A great place to stay, especially if you’re walking the South Down Way. Nearby pub for evening meal and excellent breakfast served by Miranda before we left for our days walking.

Room was very dusty and not very clean. The TV remote was not working and we had to borrow the other room’s one, luckily it was unoccupied. The access way to the property is very rugged and not overly suitable for non 4x4 vehicles or navigating it in the dark. Phone signal is not the best but the WiFi worked well. Host was lovely and friendly.

The property was not very clean lots of dust, it just felt grubby, the bedroom felt cold, the breakfast was very good ,it was dog friendly ,the owner was very pleasant and helpful ,it’s a shame really ,the garden furniture was too old and unclean to be able to utilise so we were not able to enjoy the garden.

Le Bridge cottage est un endroit charmant ; vous y accèdez par une petite route adorable qui vous conduit au milieu des bois... Une petite maison très décorée, confortable et accueillante. Nous recommandons. La chambre était très bien et le petit déjeuner dans la serre était très copieux.
