.My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights. It is close t the subway, so easy to get around. The experience was amazing- from the spa to the pool to the restaurants and sky view bar. The breakfast buffet is the best we had and we stayed at other high-end hotels in Asia. The staff was so kind and welcoming, accommodating our every need. I would highly recommend the Kerry Hotel in Hong Kong.

rooms are huge based on hk standards, and the harbour view is really worth the price! love love love the bathroom and amenities, and special thanks to the friendly housekeepers who cleaned the room very well. only feedback would be the pillows and bed are a bit too soft. the gym is well-equipped and clean, and the person-in-charge (or trainer?) in the gym was so kind. very lovely stay overall, would definitely book again.

Pros: beautiful views, decent sized room, nice gym, great pool (although should be a bit larger as it was frequently quite crowded), the "Dockyard" restaurant attached to the hotel ha lots of options and was affordable (not common with high end hotels) Cons: Long lines at check in, STRONG smell from toilet - if the lid to the toilet was left open the whole room smelled terrible. It did not look to be dirty so I suspect it was a larger plumbing issue causing it - I have no doubt that the hotel is aware and keeps renting out the room.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Blick auf den Victoria Harbour. Der Pool ist vielleicht ein bisschen klein, vor allem wenn Kinder darin toben. Bei den Zimmern können wir SeaView sehr empfehlen, einfach wunderschön, vor allem wenn die Nacht hereinbricht. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist riesig, auch mit leckerem Dim Sum. Hier wird jeder Geschmack fündig.

Premier room was exceptionally spatious. Housekeeping was efficient and well done. Staff at the buffet restaurant were friendly and service oriented. We were there for dinner without a reservation and the staff did their best to give us a good table with a view. Dockyard is a great concept - we enjoyed the life music on a Friday evening as well as the Indian food, which was excellent.

The house keeping service is unprofessional in the sense of the lack of attending to details. I found an used can of drink in the refrigerator without replacement. It compromised the overall service quality and general hygiene.

Our room had a very musty smell, and the speaker in the roof made a constant high pitch sound even when switched off. I had to sleep with ear plugs in for my entire. The staff were very helpful, spoke good English and the food at the hotel was excellent. We loved everything about the hotel except for our room, although it presented well it was not nice to stay in.

If you are very sensitive to sound and smell, Kerry Hotel may not be the best option for you. The staffs are very helpful and efficient. It is very convenient to the Whampoa MTR station and there is a foodcourt with a lot of food options, which is fabulous. However, the room is a bit disappointing. The carpets have stains on it and the air conditioner has an old air conditioner scent that is not pleasant to smell. Also, the room is not close to soundproof. The noises made from next door through the connecting door, from the corridor and from the pipes can be heard quite clearly in the room that we are staying in. We had terrible sleep that night. Ultimately it was a bit underwhelmed.

The hotel is a little out of the city so I wouldn't reccomend it as a base to explore Hong Kong. The boats across stop quite early so you cant get back easily. The hotel itself is super clean and the staff are amazing. I had a grest stay for a business trip and a conference at the hotel.

Almost everything was very good. The only two issues were that the breakfast had a very limited variety of fruit. Also, the biggest problem was my room assignment. When I made my reservation on Orbitz, I booked a Deluxe Sea View King Room, and the Orbitz photos showed a direct sea view. However, the room I received only had a sideways view. From the bed, all I could see was a building, and I could only see the sea if I stood up and looked sideways. During my entire Asia trip, every hotel I stayed in provided the room exactly as shown on Orbitz — except for this one. It feels unfair to pay for something and not receive what was promised.

Check in was swift and professional, the lobby areas spacious but blandly designed, rooms are large and the complimentary mini-bar is a nice touch with echoes of Hotel Icon but there are design flaws throughout the rooms at The Kerry that really shouldn’t be here at this price point and with their 5 star ambitions. Some examples, the toilet and shower are next to each other separated by see through rather than frosted glass, there is no door on the toilet. Despite the size of the bathroom it is therefore only particular fetishists that would choose to make use of two of the facilities at the same time. Blinds are closed with a flimsy plastic pully that takes an age and wakes any sleeping partner, light switches require a degree in electrical engineering and a love of cryptic crosswords to decipher (example - the bedside lamps have a button entitled ‘night light’ on the base. This does not switch off the bedside lamps, it switches on a night light under the TV, the bedside lamps are switched off by a rotating nub underneath the lamp itself that has to be sought out via investigatory hand movements). In short, aspects of the room feel like you have wondered into an escape room with your task being to ‘prepare for bed in less than an hour’. It defies one of the primary reasons for coming to a luxury hotel, to relax and sleep well. We had such a pleasant stay at Kerry Hotel. From check in to check out, there is nothing to fault. Staff were friendly, cleanliness was top notch and the views from our room were amazing. I had an item which was lost and the team were so quick and efficient to assist me with retrieving it. Thanks again and I would definitely return!

Horrible experience, have stayed at many different hotels in Hong Kong but it was one of the worst experience. We stayed for more than 1 week, the king bed is made up of 2 single beds and the pillows are too soft and not comfortable. The room cleanliness is so so only. The bellboy at hotel parking area is rude. There are too many guests at the hotel and it’s a bit noisy in the corridor. Transportation wise, it’s about 10-15 mins walk to MRT, not particularly convenient. There are shops and restaurants tin the vicinity, which is the one only plus side. Overall, it’s more of a 4 stars hotel

The hotel is located overlooking the harbour, and is close to a ferry terminal and an MTR station. The worst things were the time it took to check in, there were only 3 staff on duty to serve a line of c30 guests. It was also not clear which desk was for check outs or check ins. Some guests leave early in the morning, so surely it must be possible to clean and re-allocate rooms before the 3.00pm time. The long check in queue is not a good look for such a lovely hotel - please either increase the staff or open the check in window.

I booked 2 rooms and requested to have 2 rooms near to each other. When I checked in at 3pm, the front desk staff replied that only one room was available, the other room near to this room was still dirty and not sure when it was cleaned completely. She asked us to wait for 45 mins. By 4pm, the room was still not yet ready and no definite available time was provided. I complained that they were wasting my time as I made this request earlier when the reservation was made, not last minute request. They simply ignored my request made earlier. After waiting for another 30 mins, the room was settled. Poor customer service management!

高層階へのアップグレードしてもらえて良かったです。ホテルは清潔でスタッフも親切でとても良かったのですが、中心地から少し離れたところにあるためアクセス面は少し残念。ただフェリー乗り場はすぐそばにあり、香港島のノースポイント、セントラルへのアクセスは良かったです！ シャワーブースの水捌けが悪いのが少し気になったくらいです。

The hotel is a little out of the city so I wouldn't reccomend it as a base to explore Hong Kong. The boats across stop quite early so you cant get back easily. The hotel itself is super clean and the staff are amazing. I had a grest stay for a business trip and a conference at the hotel.

I have stayed 5 nights in the summer time. The location is excellent just 5 min walks from the MTR. I like the size of the room and it is clean and quiet as well. There is a food court and coffee shop nearby. And the services is excellent. I would definitely stay there again. The pool and the spa also is awesome. love the view from the pool

센트럴이나 침사추이가 아니여서 여행하기 불편할 줄 알았는데요. 바로 코앞에 노스 포인트가는 페리가 있고, 근처에 그린라인 whampoa 역 있고.. 역 근처에 큰 쇼핑몰도 있어서 좋았어요. 걸어서 침사추이 갈 수 있는 조깅코스도 있다던데, 전 호캉스 하느라 달려 보지는 못했네요. 호텔이 너무 깔끔하고 호텔방에서 보는 뷰가 너무 예뻐서 하루 종일 창밖만 바라보고 있기도 했습니다. 오후 5시 이후면 로비에서 파는 케익과 빵이 50% 할인 하는데 한번 먹어보니 너무 맛있었어요.

Staff are helpful, which isn’t always the car in HK Food Court is good. Lots of choice Being over at Hung Hom keeps the price down. There are great transport links near the hotel. Ferry to Wanchai, buses to Nathan Road We got the Airport Express to Kowloon and a 10 min cab to the hotel. Super easy with luggage I’d use the hotel again

.My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights. It is close t the subway, so easy to get around. The experience was amazing- from the spa to the pool to the restaurants and sky view bar. The breakfast buffet is the best we had and we stayed at other high-end hotels in Asia. The staff was so kind and welcoming, accommodating our every need. I would highly recommend the Kerry Hotel in Hong Kong.

We were there for dinner without a reservation and the staff did their best to give us a good table with a view. Dockyard is a great concept - we enjoyed the life music on a Friday evening as well as the Indian food, which was excellent.

The property is very well located along the promenade near Hung Hom Ferry to North Point. You can literally walk along to Tsim Tsa Tsui to shop and dine and enjoy a leisure time there. Aeon the Japanese store is also located very closeby and you can also enjoy food there in their basement. Location is impeccable. I like Kerry Hotel because it is a blend between East and West Culture. People host wedding there. I saw a traditional Chinese style wedding and a Western Wedding hosting there while staying at the hotel and It is so beautiful and with the backdrop of Victoria Harbour even more enticing and magical. Also staff is very accommodating. We came in near midnight due to the delay of the plane. And the check in counter sent us notifications stating our stay is validated. We have an enjoyable stay and is highly recommended.
