Rooms bathroom floor was not swept for the 4 days we were there

Our one week stay at the Laylow was memorable for both its quality and comfort. The front desk was staffed at all times by smiling and helpful staff and its restaurant and bar serviced by some of the friendliest my wife and I have ever experienced in our travels. I can name a few - Shawn checked us in with a thorough orientation, Nicole in the restaurant made sure our coffee was frequently topped at breakfast, and was happy to offer help with our days' plans. The fellows at the bar, Taylor, Aaron, Alvin, Jeremy & Carson served up great cocktails and local beers with personable flair for making us feel right at home. Truly a delightful experience, that was above the standard. The room was top quality, spotlessly clean and maintained daily, a comfortable bed the perfect height from the floor, and pretty decor issuing an island vibe. We had great views toward eastern Waikiki, enjoying some time on the balcony between jaunts to the beach, which was only a ten minute stroll away. We've made a half dozen trips through the Hawaiian chain and this was the first enjoying only the busy urban charm of Waikiki. With this fine hotel located at its centre we were well satisfied by the experience and would recommend the Laylow to all ages, from solos to families for a great stay. Bravo team!!

I don’t think we had the room we chose on the app. Room smelled like a restaurant an viewed an alley. Won’t be back.
