Bequem mit der Tram Linie 2 vom Flughafen zu erreichen, großer Wohn-/Essbereich, ruhige Schlafzimmer und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Vermieterin war überaus nett und hilfsbereit.

We were six girls staying here for six nights, and we absolutely loved the apartment. The photos in the listing don’t do it justice — it was even better in person. Everything was clean and well-equipped, including beach chairs and other essentials. The location couldn’t have been better — just a one-minute walk to both the beach and the bus/tram stop. The host was also very helpful. We highly recommend this apartment!

The apartment was in an excellent location. Only a few steps away from the public beach, beach club, bus stop, tram stop and a little market. The apt has a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. It was clean and comfortable. The apt had everything that you can possibly need for your stay. The host even provided beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels, which was very useful. Will definitely recommend.

What an amazing apartment. The location is perfect and it has a great balcony with full ocean view. The apartment is clean and large and offers everything you need to cook and clean and even do laundry. We enjoyed walking to the city center and old town. My wife sat on the balcony every morning to meditate and enjoy the view.

O que falar sobre essa hospedagem... foi tudo maravilhoso! A sra Muriel foi gentil e atenciosa desde o começo, foi flexível no check in e check out. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, melhor até... tinha tudo , ela emprestou artigos de praia. Há estacionamentos na região e nas ruas próximas ( parking ) . Ótima localização, em frente a promenade des Anglais, perto mini Carrefour ( se comprar lá confira na hora sua conta ) e no sentido oposto ( esquerda/ esquerda) há uma boulangeria. A sra Muriel nos recebeu com um vinho maravilhoso, com agua geladinha ... deixou mimos e seriam necessários 1 milhão de MERCI para agradecer por tudo. Nós trouxemos e ficaremos com ela em nossos corações. Agradecemos por nos receber, agradecemos por confiar em nós ! Se um dia tivermos a chance de voltar pra Nice é aqui que gostaria de ficar. Super recomendo !

Its not easy to trust international bookings. However, I went for it.Well guess what? The apartment was 100% better than I thought it would be!It was just WONDERFUL!. Each detail of this apartment satisfied my every expectation. 1st, its very secured building! It has a beautiful small elevator. Its in front of the Mediterranean sea, AND promenade de angles. I even saw a rainbow!!! The bus #12 stops in front of the building! The tram #1 and tram #2 stop behind the building and the fresh croissants are baked daily in the corner, on Rue Californie. The bakery (pattiserie) is called leBolange and they speak perfect English!!! I will be going back to this beautiful apartment each time I return to Nice! Loved it!!!! 10 STARS! AND THE OWNER, MURIEL IS AMAZING!!! LOVED HER TOO.

We enjoyed our stay so much at this location. The view of the ocean, walking on the promenade each day, visits to Old Town, the Nicetoile Mall and lots of other fun places. You really do not need a car if you plan to stay locally as the tram and train is convenient and close by. The kitchen is well stocked and the washer/dryer was so nice to have while on a trip. The second bedroom does not have any windows and is very small so may seem a little bit tight/closed in for some people. The only two suggestions for us would be an upgraded better mattress for the main bedroom and a pizza pan for the kitchen but this would not deter us from booking again. Thanks for a great stay.

Ons verblijf in Nice was geweldig. De eigenaar was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie was perfect, dicht bij het strand en het stadscentrum. De kamers waren schoon en goed uitgerust. We hebben ervan genoten. Zeker een aanrader!

The apartment is in a great location, only 2 mins from both tram and bus stops, which makes getting to different areas of the city very easy (travel from Nice airport via tram was also very quick).The apartment itself was immaculately clean. The 2 bedrooms were to the rear, so very quiet, but we also enjoyed the flexibility of also using the sofa bed for one of our grown-up sons. The apartment was well fitted out with everything we needed and was spacious - the view out to the Promenade des Anglais was brilliant, always something to look at.The owner Muriel was friendly and responded quickly to our questions and messages - we were grateful for the milk and bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived!Overall, we had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay in the apartment and in Nice.

The property was just as stated. The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The view of the Mediterranean was unbelievable. One morning the sunrise was spectacular. We would definitely try to stay here again when we come back to Nice. Muriel is a wonderful host. She met us at the apartment and explain everything. We had a delightful stay in Muriel’s apartment.

We three friends stayed for 4 nights in Muriel’s beautiful apartment on the Promenade des Anglais in n Nice. The owner Muriel was wonderful - welcoming, helpful and totally accommodating. The apartment is super clean, spacious and in the most spectacular setting overlooking the sea and the nice skyline. Can’t recommend enough.
We three friends stayed for 4 nights in Muriel’s beautiful apartment on the Promenade des Anglais in n Nice. The owner Muriel was wonderful - welcoming, helpful and totally accommodating. The apartment is super clean, spacious and in the most spectacular setting overlooking the sea and the nice skyline. Can’t recommend enough.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung von Madame Mazet war wirklich toll. Der Blick vom Balkon war traumhaft, die Nähe zum Strand ebenfalls. Natürlich sind die Straße und die gegenüberliegende Bar auch nachts etwas laut, aber die Fenster halten den meisten Lärm ab. Mit den Klimaanlagen konnte man die Wohnung auch im August angenehm temperieren. Die Bilder in der Beschreibung entsprechen genau der Realität. Sehr praktisch war auch der Einkaufstrolley, der uns das Schleppen von Getränkeflaschen erspart hat.

Wir haben die Wohnung mit 4 Personen gebucht, um die Formel 1 in Monaco zu besuchen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist dafür sehr gut. Bus und Straßenbahn sind in 2 Minuten Entfernung und vom Bahnhof aus ist man in 20 Minuten in Monaco. Auch nach Nizza kann man in ca. 30 Minuten gut zu Fuß gehen oder eben mit dem Bus/Straßenbahn fahren. Da die Wohnung direkt an der Promenadenstraße liegt, ist es auf dem Balkon etwas lauter, aber das Schlafzimmer liegt Richtung Innenhof und ist daher leise. Die freundliche Vermieterin spricht zwar weder englisch und deutsch, aber dank Übersetzungsprogramm ist das kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Lediglich die Betten sind nicht sehr breit und auch etwas kurz. Pizzeria und Bäckerei sind direkt um die Ecke (Sonntag geschlossen). Wir würden wiederkommen.

You really do not need a car if you plan to stay locally as the tram and train is convenient and close by. The kitchen is well stocked and the washer/dryer was so nice to have while on a trip. The second bedroom does not have any windows and is very small so may seem a little bit tight/closed in for some people. The only two suggestions for us would be an upgraded better mattress for the main bedroom and a pizza pan for the kitchen but this would not deter us from booking again. Thanks for a great stay.
We enjoyed our stay so much at this location. The view of the ocean, walking on the promenade each day, visits to Old Town, the Nicetoile Mall and lots of other fun places. This property was one of the best VRBO stays we've experienced. Muriel the owner greeted us on arrival. She allowed us to drop off our luggage early before we returned our rental car to the airport. There were many little extras in the apartment that you don't find in higher priced properties. The main attraction is the location and view of the Nice shoreline. We sat on the balcony just watching the beautiful Nice sunrise/ scenery. We highly recommend Muriel's apartment for its location, view and hospitality.

We were six girls staying here for six nights, and we absolutely loved the apartment. The photos in the listing don’t do it justice — it was even better in person. Everything was clean and well-equipped, including beach chairs and other essentials. The location couldn’t have been better — just a one-minute walk to both the beach and the bus/tram stop. The host was also very helpful. We highly recommend this apartment!

O que falar sobre essa hospedagem... foi tudo maravilhoso! A sra Muriel foi gentil e atenciosa desde o começo, foi flexível no check in e check out. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, melhor até... tinha tudo , ela emprestou artigos de praia. Há estacionamentos na região e nas ruas próximas ( parking ) . Ótima localização, em frente a promenade des Anglais, perto mini Carrefour ( se comprar lá confira na hora sua conta ) e no sentido oposto ( esquerda/ esquerda) há uma boulangeria. A sra Muriel nos recebeu com um vinho maravilhoso, com agua geladinha ... deixou mimos e seriam necessários 1 milhão de MERCI para agradecer por tudo. Nós trouxemos e ficaremos com ela em nossos corações. Agradecemos por nos receber, agradecemos por confiar em nós ! Se um dia tivermos a chance de voltar pra Nice é aqui que gostaria de ficar. The apartment is in a great location, only 2 mins from both tram and bus stops, which makes getting to different areas of the city very easy (travel from Nice airport via tram was also very quick).The apartment itself was immaculately clean. The 2 bedrooms were to the rear, so very quiet, but we also enjoyed the flexibility of also using the sofa bed for one of our grown-up sons. The apartment was well fitted out with everything we needed and was spacious - the view out to the Promenade des Anglais was brilliant, always something to look at.The owner Muriel was friendly and responded quickly to our questions and messages - we were grateful for the milk and bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived!Overall, we had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay in the apartment and in Nice.

Its not easy to trust international bookings. However, I went for it.Well guess what? The apartment was 100% better than I thought it would be!It was just WONDERFUL!. Each detail of this apartment satisfied my every expectation. 1st, its very secured building! It has a beautiful small elevator. Its in front of the Mediterranean sea, AND promenade de angles. I even saw a rainbow!!! The bus #12 stops in front of the building! The tram #1 and tram #2 stop behind the building and the fresh croissants are baked daily in the corner, on Rue Californie. The bakery (pattiserie) is called leBolange and they speak perfect English!!! I will be going back to this beautiful apartment each time I return to Nice! Loved it!!!! 10 STARS! AND THE OWNER, MURIEL IS AMAZING!!! LOVED HER TOO.

We enjoyed staying at Muriel's apartment, it was very close to a tram stop so easy to get around. It has a lovely view of the water and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony having a coffee or wine. It can get very noisy but once you shut the doors you can't hear a thing. Muriel was a delightful host and so helpful!

Home away from home. Highly recommend. Please note this gorgeous apartment is a little out of the main hub so be prepared to tram it into the old town as it’s a long walk. Beach out front is perfect- not many restaurants or food outlets close by. Otherwise absolutely fabulous.

Perfect location. Waking up each morning and sitting on the back balcony and enjoying the view of the sea was incredible and it was so easy to get anywhere with the bus in front and the train in back. Also, a grocery store just a block away was so convenient. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

We have stayed in Nice several times now and it is always amazing. I think that by returning to Muriel’s apartment says how much we loved it. Wonderful location with the sea just access the promenade it’s hard to imagine anything better, The apartment has everything that you could need with a supermarket around the corner and Nice centre just a few minutes away on the tram. We would highly recommend and will be back there soon.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr funktionell eingerichtet, sodass man nichts vermisst. Die Lage ist sehr gut, 3 Gehminuten bis zum Strand, 20 Gehminuten entlang der Promenade bis zur Stadt. Auf dem Balkan ist zwar sehr laut von der Hauptstraße, jedoch mit sehr tollem Meerblick. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Empfehlenswert 👍

We would definitely try to stay here again when we come back to Nice. Muriel is a wonderful host. She met us at the apartment and explain everything. We had a delightful stay in Muriel’s apartment.

What an amazing apartment. The location is perfect and it has a great balcony with full ocean view. The apartment is clean and large and offers everything you need to cook and clean and even do laundry. We enjoyed walking to the city center and old town. Each detail of this apartment satisfied my every expectation. 1st, its very secured building! It has a beautiful small elevator. Its in front of the Mediterranean sea, AND promenade de angles. I even saw a rainbow!!! The bus #12 stops in front of the building! The tram #1 and tram #2 stop behind the building and the fresh croissants are baked daily in the corner, on Rue Californie. The bakery (pattiserie) is called leBolange and they speak perfect English!!! I will be going back to this beautiful apartment each time I return to Nice! Loved it!!!! 10 STARS! AND THE OWNER, MURIEL IS AMAZING!!! LOVED HER TOO.
Its not easy to trust international bookings. However, I went for it.Well guess what? The apartment was 100% better than I thought it would be!It was just WONDERFUL!. We have stayed in Nice several times now and it is always amazing. I think that by returning to Muriel’s apartment says how much we loved it. Wonderful location with the sea just access the promenade it’s hard to imagine anything better, The apartment has everything that you could need with a supermarket around the corner and Nice centre just a few minutes away on the tram. We would highly recommend and will be back there soon.

We enjoyed our stay so much at this location. The view of the ocean, walking on the promenade each day, visits to Old Town, the Nicetoile Mall and lots of other fun places. You really do not need a car if you plan to stay locally as the tram and train is convenient and close by. The kitchen is well stocked and the washer/dryer was so nice to have while on a trip. The second bedroom does not have any windows and is very small so may seem a little bit tight/closed in for some people. The only two suggestions for us would be an upgraded better mattress for the main bedroom and a pizza pan for the kitchen but this would not deter us from booking again. Thanks for a great stay.

This property was one of the best VRBO stays we've experienced. Muriel the owner greeted us on arrival. She allowed us to drop off our luggage early before we returned our rental car to the airport. There were many little extras in the apartment that you don't find in higher priced properties. The main attraction is the location and view of the Nice shoreline. We sat on the balcony just watching the beautiful Nice sunrise/ scenery. We highly recommend Muriel's apartment for its location, view and hospitality.

Perfect location. Waking up each morning and sitting on the back balcony and enjoying the view of the sea was incredible and it was so easy to get anywhere with the bus in front and the train in back. Also, a grocery store just a block away was so convenient. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
