Super friendly and helpful staff, my husband and I got some trouble on our way to Jesenik, and the staff was super understanding and pacient with us! Loved the facilities, definitely a place to rest and decompress. The pool and sauna are amazing, and the views from there during the winter are incomparable. We will come back for sure! Loved it here!

Friendly staff , nice location, although I would expect a little more comfort in a business suite! Beds are too soft, towels are too old , no blinding curtains as stated, supply in the room does not get refilled( water bottle, shampoo and shower gel. There was no airconditioning as stated but a ventilator would be nice in the summer. Also the chair in combination with the desk is not suitable for a comfortable for working on your laptopThe bed and supplies in the room does not meet the standard of a business suite. Breakfast was good but not super. I would not book again for a business trip although for a wellness stay this is a good place. A decent trip back in time in this nice 100+ years old villa with a relaxing vibe
