: Alle Tische dreckig und nichts nachgefüllt. Tassen und Geschirr fehlten und der O-Saft Spender völlig verdreckt. Geht gar nicht!!!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blsiko dworca. I to tyle.. Pokój bardzo, ale to bardzo mały. Łóżko zajmowało 90 % pokoju :) W łazience brak suszarki do włosów. Nie dzialająca klimatyzacja. Bardzo ubogie śniadania. Na cieplo tylko kawa i herbata :).

The recent extreme heatwave began to peak as we arrived in Mulhouse. We were incredibly thankful for the hotel’s air conditioning. In the evening, I became terribly sick and spent most of the night with a migraine. The next morning, as we were preparing to check out, I went down to reception to let them know that I’d tried to clean up the bathroom as much as possible after vomitting. The receptionist recognised the tell-tale signs of migraine and began asking all of her colleagues if they had any Panadol or other medication. When none turned up, she filled a bag with ice and let me get some coffee from the breakfast bar, even though we hadn’t paid for breakfast. She was also very helpful in telling me in detail how to exit the parking garage. Two things, though, need to be pointed out to the traveller. First, this Ibis is literally next door to an Ibis which, I’m assuming, costs a bit more. Initially, I thought that was where I was staying and left my luggage in its storage room when I arrived hours before check-in. Second, the parking is in the train station car park, and it is a bit tricky to find because it requires making a sort of giant U around the back of the station. Call beforehand or email a staff member for specific details, because there isn’t really a place to pull over and run inside to ask.
