The hosts were very clear with expectations and the room had its own combination lock on the door. The bed was very comfortable and we had a balcony all to ourselves. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is right on a small mountain river. We would definitely stay there again!

We spent one night in this place. The staffs were polite and friendly and welcomed warmly. The room was very clean with an awesome view of river and tall trees. We had access to the backyard and could seat in front of the river. The place was in a beautiful area of Vancouver; although, it was not close to groceries. I strongly recommend this place.

Very clean and tidy room and bathroom. Bed was super comfortable. Had an incredible sleep after a day of hiking. Eggs and bacon for breakfast with fresh fruit, toast and preserves. Will stay again in future and highly recommend.

This is a beautiful property! Guests overlook a scenic river at the back of the property - and there are chairs to sit while enjoying the view. Host is very cordial, and breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

This was our first time staying in Vancouver and we must say, Michael's place was spot on. It was by far the cleanest and quietest place we have ever stayed. Michael and his family were so kind and peaceful that it made our stay exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling or staying in Vancouver to consider booking here!

Excellent stay at Riverfront B&B! This is perhaps the cleanest B&B we have ever stayed in. Impeccably maintained, spotless and comfortable accommodations. The owner and host, Michael, is very pleasant and kind. Nice breakfast, too. Very quiet neighborhood location within easy driving distance to restaurants and shopping. Just a few minutes off the TransCanada highway.

Hosts were friendly and helpful and super responsive to questions via text. Property is absolutely gorgeous with the river front at the end of the backyard. Breakfast was great with lots of fresh fruit, a main dish and some sort of side. We will be back!

Really nice property with nice host. Breakfast was tasty and a good amount. The rooms were clean, very well kept, and modern. One minor point for improvement would be temperature control in the room, one day it was cold and another time it was too hot. We recommend to put a heater in the room for temperature adjustment.

This is a lovely, comfortable and quiet B&B. Michael the host was great and very responsive to all of my emails and various communications. The massive backyard with the river is beautiful. Beds are comfortable and the freshly made omelets were great. A short drive to Vancouver. On our next visit to BV when we need lodging we will return to the Riverfront B&B.

We spent one night in this place. The staffs were polite and friendly and welcomed warmly. The room was very clean with an awesome view of river and tall trees. We had access to the backyard and could seat in front of the river. The place was in a beautiful area of Vancouver; although, it was not close to groceries. I strongly recommend this place.

This was a short trip to visit a friend with health issues hence our choice of location BUT it's an awesome location from which to explore and we will be back for certain. Purpose built B&B backing onto the Seymour River - beautiful surroundings, very quiet for recovery from urban bustle, wonderful hosts.

Excellent stay at Riverfront B&B! This is perhaps the cleanest B&B we have ever stayed in. Impeccably maintained, spotless and comfortable accommodations. The owner and host, Michael, is very pleasant and kind. Nice breakfast, too. Very quiet neighborhood location within easy driving distance to restaurants and shopping. Just a few minutes off the TransCanada highway.

This is a lovely, comfortable and quiet B&B. Michael the host was great and very responsive to all of my emails and various communications. The massive backyard with the river is beautiful. Beds are comfortable and the freshly made omelets were great. A short drive to Vancouver. On our next visit to BV when we need lodging we will return to the Riverfront B&B.

What a gem this place is. Our first visit to North Van. Gorgeous property on the river. Close to all the hiking trails. Our hosts were so nice and shared lots of info about the area. Very clean and tidy room and bathroom. Bed was super comfortable. Had an incredible sleep after a day of hiking. Eggs and bacon for breakfast with fresh fruit, toast and preserves. Will stay again in future and highly recommend.

What an amazing Bed and Breakfast! Everything was wonderful! Clean, modern and comfortable rooms were beautifully decorated. Hosts were friendly and helpful and super responsive to questions via text. Property is absolutely gorgeous with the river front at the end of the backyard. Breakfast was great with lots of fresh fruit, a main dish and some sort of side. We will be back!

This was an exceptional property and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The owner was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculately clean and the view of the river was beautiful. We had to leave early in the morning and the owner left out a packaged breakfast for us. We would definitely stay there again.
