This place was super close to where I needed to be, so the location was awesome. I had to come and go at crazy times, but they already had plans on how to deal with that and everything worked out great. This was my first time staying at a B&B; it was much more personal than a hotel, a much shorter distance from the car to my room, and like I said, an awesome location. As you’d imagine, it’s a house with a driveway, so sometimes you have to play musical cars to get out, depending on everyone’s timing, but they have a system in place that makes it easy, and to have off-street parking in that part of the city is pretty amazing. My crazy schedule meant I never got to try the breakfast part of the B&B thing, but I hear it’s great. Plus the other guests and owners were very kind, welcoming, and helpful. I’d definitely recommend!

Judith and her husband were very kind and welcoming. However, the listing on Hotels.com shows very clearly that the rooms have private bathrooms. When we arrived and were shown to Room 1 (the Blue room), we were told that we would be sharing a bathroom down the hall with other guests. There is nothing on the listing that indicates that bathroom will be shared. I was understandably dismayed and stunned. Judith did offer to allow us to use the bathroom in another empty room for one night so that we felt more comfortable. But, she let us know it would be for one night only. We chose to leave and not stay the next night rather than share the bathroom down the hall. We are awaiting a refund for our second night. Sharing a bathroom is fine for a hostel. We have stayed in them many times when we were younger. But, we are older now and want our own bathroom. We were charged $200, which is not a hostel price. If the listing were to be corrected, I'm sure many guests would like staying at the bed and breakfast. It's in a good location. Breakfast was good. It was nice visiting with other guests.

We had such a great stay! We really enjoyed getting to know Judith and Doc and their cute pups! They were around if you needed them and had great suggestions! Would love to stay again :)
