The lights in our room didn't work properly necessitating staff to visit at c. 11pm twice during our stay to switch them off. Our room was also inaccessible for some time while repair work was done one afternoon. The pool areas was surprisingly small and the gym was tiny/short on equipment. The staff were very ftiendly and the location is good, but overall we were disappointed.

I absolutely loved my experience at Salil Sukhumvit 57! From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and immaculately clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to BTS and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The hotel’s amenities, especially the rooftop pool and fitness center, were top-notch, providing a relaxing escape amidst the bustling city. Really enjoyed our stay here, was comfortable and quiet and close to the BTS station. I think it's not really 5 stars as the rooms feel a bit worn. No bar either but despite these two things I would happily stay again.

Ein ganz besonderes, bezauberndes Hotel mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail mitten in Bangkok. Die Zimmer laden auch wirklich zum Wohlfühlen ein. Tolle Sessel zum Beispiel - und sogar ein Pyjama auf dem Bett bereitgelegt ! Oben auch ein sehr schöner Rooftop Pool mit mega bequemen Liegen ! Für die „Kleinen“ gibt es auch eine sehr gemütlich aussehende PlayStation Spielabteilung. Personal war überragend! Eine klare Empfehlung für dieses Hotel !

Very friendly and helpful staff, in particular Tom. Room was a good size with small kitchen area. Very good shower. Looked like bedroom area at least had been recently decorated. The breakfast didn't look particularly special, and expensive for what it was - but we didn't actually try it. The gym was small, and felt crowded with three of us in it at the same time. But had free weights, as well as a few machines. Swimming pool was refreshingly cool, and nice to have some drink and free nibbles nearby. Nice to have a play/games area - should you get hotel bound for any reason. TV remote control had some less responsive buttons - but used own device mostly and wifi was okay.

It's a beautiful property, just blocks away from the BTS station. The rooms and common areas were in great condition. The main (minor) issue i had was that in trying to be modern, there were some technical issues that came up. The elevator had a key scanner that didn't work very well, and there are about 20 light switches in the room - hard to find which switches control which fixtures.

The room smelt of a mixture of smoke and damp despite being a no smoking room. No A/C in the corridors has a negative effect the hotel. Breakfast was poor with the hot food cold and the fruit warm. The restaurant was lovely and the staff efficient and friendly. The lights in our room worked sometimes and not others. We had to ask for help as the lights wouldn't turn off one evening. Definitely not a 5* hotel more 3 star .

The hotel has a lot of potential, the location is excellent, the colors are pleasant and the vibe is great. But the comfort is less then expected. The mattress was very uncomfortable, we woke up with back pain. The air conditioner barely cools and there is no wardrobe in the rooms, very uncomfortable for those coming for a few days. Nice hotel but not at 5 star level

SNS映えを狙っているだけのホテル。設備と便利さを求めたら評価は低い。トンロー駅から徒歩圏内だが手前にあるマリオットホテルを過ぎると、街灯がない暗い一本道を歩くため女性1人では不安だと思います。日本語スタッフが常駐していないためスタッフと英語でのやり取りが必要。語学が不安な場合は翻訳ツールを使用して会話。やや不便。部屋の壁が薄く隣の騒音が丸聞こえ。若い世代の客層が多く深夜まで騒音がうるさい可能性も。。浴室のシャワーの温度がわかりにくい。。左がHOT、右がCOLDなのはスタッフを呼んで初めてわかった。。全開に捻りすぎると熱いお湯しか出ない不便さ。。良かった点は、エレベーターはカードキー必須なためホテル内は安全か。ベッドメイクは◎。同行者は日本からドライヤーとヘアアイロンを持ち込んでいたが変圧器も変換プラグもなく問題なく使えていた。

The rooms were very well furnished, while the bathroom feels very compact with limited counter space. The doors may be a bit too thin as I can hear foot traffic and people talking while they move along the corridor. It is very contrasting between day & night, as during the day there's less foot traffic and its practically silent in the room. However, at night (10pm to 2am) I can hear quite a lot of traffic going to and fro, and it sounded almost like they were in the room. Quite disconcerting being woken up from sleep like that.

I think in general the hotel looks very nice, clean, modern. I had a small problem with the lights in my room, they wouldn't turn off, not all of them, but still not good to go to sleep. I probably had one of the smaller rooms, and I felt there was insufficient drawer space to fully unpacked. I stayed for 6 nights.

The hotel is clean and tidy, though the room is obviously dated and needs some repairing (e.g. towel hanger is loose; doors are chipped). The design is not the most updated (e.g. light switch system is not properly labelled). Air con system needs a better filter. Cigarette smell came into our room through the air con system. However, it was a pretty good experience staying in this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only 5 min walk from Thong Lor BTS station. Very close to a famous mango sticky rice store. It's worth the value based on this price.

Bel hotel mais service inexistant! Le personnel de la réception donne l’impression de ne pas être concerné par leur clients et est juste aimable sans plus…j’ai du demandé à la réception pour que ma chambre soit faite à 16h00…Même pas une boite de Kleenex dans la sdb/chambre. Petit déjeuner en dessous de tout, pas de viennoiseries…j’ai demandé pourquoi le buffet qui était prévu pour le petit dèj était supprimé il m’a été répondu qu’il n’y a que 10 chambres occupées donc juste service minimum le matin…bref première et dernière visite dans cet hotel! .

The lights in our room didn't work properly necessitating staff to visit at c. 11pm twice during our stay to switch them off. Our room was also inaccessible for some time while repair work was done one afternoon. The pool areas was surprisingly small and the gym was tiny/short on equipment. The staff were very ftiendly and the location is good, but overall we were disappointed.

This is not my first time in this hotel. Everything was great as usual. It is well located and close to the Thonglor BTS station. The only disappointment was I found when entering my room two tiny bugs on the desk and a tiny fly in the bathroom. The staff was super friendly and helpful like always, even the new faces I did not know.

The hotel, their cleanliness, their staff, the breakfast, and their attitude was excellent. However, although this hotel is only 5 or 6 miles from the Grand Palace and all the other tourist attractions we planned, those 6 miles took us 45 minutes to an hour to get to by car. It was insane! If we had to do it all over again, I think we would have stayed closer to the city center. But that's not knocking this hotel - it really was very nice.

出張で利用。地図上ではトンローから一筋違いますが、実際はホテルから徒歩ならすぐ間を抜けられますので、すごく便利です。夜は静かですし、快適でした。宿泊した部屋はバスタブもあり、冷蔵庫も完備。ジムもたまたま同階にあったので何も困りませんでした。ベッドも大きくて価格もリーズナブルでまた泊まりたいと思います。おすすめです♪

Amazing hotel with the kindest staff. Room is spacious and clean and provides drinking water for guests. Amenities are beautiful and the atmosphere was just perfect. We didn't want to leave the room! The room smelt of a mixture of smoke and damp despite being a no smoking room. No A/C in the corridors has a negative effect the hotel. Breakfast was poor with the hot food cold and the fruit warm. The restaurant was lovely and the staff efficient and friendly. The lights in our room worked sometimes and not others. We had to ask for help as the lights wouldn't turn off one evening. Definitely not a 5* hotel more 3 star .

Familjen K från Sverige ;) Bra Hotel, bodde 4 nätter med familjen och det passade oss fint. Frukosten va lite liten i min smak, men helt ok. Restaurangen stänger 21:00 efter det får man handla dricka på seven eleven. Ca 30 min till MBK om du ska shoppa ;) Taxi med hotellet till flygplatsen ( BKK ) ordnade dom för 650 bth. Tack från

Really enjoyed our stay here, was comfortable and quiet and close to the BTS station. I think it's not really 5 stars as the rooms feel a bit worn. No bar either but despite these two things I would happily stay again.

観光で5泊しました。【よかった点】・トンロー駅まで徒歩5分くらいで電車移動楽でした・近くに人気の飲食店が多数あり食事に困りません・朝ご飯は、毎日少しずつ変化があり美味しかったです・帰りは自分でGRABで空港まで手配（約540B）しましたが、ホテルの送迎サービスの方が安かった（500B）です。【少し残念な点】・プールサイドの席数が少なく2回ほど満席でプールに入れなかった・帰国前日にやっとプールに入れたが16時から貸し切りイベントか何かがあり退出のお願いをされた為今回の滞在中はプールにほぼ入れなかった（都心部でプール付きを条件でホテルを選んでいたので残念です）基本、満足できる滞在でした。
