The stopper in our sink stuck down the first night and I called to front desk and was told it would be fixed the next day when housekeeping came in. It was not fixed. We asked about it on Thursday and was told they could not come in when we were not there. I had told them that we would be gone all day to appointments. When we got back around 3:30, they wanted to move us to another room. We were going to an appointment and dinner at 4:00-7:30. When we returned again, they still wanted us to move. I told them I was not packing up all my stuff to move just for overnight as we left this morning. I asked the girl at the desk this morning if they found anyone to fix it and she said that the plumber said it was not stopped up. I told her to go up and check it because it was full of water and toothpaste. 3 times checking with desk clerks and 3 lies. I don’t know if it got fixed after we left but we sure deserve a refund!! Also I was overcharged when we got there. My confirmation said $254 and I was charged $260. One positive note was that I had booked an accessible room with a shower chair. There was no shower chair when I got there. The front desk girl found me one and brought it to my room. I appreciated that! There was not cups for water in the room either. Not at all impressed with this hotel!! I am a travel advisor and will never recommend this hotel!!

The staff were very friendly! The room was roomy but we found some items that showed the room hadn’t been cleaned very thoroughly. Wasn’t a big fan of the it cleaning the room daily. Breakfast options were tasty.
