Came in late and unexpectedly due to a late connection. Chose to take an Uber rather than call for the shuttle, but the staff seemed to have been expecting me anyway. Greeted me by name and switched to English when my Spanish got muddled. Was very grateful to have a comfortable place right by the airport when I needed one in a jam. Thank you!

The staff were amazing - they arranged a very early morning shuttle to the airport for us, as well as accommodated our request for a vegetarian meal after 9pm. The room had a balcony that opened out into the courtyard, so it was rather noisy on a Saturday night (nothing that some earplugs didn’t fix).

Check in is ok but it seems that they keep rejecting my credit card whatever it is. The food is quite expensive and not tasted exactly nice. The room service is fine and the bed is quite comfortable. And yes we find hair in the bathroom that doesn't belong to me. Nice gym too.

Additionally, I found that the final charges exceeded the initially quoted prices, with the explanation given being fluctuations in currency rates. This left me dissatisfied and feeling like I had been taken advantage of. While the accommodation at the hotel was satisfactory, I strongly advise against using any of their car services due to the substantial overcharging. It felt like a blatant rip-off, and I would caution others to explore alternative transportation options to avoid unnecessary expenses.

We stayed here before our flight home and it was a great quick stay. Very clean. Better than the more expensive hotel we stay at down the street when we arrive in Guatemala. The front desk staff was very helpful calling us a taxi for the airport.

No A/C the whole three days. I understand this can happen but the way they were not willing to do anything for the client as far any perks for the inconvenience. I was very surprised with the client service after the hotel had that big issue.

Something I didn't like. When I booked the hotel, it included breakfast. They told me it didn't. Later, I found the reservation, and it seemed like it did include breakfast. They apologized, but they didn't pay me for the breakfast I paid for. I tried to speak to the manager, but she never showed up. They stole my money. I don't recommend staying at this hotel. Airbnb is better. I recommend some apartments that are called QUO. 24/7 security.

Everything was perfect, except the checkout process. I would have given a full 5 stars, however my deposit was not reimbursed and my payment actual payment did not process. I really have issue when the convenience factor is messy and I find myself using valuable/expensive working hours trying to rectify something that has always been incredibly simple with every other Bonvoy experience in many other countries we have had. Unfortunate.

I requested assistance in multiple ways from this location and the staff completely ignored my requests in every manner. Due to the company's complete avoidance to assist a guest, I will never stay with any Marriott location again. I found Hotel Biltmore to be a much better hotel, with nice amenities, friendly staff and clean rooms. Their food is also delicious, and I felt very safe as a single American woman inside and outside of the hotel.

Due to the company's complete avoidance to assist a guest, I will never stay with any Marriott location again. Really nice property and accommodations in, probably, the safest part of Guatemala City. Great selection of restaurants in short walking distance. Really close to the airport and they have a shuttle available. Mini bar was convenient when i ran out of beer.

It’s in the middle of the city and a lot of restaurants in the area that you can walk to if you wish. It is super clean. Parking was easy to get to.

Instalaciones en buen estado, se descansa bien. Pero el tráfico alrededor es horrible! Tanto para llegar como por si se te ocurre salir a dar una vuelta. Ni lo intentes!

Came in late and unexpectedly due to a late connection. Chose to take an Uber rather than call for the shuttle, but the staff seemed to have been expecting me anyway. Greeted me by name and switched to English when my Spanish got muddled. Was very grateful to have a comfortable place right by the airport when I needed one in a jam. Thank you!

Nice property near the airport. Hotel staff is helpful. Didn’t have breakfast, but had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Good dining experience for dinner. Room was clean, comfortable & has the essentials. Room also has a mini fridge & coffee maker. Would recommend staying at this hotel for short or longer visits.

Something I didn't like. When I booked the hotel, it included breakfast. They told me it didn't. Later, I found the reservation, and it seemed like it did include breakfast. They apologized, but they didn't pay me for the breakfast I paid for. I tried to speak to the manager, but she never showed up. They stole my money. I don't recommend staying at this hotel. Airbnb is better. I recommend some apartments that are called QUO. 24/7 security.

The staff were amazing - they arranged a very early morning shuttle to the airport for us, as well as accommodated our request for a vegetarian meal after 9pm. The room had a balcony that opened out into the courtyard, so it was rather noisy on a Saturday night (nothing that some earplugs didn’t fix).

Check in is ok but it seems that they keep rejecting my credit card whatever it is. The food is quite expensive and not tasted exactly nice. The room service is fine and the bed is quite comfortable. And yes we find hair in the bathroom that doesn't belong to me. Nice gym too.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Guatemala City. The hotel was spotless, modern, and located in a fantastic area with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Their hospitality made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the airport shuttle made traveling incredibly convenient. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guatemala City, whether for business or vacation.

The hotel is located in a nice, safe area surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops, it was a one night stay to use the airport transport, the room was excellent, all amenities and services in good working order, hot water in the shower excellent, did not try the food due to the shortness of time. The airport service is not free, there is a surcharge of $25.00 and reservation is required Subject to time and availability, and space, they use a 4 passenger SUV,.although the driver was very friendly and courteous
