Fabulous location, food was delicious, not a very good night's sleep due to the road noise throughout the night. Also no milk provided had to go to the bar to request.

This was quite a find . We were staying one night after opera . The staff were welcoming and helpful . Nothing was too Much . Our room was tastefully decorated , with a very clean up to date bathroom . The bed was in incredibly comfortable. The pièce de résistance was the amazing breakfast with Otis and Belle bread and croissants followed by any form of cooked breakfast . All highly delicious . Flowing coffee and juice also . We will be back . It is a special place .

Super lovely friendly rural pub. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was superb and even though it was 25 degrees overnight they provided a fan which worked a treat. Great people with super service. Thanks

Decent hotel, good beds, great nights sleep but breakfast from 9.30-10? Bit limiting isn’t it!!

The food in the gastropub was truly gourmet - outstanding and delicious.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The ambience was very charming. Our room was small,with an adequate bed. The stairs were very steep, but as expected in a 15th century building. The carpet in the rooms and stairs need updating, but all in all, our stay was very pleasant.
