Overall the hotel is an amazing hotel of staff is very nice. The hotel is clean, but what I would like to tell y’all for people who is booking this hotel is extended stay hotel and the hotel hours are very different and I had to find it out at the last moment so you have to be there pretty early to get checked in because it’s kinda of NO staff that work there.. but it’s laid back kitchen good area clean , really no housekeepers / no trash pick up no Pool ,

For the price, the place was excellent. All coffee drinkers be known that they don’t any coffee. You have to go to a Circle K or someplace up the street. 😞. To be fair I didn’t realize this was similar to a extended stay

Very basic hotel. My score represents the expectations of a typical hotel guest, although I can see that this facility might be a good match for a contractor working away from home. For a typical hotel guest however, very basic. Includes a kitchen but no cups, mugs, knives, forks plates etc. Does not provide breakfast. minimum of furniture (only one bedside table). Bed was very squeaky!

They had no shampoo or the little amenities expected in a room. The towels were small and scratchy. The walls were paper thin, could hear a gentleman next on the telephone conversation. No night time front desk personnel.

Very clean. Corporate has changed things. Website said free coffee/tea service plus coffeemaker in the room. Neither of these were true. Could not get extra pillows because they're weren't any. They were on order.

Nice and clean. Kitchenettes with a two burner cooktop and a big refrigerator and dishwasher. Clean and safe. Bring extra pillows with you as they don’t have extras. I had two very small pillows for my bed. That’s the only downfall that I found.

So online there were tons of good reviews. Due to the hurricane Helene we didn’t have arms h choices so I booked it because it was the highest rated one. We get there, check in, it looks great and clean the guy at the desk was super nice. We get to the room, first glance it looks great. We go to the bed and it’s covered in hair on the inside sheets, then the bathroom is covered in boat, sink, shower, toilets.. all of it! The bed is the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on, the walls are the thinnest we’ve ever seen, you can literally hear everything!!! The kicker…. The room was literally covered with dead cockroaches everywhere!!! We looked for any live ones and didn’t see any…. But seriously, dead roaches all over the room? Under the bed, beside rhe bed, behind the chair! Probably the worst experience we’ve ever had with a motel. We took pictures and plan to send it in to management!!!

There were multiple hairs (noticeably from multiple people) on the bed sheets, and all of the towels. The floor mat was the cleanest linen in the room. If cleanliness was improved, then the booking price would be much more justifiable.

For the price, it's a good value. It's an extended stay hotel so it does not have many of the amenities that a hotel has. Such as shampoo, extra towels, coffee, ice. It smelled and appeared clean, however there was chewing gum in toilet, hair on counters and all over the shower walls and when I dried up water on floor, the towel became very dirty. Then again for the price, $87 a night, its okay but need to pack cleaning products and many more other things I don't normally have to pack.

I checked-in and when we get to the room, it was dirty! The desk, the tv stand. Then an hour later I saw and kill two small roaches. I called the front desk, they were going to give me another room, but it was not ready yet.Then 2 hours later there were big roaches coming out of the A/C. I killed 5, some left sticked on the wall. We left the room to another hotel, there were even two roaches near the elevator. This hotel is infested with roaches. I have pictures and videos. Until today, this hotel does not want to reimbursed me for a week reservation, due to supposedly policy on refunds. I want my refund because we were there for only 5 hours! Think twice before coming to this horrible experience.

I like it has mini stove and big fridge. I like the floor is not a carpeted floor. I don’t like is when I got in the room the floor is sticky and still dirty. The bed sheets have stains, it was washed but it looked so dirty due to the stains. The toilet water is so slow when you flush it. The fridge smells bad. It says a nonsmoking but the hallway smells tobacco.

The room wasnt very clean. Its not that it was terrible dirty. It just looked like some just made the bed and piled a stack of towls in the bathroom but didnt clean. The freezer smelled of fish. There was a purple finger nail like a press on plastic nail in the dishwashers. We had reserved a room to have kitchen cutlery and flatware, we found 2 frying pans. Notified the front desk and they forget. 24 hrs later still nothing from the front desk. Asked about the kitchen supplies again and they apologized but they had forgotten. Beds are old dented spring mattresses and the air conditioning is doing its best. At least they are friendly and i didnt fear my car getting broken into. Plenty to eat nearby and quick access to the highway.

We stayed here for just over 2 months, the property is brand new but I feel they went just barely to code on the building walls. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors clearly on both sides. That is my only gripe about our stay.

The room did not have a coffee pot and the bed only had 2 pillows. When we called for additional ones there wasn’t anyone available to bring us any. Also there wasn’t a remote for the tv.

The location was perfect; however, the beds were extremely hard. It looked like someone hit the bathroom sink with a hammer at one time or another... had a bunch of cracks in it. The check in/out process was okay. I've never had anyone call me from the front desk to ask if I'm checking out before the check out time... I felt rushed out. Overall the hotel was about average. The AC worked great in our room. Suggest you bring your own pillows. The ones they provide are almost completely flat.

This is designed to be an inexpensive, long term rental. Rooms are spartan, no frills, but very clean. Bring your own shampoo, blow dryer, and anything else you need to be comfortable. You get a small bar of soap and a tiny flat pillow. Thats it. There is housekeeping twice a month. You can get replacement towels and linens at the front desk. There is a lot of traffic noise. Ear plugs might be helpful.

Right next to the highway so it’s loud all night not to mention the people living there that were being loud until 4am! Didn’t get to sleep at all. The sheets and towels were also not clean with multiple hairs on them.

Fairly new building. Area is continently located in orange park. Staff was friendly. The beds are fine for the price but the pillows are flat as pancakes. Bring your own pillows if you can!

The only thing we didn't like was the THIN WALLS of every room. You can literally hear everything in the next room. There is NO WAY these rooms were built to code. When your neighbors on each side are arguing or their dogs are barking at all hours its hard to sleep or relax after a long day.

I Arrived at the reservation after driving for 3 hours to get to the location and proceeded to call and have to wait for staff in order to check in for over an hour to where I was greeted by one of the staff members and basically berated about how I was taking up their time and wasting the money on an Uber to go to a Christmas party. Through check-in, he continues to make comments of how I am taking up his time, and that he should have kept walking, instead of checking me in because I was making him late. After taking the payment and checking me in your proceeds to give me my keys, but failed to properly scan them for them to work for the door and made it out that I should’ve been grateful to even get the room at all so I had to proceed to go back downstairs and wait again in order to get the key activated so I can enter the room. Instead of a resident, I made a reservation and payed in full to be considered a nuisance. The entire check in was rushed as he just hurried me to sign forms without explaining with the only thing I was told was the deposit which he reminded me that I’m getting charged three different times. Very infuriating!

After taking the payment and checking me in your proceeds to give me my keys, but failed to properly scan them for them to work for the door and made it out that I should’ve been grateful to even get the room at all so I had to proceed to go back downstairs and wait again in order to get the key activated so I can enter the room. Instead of a resident, I made a reservation and payed in full to be considered a nuisance. The entire check in was rushed as he just hurried me to sign forms without explaining with the only thing I was told was the deposit which he reminded me that I’m getting charged three different times. Very infuriating!

This is a great hotel…I love it. I spent almost two weeks here. My daughter wedding and catching up with friends. Jarred front desk is amazing. The maintenance man was awesome. I can’t forget about Tasha on point very helpful. They all were so helpful during my busy week.

Staff were unfriendly. They havent clean the room for more than 3 weeks. Return duty towel withinhour of operation and they didn’t have any clean ones, said they will accommodate room with clean towel and they didnt, when i arrived at the hotel after hours staff said they don’t provide towel services after hours. The first week of staying at the hotel they cut the locks of my company truck, staff said they would look at the cameras but never did. Very disappointed with this stay, even though i stayed at orlando and miamj locations before and with pleasant experience.

I’ll never stay at this property again. Booked a handicap accessible room because my mom was traveling with me in a wheelchair. Once they checked me in had swiped my card etc they informed me I would not get a handicap accessible room and offered me no solution even after I stated my mom was in a wheel chair. No staff at hotel after 9 or ten so if you lose your room key you are SOL and will be locked out your room and hotel until the next morning.

Nice property, staff has a negative attitude. We requested a room on the first floor due to a person in our party having knee problems. We were given a room on the second floor. The AC in that room didn't work so we reported it. The desk sent a staff member up to look at it and couldn't do anything to correct the issue so they had us change rooms. This time they put us on the third floor (punishment for reporting a broken AC unit??). The next room ,on the third floor, the card reader on the door didn't work so the staff member went and got a replacement key card but that didn't work either so the staff member disassembled the card reader, did something and put it back together...it worked. Went into room, put personal items away, went to relax by watching TV and there was no remote control in the room. Reported that to the desk and they said they would be right up with a spare. Also requested two additional pillows since there were none in the closet as is the case with most of the hotels. After 45 minutes of nothing, called desk again and the male staff member said "Oh, he forgot" and would find one and bring it up. Ten minutes later a phone call from the desk, no spare remote controls were available nor were there any spare pillows available. We asked for another room and were told that there were no other rooms available. At that point we were done with the poor service and attitude and opted to find other lodging. Bottom line. nice property...lousy service.

The hotel itself is pretty nice and clean. The beds are squeaky and the bathroom door hinges could use some lubing... very loud squeak when trying to be quiet for bathroom runs during the night. Not the fault of the hotel but it would be great if people could be more considerate with their noise level in the early mornings. Staff were great and location was perfect for our trip.

I was in the Jacksonville area working remotely for several weeks at an Airbnb but had to switch where I was staying as I was staying longer in the area, Found this newer hotel property easily off the 295 and near many things. The staff are friendly and helpful and my room was perfect for what I needed for me and my small dog.

Nice and clean. Kitchenettes with a two burner cooktop and a big refrigerator and dishwasher. Clean and safe. Bring extra pillows with you as they don’t have extras. I had two very small pillows for my bed. That’s the only downfall that I found.

My previous encounter with WS in Pittsburgh was awful so it took me years to try the chain again. And so glad I did. Down the street from the big hotels, built-in 2023, with 24/7 on call in house personal, this WS is on top of things. 25 minutes from downtown Jacksonville, 41 minutes to St. Augustine, centrally located to take in all of the attractions. The first attraction is the sunrise or sunset, for the front of the building faces west and the back east, Florida's sunsets are hard to beat. Orange Park residents are a friendly and laid back type of people. The street WS is on is full of business to accommodate all your needs with a top bbq Korean restaurant across the street. The week I visited wasn't busy at all, just peace and quiet, for two full weekends, 10 day trip. There's a creek that runs behind the building with a run off that's full of little fishes and beautiful turtles so bring some jigs with you. Not to be missed is the Bat Houses on the University of Florida in the evening about an hour and 40 minutes away. I enjoyed my stay and know you will to. One more thing, Kingsley Plantation is a must visit and has slave row in tact with a free audio tour of the plantation, it's on line, in fact the Plantation is free with rangers on site daily especially Saturday. I definitely will be back, so much more to do.

it was nice to save money but it is jot a suite. very rough bed, very small pillows. neighbor upstairs was loud. room service was every other week. if it was a suite it t woulda had better beds, free breakfast, a pool and every other day room service

Limited vending options. I needed water to take medication but the one machine on the main floor did not have water. A member of guest services was helpful by giving me two bottles of water after I mentioned that the vending machine did not offer any.

The hotel was really nice. Very unexpected for where it's located. Outside was a little bit dirty some trash but not horrendous. The elevator needed vacuuming the rug in there was very dirty. And the one complaint I do have about the room itself was the bathroom needs a small trash can because there's only one big trash can in the suite. But other than that I was highly impressed and would go stay there again.

I stayed 3days here. However, I must stay a new building but will not be new soon. You can see the problem now any type of people outside hangout, the floors dirty, the smell in the hallways was horrible. If you stay just for work,not for family. I just saying.

The room was not as clean as it could be especially near the baseboards. The fridge had water running down from it and around it. I also have bedbug bites on my arm and face from this place. The staff are nice and helpful but it needs a pest control treatment badly. Parking is ample and easy to find.

The bed was fine. The shower was fine. There was no noise. Two things lacking - the floor was dirty and the front desk is only available from 10a-4p on weekends. I was not expecting that. The front doors get locked for good at 8pm if I heard correctly. Side entrances are needed after hours via use of your room key. Good deal on the price, but no breakfast.
