Aundra at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She gave us restaurant recommendations and tips on navigating Zion. The room was upgraded and it was very nice, big, and clean. The beds were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool and towels were provided. The breakfast was good. Free parking. Plenty of restaurants and stores that were walkable.

Great location, large and well appointed room (though a bit dark, in the bathroom mainly), nice and friendly service at the front desk and during breakfast, very nice pool, convenient parking (though charged 20$ per day). I will definitely coming back!

Hotel feels very new with modern rooms. Great location just a few steps away from the Zion Park bus stop. My only complaint is there was too much chlorine in the hot tub.

I choose this hotel for our Zion stay because it's brand new and is right next to stop 6 on the free Springdale bus line. The free breakfast was huge, because we wanted to get an early start each day, and the pool area, community balconies, and free games in the lobby were high quality welcome pluses. Oh, and the walk in closet kept our luggage out of the way, which was another added plus we weren't expecting. We'll stay here the next time we're in Zion!

I mainly booked this hotel for hot tub after hiking. However once we arrived we were told the pool and hot tub were closed due to renovation. Very disappointing!!! If I knew I would have made different arrangements.

Clean room, view from hotel was wonderful. Fire pit on back patio overlooking the mountains was much enjoyed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and grocery store.

This property was stunning in location, with a swimming pool Davion Zion hills. It was quiet, comfortable, and easy to walk to new restaurants built nearby. It is a short drive into Zion. It was pet friendly with nice grass areas to play with your pet. The EV chargers were onsite for peace of mind.

Beautiful property, roomy room with fridge and microwave. Very friendly service. Nice breakfast. Biggest negative is that neither the outdoor hottub was working nor the propane heaters or firepit on the patio preve ting us feom enjoying the lovely view from the patio and our room didnt overlook the patio or lovely view, as we were overlooking the parking lot. They had reasons when we asked but they sounded lame. When a service is advertised, it is expected since people pick hotels based on services

Just a note - parking is $20 per night, which feels like it should be included given the higher room rates. That said, the location is very convenient, with a bus stop for the free park shuttle right out front. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I would definitely book here again.

Showed up for our check in to be notified they the rooms have been oversold, so the room I booked was now unavailable and we were being placed in a double bed room. The facility was dirty. There was a weird stain on the couch in our room. The shower liquids weren’t replenished and I had to track someone down for more body wash. The carpet is abysmally gross. This gives Marriott a bad name.

Had high hopes for this hotel. There were ants in our room, a terrible smell coming from the refrigerator, and the deluxe double queen room did not look nearly as nice as it did in the photos. Front desk staff was dismissive of our concerns. The lobby area and breakfast was good though - all problems stemmed from our room. Would not stay here again.

When we checked in, the bed sheets were not clean and had a few hairs. The sofa had so many liquid stains. The first room they gave me smelled very bad of cigarettes. Luckily they had one room left to switch me to. I don't think the hotel is that old but the room seemed kinda damaged (surfaces scuffed up, holes in them, etc) which indicates cheap furnishings. Loudest ac I've ever had at a hotel. Pool got closed because someone defacated in it but they also closed the hot tub which wasn't connected which was annoying cause I was planning to use it after hiking all day. They wouldn't let anyone use the hot tub because they "couldn't watch" and make sure people didn't go in the pool even though the pool had a cover on it. Breakfast was ok, same as any other hotel breakfast, not a "buffet" as they advertise. They didn't tell me they were charging an additional $20/day for parking until I got the bill on my check out email (what a rip off since everyone pretty much is driving there, feels like nickel and diming). Rooms were not very sound proof. I heard kids crying and people talking my whole stay. You are paying for the location but the hotel quality is not worth $350/night. Wish I stayed at a cheaper place but I sprang for this cause it had the best reviews.

I’m surprised Marriott lends its name to this property. The walls and floors are paper thin and the hotel is exceptionally noisy. I asked for a quiet room and was placed next to the ice machine. Little sleep after long hiking days.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. Beautiful views all around. The only bad thing is staying in room 119. It’s right next to the ice machine. You hear people getting ice really late a night when you’re trying to sleep. And you hear people getting ice really early before they go out for their hike. We mentioned it to the front desk and all they said was “oh sorry about that”. Make sure when you get your room ask if it’s next to the ice machine and if it is ask for a different room.

We stayed here two nights and it was so nice! The room had everything we needed! Comfy bed, nice bathroom, living area with refrigerator and microwave. The views of the mountains are just gorgeous! The free breakfast was delicious! We went early each morning and food was fresh and tasty! Eggs, sausage links, herbed potatoes, waffles, oatmeal bar and plenty of fruit, yogurt and cereal options. Coffee was great too. They have a nice seating area, either indoors or outdoors to enjoy your meal in. I’d definitely stay again on my next trip to Zion!

The worst staff I've ever encountered. My room wasn't ready at check-in time and they didn't do anything to make it right, they made me sit on the lobby for almost an hour. They also charge for parking, and they will charge you full price for cancellations or changes. I booked this trip for four days and then changed to three within the window allowed for cancellations and modifications. With the change - the hotel increased my rate per night. While the front desk manager listened to my concerns after highlighting the issue, she was unhelpful in terms of helping resolve the matter or following through with anyone to remedy the issue.

We checked in and were given a room key for the wrong room. We didn’t realize this and entered the room as housekeeping was leaving. Minutes later one of the clerks at check in came in to the room angrily asking “who are you people?” “No one is supposed to be in this room.” I showed him the key envelope with the room number written on it. A housekeeping manager stayed with us while we collected all the luggage we had stored because we thought we were in the correct room, like we were going to steal or something. After he realized it was their fault they moved us to another room and offered us some free snacks. I travel often and it was the worst hotel experience I ever had.

Springhill Suites in Springdale never disappoints with anything. 5 stars consistently with their first class customer service. A relaxing, scenic, beautiful, very comfortable stay every time. We are repeat guests and would never look elsewhere.

The staff and management at this property are the worst I have ever experienced. They sent us to the wrong room where we woke up people staying in it. They chastised me and said I booked a king when I had email confirmations for 2 queens. Ceilia spoke to me like I was a child. Ends up they had my name wrong(although they had my drivers license right in front of them). To top it off they charged me for my room AND the other room. Had to spend hours on the phone while Ondra(supervisor) once again claimed it was not an error. I am who figured out they did that and had to tell HER what happened. All great except: paper thin walls, banging toilet seat of the 70s. You can literally hear some conversations from the next room, and from the hallway. Breakfast is above average compared to Hilton chain offerings, location is perfect. Price is half of that of the nearby Hampton inn. The bus stop is right in front. Also, try the Italian next door for dinner. I would stay here again.

This is a beautiful property nestled near the Zion Mountain range. The staff was very personable, and we were able to bring our bikes into our room. The breakfast was plentiful. The pool was wonderful for an evening dip. It's in the downtown area of Springdale, and shops & restaurants are easy walking distance. The entrance to Zion Nat'l Park is about a 2 minute drive or walk or bike ride. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for three nights on our 7/2023 Zion trip. The hotel was conveniently located for quick and easy access to the park entrance (5 minute drive or shuttle) with the shuttle stop located right in front of the hotel driveway. The hotel was clean and has a beautiful and private pool area with great views of surrounding mountains. The included breakfast was better than expected. The indoor/outdoor dinning area was kept clean and also had the same beautiful views of the mountains. Outside food and beverage was also welcome in their dinning area when we decided to order takeout pizza. Staff were friendly and knowledgable. On our last day, we were allowed to leave our car in the parking lot after check-out while we did one last adventure via shuttle bus to the park. Overall, we had a great stay in Zion and the Springhill Suites. Highly recommend.

Property is a little more than a mile from the Zion park gate. You can drive up and park at the visitor center but get there before 9am or expect to circle the lots for a while to get a spot. There is also a shuttle that runs to the park visitor center from town. Great property overall!

We stayed 3 nights at the SpringHill and highly recommend. From the check-in to check out we were provided with a great experience. The rooms are all sizable suites with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Breakfast is provided daily with lots of good options. The hotel provides water, coffee and tea all day in the lobby, a nice touch. The pool is nice, clean with bathrooms right by it. The Zion shuttle is conveniently located in front of the hotel. There are also a number of restaurants walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay at your facility. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Great location for easy access to Zion National Park. A short walk to the town shuttle which drops you off at the entrance to the park.

The most beautiful view ever from a hotel room. And an ideal location for visiting Zion. We also enjoyed sitting on the second floor balcony in the evenings with a glass of wine. Pricey, but on a par with other properties in the area. Very good breakfast options- though the use of plastic, plastic-wrapped utensils feels wrong for so many reasons.

We stayed here two nights and it was so nice! The room had everything we needed! Comfy bed, nice bathroom, living area with refrigerator and microwave. The views of the mountains are just gorgeous! The free breakfast was delicious! We went early each morning and food was fresh and tasty! Eggs, sausage links, herbed potatoes, waffles, oatmeal bar and plenty of fruit, yogurt and cereal options. Coffee was great too. They have a nice seating area, either indoors or outdoors to enjoy your meal in. I’d definitely stay again on my next trip to Zion!

This was our fifth stay here, and once again, we only have wonderful things to say about the hotel! The staff is absolutely amazing, the hotel is clean, welcoming, and comfortable, and the breakfast is truly delicious. The only disappointment has been that, on each of our visits, the jacuzzi was not working. Unfortunately, during our most recent stay, the pool also had to be temporarily closed due to an incident involving other guests. Of course, that was no fault of the hotel, and it certainly didn’t take away from our overall experience. The location is perfect, with breathtaking views, beautiful scenic walking areas, and some of the best restaurants all within walking distance. We absolutely love staying here and can’t wait to return in the fall. Fall is my favorite time to visit both the hotel and Zion, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay!

It only has 4 stars on booking but I think it deserves a bit more. So much more modern cleaner than other 4 star hotels. Good laundry facilities and a great pool with great opening hours. Beautiful surroundings and right next to bus to the village to get to the canyon bus. Breakfast was really good too. Kids loved the games aswell chess and the the table games were great fun
