Great stay! We have actually stayed at this listing a few years ago, and it was just as amazing this time around as it was then. Highly recommend for a family stay. We love it.

Can’t ask for a better location. Right on the beach with the park next door too for games etc. Pretty quiet as you’re down away from the shops. Parking was convenient other than garbage day. The house sleeps a lot of people however the kitchen is very small for the amount of people. The house is old and outdated. It could really use a deep clean especially on the main floor. A few minor updates would go a long way with bathrooms/fixtures etc. We had a son in a wheelchair and although we made it work it was very tricky and tight spaces. Hard to get him in and out and the main floor has lots of thresholds etc. I would not recommend for someone looking for accessibility. The patio is great to sit on and watch the sunset and people, just be prepared to clean things off. Overall our group of 16 had a great experience and loved the location. Wish it was a little cleaner and a few updates. Very responsive communication. The outdated house is reflected in the price for the size and location.

Great house, lovely location, we had a wonderful stay.

Very old property. Small kitchen. Bedding old. Dust in casita. However, we chose this property as it has a grassy field, beach and on the boardwalk! Quick response to need of cleaning, electrical outage, and communication was clear and helpful.
