Die Zimmer sind einfach und manchmal veraltet, mit dünnen Wänden, gelegentlichem Lärm von der Straße, kleinen Duschen und einem instabilen oder komplizierten WLAN. Die Sauberkeit wird oft gelobt, aber es gibt immer wieder Beschwerden über Schimmel in einigen Badezimmern und anhaltende Rauch- oder muffige Gerüche. Das Frühstück ist von ausreichend bis einfach und süß, und es gibt kein hoteleigenes Restaurant, daher sind die Möglichkeiten in der Nähe begrenzt. This place was a short cab ride to the city. The grounds are stunning and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They have a sweet cat the roams the grounds. Our room had marble floors which were just gorgeous the pool is enormous. Federico and Andre are new best friends.

The hotel clean rooms and ideal for someone who just wants a decent bed. Food-wise, only Breakfast is available at €10 (more of continental items and not much selection, however it's worthy the price and gives a great breakfast option). Other amenities available are bar, free Wi-Fi and beautiful garden with a clean swimming pool. Reception staff are friendly and speak English. My experience down side for the hotel was that the shower cubicle was too tiny that I could not shower properly, it restricted my movement and had to come out to apply myself soap. The location of the hotel is not too great as the nearest town (Cornelia) costs €20 by taxi and €65 for Ciampino airport. There is a local bus (number 246) that regularly operates in the area, however, the bus stop is at a very awkward position of the dual carriage way and you have to walk on the dangerous side of the road. I would not advise to walk at night and there is a thick bush of trees. Overall, it is a nice hotel/B&B and I could go again but only on one condition that my travel plan does not involve frequently going to central Rome

The staff who initially checked me in was very nice and helpful. There were 2 other staff who did not care much to put effort in being nice and friendly. This kind of dampened my spirits. The lady at the breakfast time was very nice and helpful too. I found cat hair on my bed on the first day. I called the concierge/receptionist who refused to agree it was animal hair inspite of physical evidence! He then curtly told me that he will change the room for me although I told him that if he changed the bedsheet , it would be enough. This person was not friendly at all and spoiled my mood during my trip. I was being nice about the whole situation. Not sure why he could not do the same. To the people who found this location inconvenient- the property has a beautiful garden and is spacious unlike what you find in Rome. Endure to download Glovo app to order food since uber eats does not work. Similarly download FREENOW app for travel instead of uber. It is slightly cheaper. Use a metered taxi she. You are coming back to the hotel after your spending your day. You will pay less. The breakfast was awesome! I am vegetarian and there were lot options for me. I particularly loved the spinach and cheese thing - don’t recall the name. All in all - a bit too bad experience except for 2 concierge/ receptionist who do not care much about their job.

The hotel was sooooo far away from the city, and the bus station was very uncomfortable to reach as the stop was literally on the highway. Specially scary at night when returning as you had to cross through the poorly illuminated highway to reach the hotel. That was the main con of our stay, and although we saved money on the hotel, we had to spend a little extra on taxis to return every night. Apart from that, the cleaning of the room was a little inconsistent and some of the bathroom tiles a little dirty. On the other hand, we really loved the attentive and kind service, and the little balcony was lovely to have your coffee in the morning. The breakfast was extremely simple (mostly cakes, sandwiches, yougurt and fruit) but sufficient, and the cafeteria lady was also very kind.

It was a nice hotel, but the rooms were smoking and smelled horrible. Manager Lucca was great help but they did not have any room without smells of smoke. Also, the hotel was next to the highway, so that you would hear road noise all the time. Breakfast was limited but reasonable, and the staff was very professional. If you have a car and want to go to the Rome City Center just drive to the Cornelia metro Park your car and head to the city it's easy.

Most of the rooms have mold and the hotel refuses to see that it is an issue. Customer service is terrible. Brought issue to the staff’s attention and they took it personal versus carrying about the safety and health of their guest.

All you need is a last name and room number. If you want more than one pillow, you’ll need to request it. Apparently they are limited.

L'hôtel est un peu daté, dans la déco et dans l'ambiance générale. La chambre est grande et plutôt fonctionnel. Le personnel est très agréable et à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner est varié et assez garni mais la salle est vite pleine et bruyante (terrasse pour les beaux jours) Attention si vous êtes à pieds et que vous utilisez les transport en commun : le bus ne s'arrête pas systématiquement, l'arrêt est en bordure de voie rapide et le chemin qui mène à l'hôtel n'est pas du tout sécurisant.

The hotel is definitely located off the beaten path. I paid for the deluxe room but was offered a single room closer to the main office so I wouldn’t have to walk in the dark. I laughed and said I would take the room that I paid for which was definitely outdated. Walls were thin and I could hear next-door.

My experience was interesting. The chef was very helpful in assisting me to order food. He was very patient and kind and I appreciated his services. The WiFi signal was a big problem for me, the signal was not great!! I got my own breakfast, due to some of the Vegan options was not for me..Their was a lovely lady who checked and serviced the rooms was very supportive in guided me on where to visit and gave the best options, which was convenient. Thank you, The reception and everyone was very helpful and kind overall!! Many thanks Agnes

The boomerang as is its names states you will want to return. Attentive to guests excellent concierge services and they can communicate in English . Tucked Away in a cul de sac and offers a secluded space free of the hustle and bustle . As of most of Europe is , the property is not ultra modern but more than satifactory. Hot water , High pressure. I would have preferred more hangers . That’s about it. Also a 5 minute stroll from public transport . I got to see the busy Rome and escape to Boomerang To recover . The lady at the breakfast was my favorite.

The hotel clean rooms and ideal for someone who just wants a decent bed. Food-wise, only Breakfast is available at €10 (more of continental items and not much selection, however it's worthy the price and gives a great breakfast option). Other amenities available are bar, free Wi-Fi and beautiful garden with a clean swimming pool. Reception staff are friendly and speak English. My experience down side for the hotel was that the shower cubicle was too tiny that I could not shower properly, it restricted my movement and had to come out to apply myself soap. The location of the hotel is not too great as the nearest town (Cornelia) costs €20 by taxi and €65 for Ciampino airport. There is a local bus (number 246) that regularly operates in the area, however, the bus stop is at a very awkward position of the dual carriage way and you have to walk on the dangerous side of the road. I would not advise to walk at night and there is a thick bush of trees. Overall, it is a nice hotel/B&B and I could go again but only on one condition that my travel plan does not involve frequently going to central Rome

The boomerang as is its names states you will want to return. Attentive to guests excellent concierge services and they can communicate in English . Tucked Away in a cul de sac and offers a secluded space free of the hustle and bustle . As of most of Europe is , the property is not ultra modern but more than satifactory. Hot water , High pressure. I would have preferred more hangers . That’s about it. Also a 5 minute stroll from public transport . I got to see the busy Rome and escape to Boomerang To recover . The lady at the breakfast was my favorite.

Most of the rooms have mold and the hotel refuses to see that it is an issue. Customer service is terrible. Brought issue to the staff’s attention and they took it personal versus carrying about the safety and health of their guest.

Friendly staff, front desk Frederick is knowledgeable with the surroundings whether it be inside the city of Rome or outside he will guide you to the best places to see. The buffet area where one eats breakfast is very clean, with one employee who handles all she is Elena, keeps the area sanitized and clean. From outside area to collecting trash she is an exemplary staff who treats the area as her own, a dedicated team member who deserves the best. Thank you team Hotel Boomerang, will cherish my 13 days stay as a safe and well taken cared customer deep in my heart. You are highly recommended.

Property was very well run clean and had most of the amenities required. There were no restaurants nearby to walk to and very costly for cabs. The walk even to the bus stop is a long way for someone who has issues walking.

The hotel was sooooo far away from the city, and the bus station was very uncomfortable to reach as the stop was literally on the highway. Specially scary at night when returning as you had to cross through the poorly illuminated highway to reach the hotel. That was the main con of our stay, and although we saved money on the hotel, we had to spend a little extra on taxis to return every night. Apart from that, the cleaning of the room was a little inconsistent and some of the bathroom tiles a little dirty. On the other hand, we really loved the attentive and kind service, and the little balcony was lovely to have your coffee in the morning. The breakfast was extremely simple (mostly cakes, sandwiches, yougurt and fruit) but sufficient, and the cafeteria lady was also very kind.

We chose the property on our return to Rome for travel home and its proximity to the airport. We were prepared to use the and cost taxis and bus but it’s a nightmare. On our return on the bus even after pushing the stop button, the driver just blew past the stop and we had to find a different way back to the hotel. There is absolutely nothing nearby. No restaurants or markets etc. I know you get what you pay for but be aware.

Our stay was okay- going off of reviews prior to booking it was very deceiving. You needed to get a taxi to the Metro if you wanted to travel into the city as you could not walk to it. We found if difficult to get a taxi from the city out to the hotel at night as it was so far out. One taxi guy called the location of hotel ' the edge of the world' and refused us. From the city back to the hotel- is only 15-20 pending traffic but that costed €70 a night which is robbery. We paid a total of €375 on taxis for the three days- if I was to book again I would book more central. The breakfast was a basic processed continental- no fruit was one thing I noticed. But breads, meats, yoghurts and pastries so it was okay but not for price. The staff however we lovely and couldn't be more helpful in particular staff member Luca was a pure gentleman.

Helt greit hotell med luftkjøling, bassenget var supert i varmen. Ikke gå for frokosten om du ikke setter veldig pris på Italias søte kaker. Ingen restaurant, men praktisk å bestille levering av pizza, de hjelper deg i resepsjonen. De selger også billetter i resepsjonen for buss og Metro som tar deg til sentrum. Vi bodde der to netter for å ha en dag i Roma før vi skulle fly hjem etter bilferie, 20 minutter til flyplassen.

L’endroit est sympa, la chambre est correcte mais honnêtement le lit est pas confortable du tout pour un trois-étoiles en Europe. De plus le petit déjeuner il y a un minimum pas d’omelette, il y a juste des œufs durs tout est chimique. Bon quelques fruits on nous a même pas mis des bouteilles pour le deuxième jour et le premier jour on a mis une bouteille avec Une autre entamé dans le frigo. Bref après il a fallu quitter l’hôtel à 10h du matin on nous a laissé maximum pour 10h30. Si j’avais su, j’aurais jamais réservé. Nous, on a bien rester pour minimum 11 heures midi, on est aussi déçu car je pensais qu’il y avait la piscine, mais la dame m’a dit qu’elle avait fermé un jour avant, je n’ai pas vu cela bref Très mauvais rapport qualité prix.

L'hôtel en lui même est bien , la piscine nickel. Par contre le gros point noir , c est le petit déjeuner. Pas de pain , pour un français c est dur!

Lors de notre séjour, le principal point gênant a été le bruit continu de la circulation lié à la proximité de l’autoroute, et une meilleure isolation des fenêtres et de la porte améliorerait nettement le confort ; l’isolation thermique paraît aussi insuffisante, l’état du plafond laissant penser qu’une rénovation plus poussée serait nécessaire car la climatisation réversible ne compense pas ; nous avons également été gênés par un rectangle lumineux avec une petite lumière verte, d’origine incertaine, qui éclairait la pièce la nuit, par un réfrigérateur qui fuyait, par le manque d’espace pour poser ses affaires dans une salle de bain qui mériterait d’être rénovée, ainsi que par une propreté et un petit-déjeuner moyens, et une télévision difficile à régler et à connecter au Wi-Fi ; nous avons toutefois apprécié les volets électriques, mais une rénovation plus complète serait souhaitable.

Our experience with this hotel was disappointing from start to finish. We booked through Expedia because we needed very specific dates for an early flight the next morning. Unfortunately, the Expedia app booked the wrong dates, so they contacted the hotel to correct the reservation, but the hotel refused. Their only solution was for us to pay twice for the same night at the same rate. Thankfully, Expedia continued working with us to resolve the issue. We chose this hotel because the Expedia listing showed a beautiful pool with a diving board, loungers, and a lush setting. When we arrived, the front desk employee told us the diving board had been removed years ago, and closed at 7 pm. The pool also looked very different from the listing photos, which do not accurately represent the property. The front desk employee was unfriendly and rude. Since the pool was not what we thought, we asked to view the room before paying the traveler tax, she agreed but stood at the doorway laughing while we looked around, which felt very unprofessional. The hotel is isolated, with the nearest restaurant about a 30+ min walk away, so we had to pay for Uber rides. We also paid extra for breakfast, but the selection appeared very limited & unappealing, we chose not to eat there. Overall, the customer service was poor, the listing photos were misleading, and the experience did not justify the price. I hope Expedia updates the photos so future guests have an accurate expectation of the property.

When we arrived, the front desk employee told us the diving board had been removed years ago, and closed at 7 pm. The pool also looked very different from the listing photos, which do not accurately represent the property. The front desk employee was unfriendly and rude. Since the pool was not what we thought, we asked to view the room before paying the traveler tax, she agreed but stood at the doorway laughing while we looked around, which felt very unprofessional. The hotel is isolated, with the nearest restaurant about a 30+ min walk away, so we had to pay for Uber rides. We also paid extra for breakfast, but the selection appeared very limited & unappealing, we chose not to eat there. Overall, the customer service was poor, the listing photos were misleading, and the experience did not justify the price. I hope Expedia updates the photos so future guests have an accurate expectation of the property.
