L'hôtel est situé au calme, à proximité des transports pour le centre ville et l'aéroport avec un arrêt du bus express à 2 minutes à pieds. Les locaux sont propres et bien entretenus. Le personnel était agréable et à l'écoute des demandes.

We had booked superior room for our stay, we arrived around 6pm, the room was clean & tidy however there was an overwhelming stench of sewage in the room & the room was boiling hot, we tried to use the air conditioning but that appeared to be broke & the mini bar/fridge inside the wardrobe was warm, as were the drinks, this was also not working. We didn’t have robes/slippers in the room as advertised either. There were no tea/coffee facilities, however not sure this is a thing in Romania. For a 4 star hotel the service & the maintenance of the room was poor. Couldn’t fault the cleanliness, spotless. Staff were pretty miserable & didn’t seem attentive to sort the issues out. Wouldn’t stay here again if we were to return. The area seemed pretty run down & there were no shops nearby to get snacks or drinks.

It doesn't feel like a four stars hotel. It has some four stars features and others that are not so great. The biggest issue was the noise. The rooms are specifically advertised as being soundproof. They are not.

Lovely hotel, large room and very nice, we will stay again
