Aqua by Dreams Hotel

The room was basic, but clean. This resort has so much potential. Great restaurant on site with excellent fish and great music. Good breakfast too. We stayed one night before a cruise.

It was in a nice spot on the peninsula on the beach with a few restaurants close by that have good food

Rooms were very clean and sufficient. The view from my room was amazing, right on the beach. The area surrounding the hotel was a little unsettling. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the staff at the restaurant were very nice. There was some confusion with the front desk not being open in the morning to check out and available staff on property seemed limited and scarce. I wasn’t comfortable just leaving the room key in the mailbox and not receiving a receipt for our one night stay.

Very clean room and courteous staff. Only wish they supplied washcloths for showering.

I made reservation at 10 am and called to cancel 10 minutes later, the phone number was bogus, didn’t even answer Expedia when they called. Expedia was terrible too.
