Mola2 Resort Gili Air

Hotel très bien situé en face de la mer et proche du port avec une chambre spacieuse et confortable. Petit déjeuner varié et très bon. Le personnel est adorable. Très soucieux de nous satisfaire. Merci pour l'accueil. On y reviendra.

If you come to relax and be close to the beach, this place is really great! But if you need good wifi for your stay, then find somewhere else - the connection in our room was bad, and we looked for places with good connection. The breakfast is simple but fine. Pool is also nice when you need a break from them beach. Staff was really nice and helpfull. But the room we stayed in was a bit worn, and could need a fresh touch. We had several things not working properbly, and at a point you stop asking the staff - because it is a vacation and you don't wanna spend your time telling a hotel what they should have checked themselves. We had a broken lamp and a step at the stair that was broken: Those things got fixed at our stay. Furthermore the water in the shower was very hot during the day (not possible to get cold water), the safety box didn't work (whiced we lived with, but in the information it stated that there was one accessible in the room) and then again the wifi not really working in our room. Nice stay, we liked the location close to several restaurant, but as said before we felt that the hotel was a bit worn.

Fantastiskt hotell. Läget kan inte bli bättre på Gili Air. Omges av fantastiska stränder där solnedgången är magisk. Mycket bra utbud av barer och restauranger precis jämte. Hotellet har också en egen privat strandremsa för gästerna. Mycket bra service och otroligt gästvänligt. Väldigt fräscha och stora rum vilket va perfekt för oss som har massor med dykutrustning som kräver ytor. Hotellet har även utlåning av cyklar kostnadsfritt. Finns även paddleboard att låna mm för dom som önskar aktiviteter. Kommer definitivt att välja detta hotell igen om vi kommer tillbaka till Gili Air. Helt underbar ö.
