this apartment was good value for 2 adults and child. beds comfy. clean bedding. dishes not clean , not a problem i always wash them.myself in any apartment. host helpful and sent helpful videos of property. i would absolutely stay again. if it was for a group booking there was apace for 8 people to sleep. so central and right next to apoac car park. 24 a night . next to shudehill tram and bus link. for us it was perfect for kids concert we were attending. no end of food and drink establishments on door step

This was the worst experience i have had on any trip in this country. The place was Filthy dirty. No working shower No working TV No working refrigerator No mention of th 100 (yes literally 100) steps we had to climb to get to the hole before i booked. I am 73 and have disability It was so bad we left early, i sneezed for hours No response from management when i compained. Why does Hotels.com associate with hell holes like this? I am not done with this issue. I tried to upload photos but it wouldn't allow, but i have all the evidence in photos and social media

I enjoyed my stay - communication was very good and the property was as advertised. A couple of minor issues were that the WiFi connection crashed a few times and the water pressure for the shower was low - but these things weren’t a big deal. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was spacious and the bathroom clean. Overall I thought it was excellent value for money and I would definitely stay again.

Plenty of room for 12 people. There was a tub on the side with 12 mini packs of cookies which was a really nice welcoming. All of us were happy with how clean it was. Smelt pleasant inside and couldnt see any dirt or grime anywhere. We ate whilst out but there was plenty of plates, bowls, cups etc for food and drink if we did decide to eat at apartment. All clean. The property is in perfect location for seeing the city. Right in the city centre. Only bad thing was a tiny bit of water damage on ceiling in bathroom but looks like they've stopped it from getting worse by putting an extractor fan in place but apart from this the property condition as a whole was decent. A lot cheaper than other options and everyone slept well. Would definitely stay again and would recommend also.

Location was great, but pictures on the website did not match what we got in the end - even though the pictures on the website range across 6 different apartments, none of them were the same. Smelled funny when we were arrived, had to drown it in air freshener on arrival. Floors weren’t cleaned properly, ash on the bathroom windowsill. Many broken pieces of furniture/walls already there on arrival. Would only stay there again if I was paid to.

Communication was good and Apartment was perfect for our big group. Just a shame the state it was in, kitchen was extremely dirty , shower hardly work, letting out a trickle at a time. Bathroom roof was leaking under the extractor fan all over the toilet. Plates and glasses in cupboard dirty and greasy. Bedding didn’t feel clean. It is a shame as it is in prime location and has the potential, the apartment just needs a good clean and redecorated.

Communication with the host was excellent. We were offered an early check-in (free). The apartment itself was very “tired” but clean. All three sofas in the lounge were uncomfortable. Two double beds in each bedroom meant the doors couldn’t be closed. I reported the hob wasn’t working and received a prompt response and apology to advise a new cooker had been fitted and the maintenance guy needed to return. We were offered a late check out (again, free). This is a perfectly situated apartment but geared towards parties/groups, not families.

Accommodation was filthy and broken and worn furniture and decor. The actual entrance door was broken leading onto the main street so any strangers coukd have walked in. We were only staying for one night so was prepared to suffer it but then we heard noises once the lights were off and we turned on the lights and there was a rat in the room! We heard other gnawing sounds coming from the wall. We swiftly left as we didnt feel safe.

The worst place we have ever stayed. Absolutely filthy! We were unable to shower due to the temperature of the shower being dangerously hot. TV not working, no Wi-Fi, no lid on kettle, no overhead lights as kept tripping out. Found evidence of drug use.

Property is in center of town. Close to everything. Had a work trip up there and the place was comfortable for everyone. Has 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. Otherwise was a good stay!

We tries to reach out by calling the contact number multiple times, but went to voicemail. Once we arrived and asked them about wifi password, they have never replied back. When we were about checking out, someone knocked the door. They explained to us that, “ You guys didn’t call. Our computer was broken.” Wifi no password, fridge and washer broken, shower terrible.

The apartment was in a great location, very convenient to everything, and was fairly spacious. Check-in was easy and we appreciated the place being ready early. One problem was that the bathroom door did not close all the way and it was also a bit difficult to adjust the shower temperature. Also, some of the sofas in the living room were not very comfortable.

You will not find better value for money right in the Centre of Manchester. Large 2 bedroom apartment with large lounge and full functional kitchen, including washing machine, not a 5* property but not a 5* price either. The property manager is lovely, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend, wish we had the time to stay a bit longer.

Fantastic location in Manchesters Northern Quarter. 2 min walk from Shudehill bus station & the tram to Piccadilly. Close to Arndale centre & printworks Apartment is spacious, could sleep like 12-15 people. Host was very informative before arrival about check in etc. I got to chat to one of the employees too before I left the apartment and she was really friendly also. 100% will book next time we’re in Manchester

The property was a perfect place for a group of us to crash during Manchester Pride. Communication from the host was excellent and we received details promptly before checking in. We paid a deposit and received it back within 24hrs of leaving the property. The beds are fine to crash in and the kitchen is pretty well stocked. There's a decent shower and sofa. This is not the Ritz, but is the perfect place to crash for a group of friends. I'd stay here again!

You will not find better value for money right in the Centre of Manchester. Large 2 bedroom apartment with large lounge and full functional kitchen, including washing machine, not a 5* property but not a 5* price either. The property manager is lovely, helpful and friendly. Great location, central to everything. Basic accommodation however it was perfect for what we needed for a group of 10 ladies having a couple f nights in Manchester. Communication was great from the owners too and everything went smoothly.

Let me start off by saying that this was THE worst correspondence I have ever had with a hotel/apartment. From the moment I booked this apartment everything about the woman's communication was appalling, even though we had booked and we had given her our money. She had stated that the week of the booking she would offer us the opportunities for her to tell us where the apartment was located and details like that. However, this was not told, but she still wanted us to pay a £100 deposit that is not clearly highlighted prior to booking the property. Nevertheless, the day of the booking came we still had no information, when we finally got it, while we had taken several trains to get to Manchester. She cancelled the booking several minutes before check in and left us stranded in Manchester. Offered us no sort of compensation and cut off alll forms of contact. DO NOT BOOK HERE. Also she will try and offer a counter argument to a lot of these bad reviews. Do not listen to the counter argument, look at the initial bad review that will tell you all you need to know about her service.

Communication with the host was excellent. We were offered an early check-in (free). The apartment itself was very “tired” but clean. All three sofas in the lounge were uncomfortable. Two double beds in each bedroom meant the doors couldn’t be closed. I reported the hob wasn’t working and received a prompt response and apology to advise a new cooker had been fitted and the maintenance guy needed to return. We were offered a late check out (again, free). This is a perfectly situated apartment but geared towards parties/groups, not families.

The property was a perfect place for a group of us to crash during Manchester Pride. Communication from the host was excellent and we received details promptly before checking in. We paid a deposit and received it back within 24hrs of leaving the property. The beds are fine to crash in and the kitchen is pretty well stocked. There's a decent shower and sofa. This is not the Ritz, but is the perfect place to crash for a group of friends. I'd stay here again!

You will not find better value for money right in the Centre of Manchester. Large 2 bedroom apartment with large lounge and full functional kitchen, including washing machine, not a 5* property but not a 5* price either. The property manager is lovely, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend, wish we had the time to stay a bit longer.

this apartment was good value for 2 adults and child. beds comfy. clean bedding. dishes not clean , not a problem i always wash them.myself in any apartment. host helpful and sent helpful videos of property. i would absolutely stay again. if it was for a group booking there was apace for 8 people to sleep. so central and right next to apoac car park. 24 a night . next to shudehill tram and bus link. for us it was perfect for kids concert we were attending. no end of food and drink establishments on door step

Practical and a good place to stay. Group of 5 for 2 nights. Central location Very close to train station. Amazing coffee house opposite to help with the morning hangover. Its priced great for what you get and it's location.

We tries to reach out by calling the contact number multiple times, but went to voicemail. Once we arrived and asked them about wifi password, they have never replied back. When we were about checking out, someone knocked the door. They explained to us that, “ You guys didn’t call. Our computer was broken.” Wifi no password, fridge and washer broken, shower terrible.
