Mola2 Resort Gili Air

Fantastisk beliggenhet rett ved stranden. Hyttene var noe skitten og mye insekter. Aircondition funket dårlig og vi fikk plutselig fullt av møll på rommet! Frokost var ok.Bad og toalett var ute. Veldig hyggelig folk som jobbet her.

Dommage que l'hôtel n'est pas entretenu comme il le faudrait, les toilettes dans la chambre était pas top il y avait une odeur d'urine constante et leur cuvette en plastique 😱 mais sinon le personnel est au petit soin dommage également que le petit dej soit pas assez Garni et des nouveautés chaque jour.(Leur omelette est très bonne.)car la vu est incroyable. pour 2nuits ça va pas plus et leur piscine est magnifique vu sur la mer .

This is the worst hotel I've ever attempted to stay at. I'm not really even sure how the place is still in business. We checked out a few hours after checking in. The pictures online are not accurate, the place is in complete disrepair and smells, holes in walls and bedding, dirty floors, mirrors, bathroom smelled like it was at a gas station. It was really really bad. And the fact that they advertise having a spa and laundry service, there's no way I would trust it with how disgusting the rooms and grounds were.

If you come to relax and be close to the beach, this place is really great! But if you need good wifi for your stay, then find somewhere else - the connection in our room was bad, and we looked for places with good connection. The breakfast is simple but fine. Pool is also nice when you need a break from them beach. Staff was really nice and helpfull. But the room we stayed in was a bit worn, and could need a fresh touch. We had several things not working properbly, and at a point you stop asking the staff - because it is a vacation and you don't wanna spend your time telling a hotel what they should have checked themselves. We had a broken lamp and a step at the stair that was broken: Those things got fixed at our stay. Furthermore the water in the shower was very hot during the day (not possible to get cold water), the safety box didn't work (whiced we lived with, but in the information it stated that there was one accessible in the room) and then again the wifi not really working in our room. Nice stay, we liked the location close to several restaurant, but as said before we felt that the hotel was a bit worn.
