Motel was very clean and communications clear, everything worked. If you're not bothered by road noise it's convenient for an overnight stop and there's room at the back of the property for parking up a trailer and tow vehicle.

The property was very clean neat and tidy. Comfy bed. Easy access . I wasn’t sure why the hot water was only luke warm? It was only small room. Smaller than what I expected. I am a big man 193cm and a full build. I found the room to be a bit small for me.

Very clean and neat. Had a small hiccup finding the motel. The sign was a little ambiguous as it says Highlander Haven. Or only negative is that there is no where in the shower to place your soap. All in all was a very pleasant stay.

We loved the self check in option at any time of day which suited us tremendously because we knew we’d arrive after business hours. The quaint unit was just what we were after,we were just looking for a comfortable place to sleep. Comfy bed,Nice and warm. Even had electric blankets! Could’ve been a tad cleaner but for budget accommodation we were pretty impressed

Did not see any staff at all. Room was very clean. Needs terelene curtains on window where sunshade is, quiet and relaxing with amenities 100%. Will stay again. I have stayed here before. Great to be away from the main shopping centre.

I liked that it had an actual shower suitable for people of all heights, the bed was very comfortable, provided fridge made keeping drinks cold easy. I only dislike is that I feel better pillows could provided.

Really easy to check in. All on-line. We were driving and running late and all the rooms have electronic door locks with codes, which meant that they texted us the details and we were able to let ourselves in. The rooms have all been updated and are fresh and really nice.

The heater/air conditioner was so loud that we had to turn it off to sleep, then we were too cold and there weren't any blankets. There were also no extra pillows in the room, and the ones we had were too shallow. The new owners are turning it into a contactless reception which means there was nobody there at all to ask about anything, which was disappointing. We were provided a mobile number but we weren't going to bug them when they're offsite. The TV was a tiny monitor sized screen

This was a real gem! Very reasonably priced, spotlessly clean and perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable and the room very cosy. It was great that we could park near the door because it was raining. There was even some TimTams in the refrigerator which we made very short work of with our tea and coffee. I would definitely stay here again!

We've stayed here before it was renovated, and its much nicer now. A comfortable room for the night. It was cold outside but we stayed warm indoors with the electric blanket and air con on warm to heat the room. The pillow was soft and didn't give me a neck ache (unlike the last place we stayed 😄). Bonus was the coffee maker and 2 tim tams!

We've stayed here before it was renovated, and its much nicer now. A comfortable room for the night. It was cold outside but we stayed warm indoors with the electric blanket and air con on warm to heat the room. The pillow was soft and didn't give me a neck ache (unlike the last place we stayed 😄). This was such a great little room for such a cheap motel. I think it's been recently renovated because it looked immaculate. Even though you could park right outside your room, the room inside felt like it was in a highrise hotel. And although small, it had great amenities, including a small fridge, cutlery, kettle, a table, tv etc. The bathroom was modern and shower was wonderful. It was also easy to access since I was texted my room number and access code before my arrival, so I didn't need to speak to anyone to check in, I literally just drove up and went inside. I was pleasantly surprised by this accommodation.
