Nice location but terrible value, not a luxury place at all - they skimp on details. We had almost no interaction with the staff, and they didn't refresh our room, which would be fine but, e.g. there are only two coffee cups, no spare towels. Why am I paying this price and have to wash my own coffee cup for day two? Safe in the room didn't work, teabags were terrible quality/brand, and worst of all, room design is style over substance - why is the TV beside the bed when bed points towards window with no view (garden room). Pool /gym facilities are beautiful and not at all busy, so that was a big plus. It's a premier inn next to a David Lloyd gym but without enough parking.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakes by Yoo. Everything was clean and well designed and the pool and spa facilities were good. Most importantly the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our original room so they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our final night, which we weren't able to stay in as we had to leave due to a family emergency, but the gesture was greatly appreciated. We hope to visit again in the future!

A lovely stay from arrival to departure. Staff done an exceptional job with making us feel so welcome by going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and making my partner’s birthday so special. Lakes by Yoo truly feels like a home away from home and I would I highly recommended. Thank you for the upgrade. We will be returning.
