This hotel is the most eco friendly I have stayed in and I love that. The staff was incredible. The breakfast is amazing and I love the little pool area. Really good location in Green Point which makes it walkable to CBD, Waterfront, Sea Point, etc. I highly recommend this well appointed boutique hotel and think it is a great value.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The entire staff were really nice and accommodating. The hotel is also nice and the room was a good size. It's well located and the amenities are useful. I really appreciate that everyone here went above and beyond for us!

Tutto il personale gentile e sempre sorridente, ci hanno dato ottimi consigli sulle varie escursioni da fare. Colazione ottima. Stanza molto pulita, silenziosa, con un balcone in cui potersi rilassare. La nostra camera prevedeva la vista mare ma in realtà se ne vedeva solo un pezzettino piccolo dietro alla grande palma che occupa quasi tutta la vista ma non è stato un problema. Letto comodo, asciugamani cambiati tutti i giorni, 2 bottiglie d'acqua gratuite al giorno, set per farsi caffè e tè in camera, buon servizio lavanderia. La zona è sicura, alla reception c'è sempre qualcuno ed è possibile parcheggiare proprio di fronte alla porta d'ingresso dell'hotel.

Établissement très propre avec des équipements de qualité. Le personnel est très agréable et toujours à l'écoute de vos besoins, avec également de l'assistance pour la vie locale (réservations activités etc...) Seul bémol, coupure d'électricité régulière mais liée au pays et non à l'établissement.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out everything was beyond our expectations. We were treated like family. The room was very spacious and up to date. Large tv, nice furnishing, bathroom spotless. There was always someone wanting to help, breakfast was amazing each morning, a nice bar, and a different homemade cake every evening. My wife got a massage at the spa and she described it as the best spa she ever had. We booked our excursions with the hotel also. They were private and we had so much fun with Ismail. He is Godsend, very knowledgeable, caring and entertaining. Mcgcini was a great bartender and helpful with anything we needed. He always had a smile and made us feel like family. We have met family for life! The staff at Treehouse really made us feel welcomed, safe and was the highlight to our trip. I wish I could remember everybody name but they all were so great!!!! I will definitely stay here when we return because we will return. This hotel/staff were gems and we really appreciated our time there. Don’t hesitate book here, you won’t regret it. 5 star hotel and it doesn’t lack in any area. Staff always went above and beyond. Someone even helped fix my wife’s broken suitcase and another helped her with her hair. We were so sad when it was time to go but we plan on keeping in touch!!

We had a wonderful one night stay at the hotel. Fortunately we were able to check in early after a long flight which was a pleasant surprise. We had a fantastic relaxing massage and the breakfast was sublime. Thank you for such an incredible stay on our arrival to South Africa.

Every staff member was extremely attentive. The facility is very clean, the bed comfortable. Instructions for use of a/c/heat remote would be nice. Free breakfast was great with plenty of options. Never had time for their in-house spa but you should try it. I used hotel-arranged transport and Uber. Uber was always just minutes away and probably cheaper. This location is highly recommended.

When I was looking for a hotel in Cape Town, I noticed that the Tree House had received high ratings on hotels.com and most of the reviews noted the exceptional service. I booked the hotel for five nights and am so glad that I did. The Tree House is in an ideal location, close to the V&A waterfront to walk, yet far enough away to avoid the noise and bustle of the area. We walked every day to the waterfront. Our room was comfortable; we spent a great deal of time on our balcony, looking through the trees surrounding the property to the ocean. It almost feels that you ARE in a tree house! We had our delicious, made-to-order breakfast each day outside by the pool. And each afternoon the chef surprised the guests with a cake-of-the-day. But, the one thing that stands out from everything else is the service. We had exceptional service at every turn. Sheila welcomed us, showed us around the hotel and made many of our reservations. Elton organized a driver for a tour to Cape of Good Hope and Franschhoek. Sade provided an unforgettable (and most needed) massage after a hike up Table Mountain. I highly recommended booking the Tree House, for all the reasons above. You will not be disappointed!

Great stay at the Treehouse Boutique Hotel. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. There were restaurants just down the road for dinner (a rather steep hill) and their breakfast was really good with cooked options. Our room was spacious, modern and very clean. Highly recommend.

Intimt og sjarmerende hotell i fin gåavstand til det meste. Fin frokost og hyggelig betjening. Vi hadde Look Out suite med stor fin terasse og en mindre balkong Skuffende at 2 stoler holdt på å falle fra hverande, 2 skitne sakksekker som skule være solsenger, skittent og gammelt teppe på gulvet, og dessuten skittent gulv.

Awesome stay! Hotel was very cute, breakfast was good, the room was very clean and the shower was amazing! I loved how they’re using the buckets to catch unused water to use other things for it. I should have asked for more buckets because the water took a little longer to warm up. Front staff was amazing and very helpful! The ONLY downside was the street because all my Uber drivers complained how hard it was to get out of it since it was at the top of a small hill, and there was not a lot of room to reverse to get out.

Amazing hotel close to the waterfront. The bed was simply amazing and we enjoyed the different daily wines that were fabulous. It was nice to arrive and sit on our patio. Very nice soaker tub and shower.

Very nice staff! The shower had no wall/door separating it from the main room. Breakfast buffé quite small and served luke warm tap water, great taste in items ordered from the kitchen though. All in all doesnt meet up to the standards of a 5 star hotel.

Elton, Sheila and the whole team are thoughtful and considerate with guests needs and show genuine curiosity around your visit. When I was looking for a hotel in Cape Town, I noticed that the Tree House had received high ratings on hotels.com and most of the reviews noted the exceptional service. I booked the hotel for five nights and am so glad that I did. The Tree House is in an ideal location, close to the V&A waterfront to walk, yet far enough away to avoid the noise and bustle of the area. We walked every day to the waterfront. Our room was comfortable; we spent a great deal of time on our balcony, looking through the trees surrounding the property to the ocean. It almost feels that you ARE in a tree house! We had our delicious, made-to-order breakfast each day outside by the pool. And each afternoon the chef surprised the guests with a cake-of-the-day. But, the one thing that stands out from everything else is the service. We had exceptional service at every turn. Sheila welcomed us, showed us around the hotel and made many of our reservations. Elton organized a driver for a tour to Cape of Good Hope and Franschhoek. Sade provided an unforgettable (and most needed) massage after a hike up Table Mountain. This is a beautiful modern yet rustic hotel with stunning views. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Amazing breakfast and afternoon happy hour. It’s a lovely safe part of town called Green Point, 15 min walk to the Waterfront. I’d Uber back. The hill is quite steep and the ride is a couple of dollars. Two things that could be improved is their Wi-Fi, it was impossible to transfer data for work and often it did not work at all. The furnishings are nice but the mattress was very hard. Thank you Elgin and staff for a wonderful stay

A warm welcome greeted us on arrival. The team gave helpful advice and nothing was too much trouble, even offering to run to the pharmacist for medication. Breakfast was delicious. A wonderful boutique hotel with fantastic staff. Highly recommend.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out everything was beyond our expectations. We were treated like family. The room was very spacious and up to date. Large tv, nice furnishing, bathroom spotless. There was always someone wanting to help, breakfast was amazing each morning, a nice bar, and a different homemade cake every evening. My wife got a massage at the spa and she described it as the best spa she ever had. We booked our excursions with the hotel also. They were private and we had so much fun with Ismail. He is Godsend, very knowledgeable, caring and entertaining. Mcgcini was a great bartender and helpful with anything we needed. He always had a smile and made us feel like family. We have met family for life! The staff at Treehouse really made us feel welcomed, safe and was the highlight to our trip. I wish I could remember everybody name but they all were so great!!!! I will definitely stay here when we return because we will return. This hotel/staff were gems and we really appreciated our time there. Don’t hesitate book here, you won’t regret it. 5 star hotel and it doesn’t lack in any area. Staff always went above and beyond. Someone even helped fix my wife’s broken suitcase and another helped her with her hair. We were so sad when it was time to go but we plan on keeping in touch!!

Every staff member was extremely attentive. The facility is very clean, the bed comfortable. Instructions for use of a/c/heat remote would be nice. Free breakfast was great with plenty of options. Never had time for their in-house spa but you should try it. I used hotel-arranged transport and Uber. Uber was always just minutes away and probably cheaper. This location is highly recommended.

The entire staff was extremely helpful in any needs we wanted. The breakfast was awesome and was beautifully enraged for the buffet. If you didn’t see what you wanted on the buffet a breakfast menu was always available. The staff always had a warm smile to greet you.

Great stay at the Treehouse Boutique Hotel. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. There were restaurants just down the road for dinner (a rather steep hill) and their breakfast was really good with cooked options. Our room was spacious, modern and very clean. Highly recommend.

This hotel is the most eco friendly I have stayed in and I love that. The staff was incredible. The breakfast is amazing and I love the little pool area. Really good location in Green Point which makes it walkable to CBD, Waterfront, Sea Point, etc. I highly recommend this well appointed boutique hotel and think it is a great value.

Awesome stay! Hotel was very cute, breakfast was good, the room was very clean and the shower was amazing! I loved how they’re using the buckets to catch unused water to use other things for it. I should have asked for more buckets because the water took a little longer to warm up. Front staff was amazing and very helpful! The ONLY downside was the street because all my Uber drivers complained how hard it was to get out of it since it was at the top of a small hill, and there was not a lot of room to reverse to get out.

I can’t rate this hotel highly enough. The staff were so friendly and the attention to detail Friedrich and his team went to was superb! A typical example was how the chef baked a different cake each day for guests to eat in the afternoon when they got back from sightseeing - all at no extra cost! Don’t hesitate to book this boutique hotel.

Never had time for their in-house spa but you should try it. I used hotel-arranged transport and Uber. Uber was always just minutes away and probably cheaper. This location is highly recommended.

The entire staff was extremely helpful in any needs we wanted. The breakfast was awesome and was beautifully enraged for the buffet. If you didn’t see what you wanted on the buffet a breakfast menu was always available. The staff always had a warm smile to greet you.

When I was looking for a hotel in Cape Town, I noticed that the Tree House had received high ratings on hotels.com and most of the reviews noted the exceptional service. I booked the hotel for five nights and am so glad that I did. The Tree House is in an ideal location, close to the V&A waterfront to walk, yet far enough away to avoid the noise and bustle of the area. We walked every day to the waterfront. Our room was comfortable; we spent a great deal of time on our balcony, looking through the trees surrounding the property to the ocean. It almost feels that you ARE in a tree house! We had our delicious, made-to-order breakfast each day outside by the pool. And each afternoon the chef surprised the guests with a cake-of-the-day. But, the one thing that stands out from everything else is the service. We had exceptional service at every turn. Sheila welcomed us, showed us around the hotel and made many of our reservations. Elton organized a driver for a tour to Cape of Good Hope and Franschhoek. Sade provided an unforgettable (and most needed) massage after a hike up Table Mountain. I highly recommended booking the Tree House, for all the reasons above. You will not be disappointed!

This is a beautiful modern yet rustic hotel with stunning views. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Amazing breakfast and afternoon happy hour. It’s a lovely safe part of town called Green Point, 15 min walk to the Waterfront. I’d Uber back. The hill is quite steep and the ride is a couple of dollars. Two things that could be improved is their Wi-Fi, it was impossible to transfer data for work and often it did not work at all. The furnishings are nice but the mattress was very hard. Thank you Elgin and staff for a wonderful stay

Établissement très propre avec des équipements de qualité. Le personnel est très agréable et toujours à l'écoute de vos besoins, avec également de l'assistance pour la vie locale (réservations activités etc...) Seul bémol, coupure d'électricité régulière mais liée au pays et non à l'établissement.

If staying in Cape Town, I would highly recommend staying at the Tree House. The rooms are modern and clean, the breakfast is great. However, the real value of this hotel is the staff. You could not ask for a kinder group of people. From the moment you arrive to the time you need to check out, the staff are always checking if there is anything they can help with, or any places they can recommend. That type of atmosphere is very hard to capture and this team do it seamlessly. 100% will return if I am ever in Cape Town.

Das Zimmer war sehr modern mit einem schönen Balkon, wir haben uns durchgehend wohlgefühlt. Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und liebevoll angerichtet. Man kann vom Hotel aus problemlos (bei Tageslicht) zur Waterfront laufen oder ein Uber oder den hoteleigenen Fahrservice nehmen. Das Hotel ist auch absolut sicher. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Das Hotel war sehr familiär und sauber. Aus meiner Sicht verdient es aber nicht mehr als 4 Sterne. 5 Sterne sind übertrieben. Bei unserer Ankunft hatten wir kein warmes Wasser und während dem Duschen, ging zwischenzeitlich plötzlich das Wasser aus. Auch der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Wir würden aber trotzdem wieder hingehen.
