I begrudgingly offer a glowing review, begrudgingly because it will make this wonderful hotel a little bit more popular and a little bit more expensive. However, the staff are excellent, very hard working and extremely professional, and they deserve to be praised. The rooms and the spa (free for one guest for a two hour slot, extra for second guest) are also excellent. Ski lifts and multiple bars/restaurants are a short walk away. However, the restaurant in the hotel is also definitely worth visiting. I left my gloves in the bar, I cannot collect them so please treat them well.

Our hotel experience in Odalys was beyond our expectation! The room they gave us is with stunning view of the Alps and the hotels's pool. The amenities are fantastic, the pool has worm water and we relaxed on thier spa. The room and bed was very spacious and with built in kitchen which we did not expect. Overall, it was a very personal exprience for us a couple. We will definetly come back.

We visited this property in July , the rooms were lovely , clean with coffee and tea facilities, the noise from the plumbing upstairs was awful , even though I presume this is more of a winter area the hotel was busy , the area around the pool was clean and well looked after , the food in the restaurant on an evening was excellent and so was the breakfast which had a great variety of fresh cooked bread items ,with the most amazing cheeseboard ( yes , for breakfast) . There was lots of parking as they had an underground carpark . The area itself was lovely , uphill on the way back but still walkable , the town itself even though it was summer had plenty still to do in the town centre and the cable cars and ski lifts still working , cafes and restaurants open , had a great atmosphere, would certainly return

Etablissement (partie hôtelière) de qualité avec un accès direct au domaine skiable. Une remarque : les places électriques dans le parking sont insuffisamment matérialisées et des automobilistes peu respectueux stationnent dessus, même sans véhicule électrique. Il serait peut-être judicieux que l'établissement envisage une politique particulière sur le sujet (par exemple une butée dont on doit demander la clé en réception).

Bel établissement avec un personnel aimable et attentionné ( sauf exception…) Le SPA est un vrai plus Par contre la literie est moyenne, avec des oreillers carrément à changer!(prendre exemple sur ce que propose Accor Hôtels) Et la décoration de la chambre, très bien équipée par ailleurs,mériterait d’être agrémentée car un peu triste…

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par un personnel aux petits soins, toujours souriant et disponible. La chambre était tout simplement magnifique : décorée avec goût, très propre et parfaitement équipée pour un séjour confortable. Le spa est un vrai plus : détente absolue dans un cadre apaisant, idéal après une journée d’activités en montagne. La situation de l’hôtel est parfaite, à deux pas du centre-ville et de toutes les activités proposées à La Clusaz. Que ce soit pour se balader, faire du shopping ou profiter des sports de montagne, tout est à proximité. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ce moment parfait — nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Chambre agréable et vaste dans un hôtel bien entretenu. En revanche, au bout de 4 jours on se lasse du petit-déjeuner convenu et aussi du trajet pour rejoindre les remontées mécaniques, proches, mais on n'est pas sur un départ "skis aux pieds"

très agréable hôtel les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres la literie confortable, le petit déjeuner très bon. Un petit bémol concernant l insonorisation des chambres qui pourrait être meilleur. par contre un GRAND satisfecit pour le personnel en général qui est on ne peut plus agréable.

We stayed 2 days after a few days in Annecy and it was lovely being up in the mountains. The hotel is in a perfect spot just a short walk to the many restaurants and is modern, but homely. The hotel staff were excellent and were always willing to help with advice on good walks or to help booking a taxi. Breakfast was very good with a full choice of quality options. The room was clean, fully equipped and had a lovely balcony and in our case with a mountain view. I very rarely go back to a hotel, but in this case we are already planning our next trip and next time it will be for a few days longer.

Très agréable séjour, emplacement, vue restauration top ! Un léger détail m’a irrité tous les jours, les couloirs des chambres sont encombrés des chariots de ménage, linge sale… pas très classe !!

La chambre était tout simplement magnifique : décorée avec goût, très propre et parfaitement équipée pour un séjour confortable. Le spa est un vrai plus : détente absolue dans un cadre apaisant, idéal après une journée d’activités en montagne. La situation de l’hôtel est parfaite, à deux pas du centre-ville et de toutes les activités proposées à La Clusaz. Que ce soit pour se balader, faire du shopping ou profiter des sports de montagne, tout est à proximité. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ce moment parfait — nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

The room needs a few extras. Better bigger towels. No wash clothes. Nespresso machine great. There is a water kettle in the room but they only leave one bag of tea unless you ask. Shower is good. Not enough electric outlets in the room. Need to disconnect the nespresso machine in order to plug the phone charger, etc…Next time I will try a different hotel in La Clusaz. Just take a chance…

I begrudgingly offer a glowing review, begrudgingly because it will make this wonderful hotel a little bit more popular and a little bit more expensive. However, the staff are excellent, very hard working and extremely professional, and they deserve to be praised. The rooms and the spa (free for one guest for a two hour slot, extra for second guest) are also excellent. Ski lifts and multiple bars/restaurants are a short walk away. However, the restaurant in the hotel is also definitely worth visiting. I left my gloves in the bar, I cannot collect them so please treat them well.

Hotel moderne, neuf et spacieux. Grande chambre. Cadre très tranquille avec une belle vue. Piscine et Spa nous a été offert. Le personnel est accueillant et pro actif. Parking sous-terrain offert pour nos motos. Il est vrai que nous sommes hors saison.

We stayed 2 days after a few days in Annecy and it was lovely being up in the mountains. The hotel is in a perfect spot just a short walk to the many restaurants and is modern, but homely. The hotel staff were excellent and were always willing to help with advice on good walks or to help booking a taxi. Breakfast was very good with a full choice of quality options. The room was clean, fully equipped and had a lovely balcony and in our case with a mountain view. I very rarely go back to a hotel, but in this case we are already planning our next trip and next time it will be for a few days longer.

Equipe des 2 mules super! Toujours à l'écoute et trés reactifs. Le spa est trés agréable, dommage que les soins ne soient pas disponibles cette année. La chambre est spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Nous avons fêté l'anniversaire de ma femme et reviendrons avec plaisir.

We visited this property in July , the rooms were lovely , clean with coffee and tea facilities, the noise from the plumbing upstairs was awful , even though I presume this is more of a winter area the hotel was busy , the area around the pool was clean and well looked after , the food in the restaurant on an evening was excellent and so was the breakfast which had a great variety of fresh cooked bread items ,with the most amazing cheeseboard ( yes , for breakfast) . There was lots of parking as they had an underground carpark . The area itself was lovely , uphill on the way back but still walkable , the town itself even though it was summer had plenty still to do in the town centre and the cable cars and ski lifts still working , cafes and restaurants open , had a great atmosphere, would certainly return

The rooms are really spacious and modern, and the hotel has great amenities and common space. Super convenient if you want to ski, all shops / tracks are just a 5min walk away. Definitely recommend.

Très bel endroit. Bien situ et parking facile. On peut être déçu de la carte limitée de la brasserie qui dispose d’une vue superbe sur les aravis. Mais il y a plein de petits resto sympa dans les environs.

Très agréable séjour, emplacement, vue restauration top ! Un léger détail m’a irrité tous les jours, les couloirs des chambres sont encombrés des chariots de ménage, linge sale… pas très classe !!

The check was very easy, they even let us check in a few hours early. The hotel was lovely and clean, the lamp in the room didn’t work but plenty of other lights, the tv wouldn’t connect to the internet so could only watch French tv. Spa area was lovely and relaxing after a busy day skiing. We had one free access per booking so definitely made use of it. The breakfast was brilliant. Hot and cold buffet breakfast so great start to the day. Location of hotel was perfect, not too far from all the lifts. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but the bar area was very nice and all the staff were extremely friendly. Would definitely come again.
