One of the nicest and most spacious hotels in which I’ve stayed in a very long time. Staff was very nice and there was a stocked bar plus treats available all night. Absolutely will be returning to this venue every time I’m in Houston!

We were there for the birth of great-grand babies. The room was clean and didn't smell. The pool room was very hot and the water was very cold. The little coffeemaker in the room didn't work and we had a purple hue on the TV. But we made the best of it.

Nice hot/ cold breakfast provided.The attendant greeted me and offered me a fresh biscuit as she was stocking the bar. She also continually restocked and cleaned. The indoor pool area for all season swimming was a plus. Front desk associate was very helpful.

It smelled very dingy/musty (lots of Glade pull ins) throughout the entire building. Breakfast was included but I did not even go down as the main area smelled the worse. It was very old and in need of an upgrade

The facility was a nice location for what we needed. Lots of dining options nearby. My only complaint is that it was hot in the room all night. It never cooled off. We didn't have time to go ask for a fan or anything because we had to be up Early

Liked the easy check in and that the deluxe room was spacious. The bedding was super thin and the pillows were not big enough or maybe just needed more of them to feel comfy in the bed. Liked the dove soaps available.

Was really nice but thin walls..herd guy on his cell talking till 130am as I tried to sleep. Then his snoring shook the walls. Other then that was very nice

My stay was very nice and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only concern I had was I was on the 3rd floor and whoever was in the room above me very extremely loud late into the night whish was very distracting

The property was very comfortable while staying there. The only issue that I have was that the hot water was terrible for the shower. The shower was not getting hot enough, and the hot water for the sink was hotter than the shower.

We had no hot water Friday April 4 and April 5. We were not able to have a warm shower. It was a very uncomfortable situation. The excuse of being booked was not a good excuse. Every hotel should be able to accommodate each room with hot water.

Beds and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was good-though standard. Staff were all friendly. We would stay there again. Our only problem was the bathroom door wouldn’t latch, but as there were only three of us and we're family, it wasn’t a big deal.

Phone in the room didn’t work. Colin, the night clerk, was awesome and helpful. Took care of smoke alarm battery very quickly. 😅 And was helpful in answering all our questions.

From the general manager Charyl greeting me with warm welcomes and a smile that lights up all of Houston, to the Front desk manager JaCorey making my stay so comfortable and peaceful. Or the night time staff Colin who’s extremely knowledgeable about any questions I had. Kristen treated me as if I was her own child with extra fluffy pillows or towels Alex the night time manager DOES NOT PLAY ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THE GUESTS OR OUR PROPERTY!!!!! The beds are fluffy and comfortable CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN is an understatement I loved that even though I clean all of my own rooms and bathrooms I felt like it was throughly already done! The cleaning staff has the best hospitality and great attitudes when I needed extra conditioner and hand towels! This staff is beautiful patient kind & have wonderful attitudes all across the board ! My intention was to only stay two days but I ended up extending my staff four more days! I truly don’t want to go home lol! I will book this place again and again and again. People need to know about this staff you’ll be greeted with honor respect and appreciation. The morning breakfast is delicious and you get a side of hospitality from Mrs. Tracey who greets you with a beautiful good morning and so attentive all while keep the breakfast bar super clean and safe for all to enjoy! DONT DELAY & BOOK YOUR NEXT STAY HERE I PROMISE YOU WONT REGRET IT AND WISH YOU WOULD HAVE BOOKED SOONER RATHER THAN LATER!!!!!!

For convenience location, we booked 2 queen beds one night with my 2 kids. Came to check in late evening. There is no welcome and the man front desk responding rude to us. The front desk first mistakenly sent us to one bed. We came back and requested a different room. He then assigned us to a room that smelled like someone peeing on the carpet floor. My boy about to vomit up by the time he walked in the room. We then came back and request for a refund but got denied. The man told us since it’s no refund policy for my prepaid, we have to accept with another room. I didn’t go check for what breakfast looked like but my so kids nothing there. The breakfast is look very old stale sausage and nothing there. We had very bad experience with this hotel. There are few other things happening that we don’t feel safe when staying in even one night in this hotel but not want to tell. After this incident, we knew that Marriott and Hilton are only place we will stay. No more La Quinta!

The toilet was backing up and I asked to be moved and the lady front desk not only refused saying they were full (not true as several rooms still seemed to be available online) but also rude and suggested that we move out and find another hotel. Didn't seem like the right way to run a hotel, antagonizing a customer and driving business away from the hotel. I wouldn't stay at this hotel ever again. We did checkout after that and found ourselves another hotel that was clean and where the toilet worked as it should.

Perfectly acceptable and very clean place to stay in Cypress. Lots of eating options in the vicinity and right by the freeway. If in Cypress, a solid option.

Well maintained property. Not new, but looks fresh. Employees were helpful. Breakfast, though free, was one of the least interesting free breakfasts I've tried. But thanks for free breakfast. Maybe add boiled and peeled eggs.

Had to go get breakfast elsewhere the first morning because it was empty. Waited to see if it would be refilled but had to leave due to being on a schedule. No options, only eggs and sausage links.

Wonderful property with plenty of dining options in walking distance. Front desk staff were very accommodating and professional. The bar was good. Bartenders Mike and Ike worked the countertop well. I would definitely stay here again. I didn't eat in the restaurant but it was full and everyone's food looked good.

Nice hot/ cold breakfast provided.The attendant greeted me and offered me a fresh biscuit as she was stocking the bar. She also continually restocked and cleaned. The indoor pool area for all season swimming was a plus. Front desk associate was very helpful.

Extremely clean. Rooms were very comfortable and well laid out. Has good assortment for free breakfast. All employees were courteous and helpful. If you ever have to visit northwest Houston you should consider staying here.

Property was ok looking down stairs. But there were wet floor signs everywhere and the hallway had a weird gross smell. Our first room was DISGUSTING!!! Floor was gross, but then I pulled back the sheets and there was an actual poop stain (as well as other stains) that I took a picture of!!! I was absolutely disgusted and almost left right then. The 2nd room was fine, but then I couldn’t sleep thinking about how horrible the first room was. I just wanted my kids to get some sleep. We got out of there as fast as possible the next morning. Didn’t even eat breakfast. The staff member that night we came was subpar at best. We arrived at 9:30 with 2 tired kids and no one to be found but a sign. It said to call a number if no one was there, so after waiting for 10 minutes, I started calling. It wasn’t until at least the 5th time that someone finally answered and then appeared shortly after hanging up on me. She seemed extremely bothered that we were even there. Did not greet us and just was not friendly. Then as mentioned above, she put us in horror story room that made me want to vomit! At which point, I had to haul my 2 very tired kids back downstairs with our stuff to get a new room. The girl was apologetic, but still seems annoyed with us… it’s not my fault you put us in a FILTHY room! The guy the morning we left seemed nicer and was very apologetic and appalled to hear about our experience the 2 min we interacted. Couldn’t wait to get out of there! Never will stay again!
