Quiet Hotel in an excellent location, within the heart of Mahón. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a room with a terrace on the 2nd floor which was fabulous. The terrace was not overlooked, got the sun all day and had comfortable sun beds. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was spotless, the staff were very friendly, the spa facilities are great, especially since you have it to yourself. The location was superb and the generosity of the hotel was wonderful.

Lovely historic property in great location. Staff are super friendly, accommodating and helpful. Let us store luggage and use garden/pool all day after check out. Room is well appointed for a hotel of this type (not fancy but spacious, good bathroom).

Amazing boutique hotel in a central location. Really clean and well presented. Service impeccable and welcoming. Complimentary mini bar in the room was an added bonus. The outside area was really nice and imagine it would be lovely to use when a little warmer! If we had to provide a small negative, it was a shame that the use of the spa wasn’t included in the price. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Casa Ladico was a lovely hotel to stay in. Small and quiet but in a very convenient location. Walkable to all the sights, lovely outdoor area with pool that gets the sun for the majority of the day. Very well stocked honesty bar and free afternoon snacks provided. Incredibly clean throughout. Staff were incredible - so polite and helpful, arranging taxis, advising which beaches were best to visit - a credit to the hotel. I will be returning!

Great boutique hotel. Service very good from very pleasant staff. Nice touches with free mini-bar and coffee. Honesty bar was excellent. Good location for everything in Mahón with a string of very good restaurants just around the corner. Only negatives were a very warm room and noisy from the street on Fri/Sat nights. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is fantastic, the rooms modern and very comfortable, the staff is super friendly and helpful and breakfast in the garden a pleasure. If had to say anything slightly negative it would be the limited availability of a reception after hours but would definitely recommend and will go again.

Casa Ladico is in a fantastic location in the centre, great restaurants and shopping on the doorstep. The room was large, with a separate dressing room but on the ground floor by the main door it was noisy (Room 1). The first staff member to arrive each day crashed about and you could hear breakfast and reception clearly. The room was also a little rough around the edges, the shower control leaks, one of the floorboards has dropped and is annoying when you stub your toe, the door lock doesn't work properly and the Aircon is stuck on freezing even though the control says otherwise. Reception organised easy car hire that came to us and there is free parking (white bays) about 500m away at Aparcament Sinia des Cuc with loads of spaces. We'd definitely stay here again but it is more of a 4 star than a 5 star experience.

A real oasis of serenity in the middle of Mahon, we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is furnished to a very high standard, the rooms have high end toiletries and we felt it was excellent value for money. Minor complaint was the noise at night but a city centre hotel can’t do much about that. Would definitely be our go to place if we ever come back to Mahón.

This hotel is fabulous! Really enjoyed staying in the property. It has a unique feel with attention to design detail. The bed was very comfortable. Rooms are spacious. The breakfast selection was good and great value. The service was great & the staff were extremely helpful. Thank you & hope to stay again.

All staff are exceptional. You only get the real measure of a place when things go wrong and for me, it was an unexpected hospital stay. The hotel staff were so kind, caring and helpful in every way. They went above and beyond, extending our stay, sending food over to the hospital and generally looking after both myself and my husband. We would love to come back and spend some more time here once I'm better.
All staff are exceptional. You only get the real measure of a place when things go wrong and for me, it was an unexpected hospital stay. The hotel staff were so kind, caring and helpful in every way. They went above and beyond, extending our stay, sending food over to the hospital and generally looking after both myself and my husband. We would love to come back and spend some more time here once I'm better.

Our recent stay was perfect. From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The staff were the heart of this exceptional stay. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine eagerness to help was a constant throughout. Whether it was offering personalised recommendations for local dining or ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect, their attentiveness elevated the experience to another level. The facilities were impeccable, especially the tranquil pool area. Every corner of the hotel exuded sophistication and comfort, creating an ideal retreat for adults seeking relaxation and luxury. This hotel is a gem in Menorca, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. If you’re looking for a perfect escape with outstanding service, this is the place to stay. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The location is fantastic, the rooms modern and very comfortable, the staff is super friendly and helpful and breakfast in the garden a pleasure. If had to say anything slightly negative it would be the limited availability of a reception after hours but would definitely recommend and will go again.

The is a fabulousl hotel! The location is a quiet street in the old town, but less than 5 minutes by foot to restaurants, bars and shops. The undoubted highlight is the staff. They were all outstanding. We will certainly stay there again.

Quiet Hotel in an excellent location, within the heart of Mahón. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a room with a terrace on the 2nd floor which was fabulous. The terrace was not overlooked, got the sun all day and had comfortable sun beds. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Casa Ladico was a lovely hotel to stay in. Small and quiet but in a very convenient location. Walkable to all the sights, lovely outdoor area with pool that gets the sun for the majority of the day. Very well stocked honesty bar and free afternoon snacks provided. Incredibly clean throughout. Staff were incredible - so polite and helpful, arranging taxis, advising which beaches were best to visit - a credit to the hotel. I will be returning!

A real oasis of serenity in the middle of Mahon, we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is furnished to a very high standard, the rooms have high end toiletries and we felt it was excellent value for money. Minor complaint was the noise at night but a city centre hotel can’t do much about that. Would definitely be our go to place if we ever come back to Mahón.

Beautiful hotel near the town square, lots of nearby restaurants, shops and just a few minutes walk to the port. The location is central but doesn’t feel like it as it’s on a very quiet street. Overall, great hotel in a very nice location.

Casa Ladico is in a fantastic location in the centre, great restaurants and shopping on the doorstep. The room was large, with a separate dressing room but on the ground floor by the main door it was noisy (Room 1). The first staff member to arrive each day crashed about and you could hear breakfast and reception clearly. The room was also a little rough around the edges, the shower control leaks, one of the floorboards has dropped and is annoying when you stub your toe, the door lock doesn't work properly and the Aircon is stuck on freezing even though the control says otherwise. Reception organised easy car hire that came to us and there is free parking (white bays) about 500m away at Aparcament Sinia des Cuc with loads of spaces. We'd definitely stay here again but it is more of a 4 star than a 5 star experience.

one of the best hotels in menorca. very friendly service. people who like design will get really lucky, the concept of the hotel is well thought through and absolutely stunning. rooms are comfortable, bathrooms very modern, both of ok size. breakfast was served individually and great quality all around. it‘s not cheap but totally worth it

Great boutique hotel. Service very good from very pleasant staff. Nice touches with free mini-bar and coffee. Honesty bar was excellent. Good location for everything in Mahón with a string of very good restaurants just around the corner. Only negatives were a very warm room and noisy from the street on Fri/Sat nights. We would definitely stay here again.

Magnifique hotel très bien placé, ambiance tamisée, materiaux de très belle qualité. Petite chambre louée mais fonctionnelle. Accueil et personnel aimable et souriant. Les propriétaires sont arrangeants ( notre vol a été avancé et pas de souci pour le remboursement du petit déjeuner que nous ne pouvions prendre), ils parlent français. Le petit petit-déjeuner est excellent ( café delicieux, jus d'orange frais, pains variés, tapas....). Nous avons juste regretté qu il ne soit pas sous forme de buffet, il faut toujours demander quand on veut quelque chose et la serveuse est seule et bien occupée. Literie exceptionnelle.

This hotel is fabulous! Really enjoyed staying in the property. It has a unique feel with attention to design detail. The bed was very comfortable. Rooms are spacious. The breakfast selection was good and great value. The service was great & the staff were extremely helpful. Thank you & hope to stay again.

We booked this hotel the day after my son’s memorial, during a time of deep grief. I wondered whether travelling so soon was the right decision, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made. The hotel is around 10 minutes from the airport, and Bella at reception was absolutely wonderful. Her warmth and genuine personality immediately helped us feel comfortable, relaxed and cared for. She showed us around and explained everything, including the honesty bar. The hotel is adults-only, elegant, spacious, immaculate and beautifully maintained. Our room had gowns, slippers, a beach bag with pool towels, tea and coffee, and a fridge with water, soft drinks and beer, all complimentary on our first night. The bathroom was stunning and the bath was huge! My husband is 6ft 2 and, for the first time since we’ve been married, we could both fit comfortably into a bath that wasn’t a jacuzzi. It was such a precious opportunity to relax together. The pool was beautiful, peaceful, private and the warmest hotel pool I have experienced anywhere. Breakfast was outstanding, and the team happily prepared smoked salmon as we don’t eat pork. Cakes, crackers and hot drinks were also available throughout the day. The location was also fantastic for exploring Mahón. The harbour was only around a 15–20 minute walk away, with beautiful restaurants and plenty of places to eat and explore.There was even an art gallery display on our street one evening, which added to the atmosphere
