Modern rooms, amazing club room with snacks. I’m going to definitely come back.

The hotel is a boutique hotel and very good from a nearby Metro station. Good breakfast, good lounge facilities.

위치는 8호선 지하철역과 가깝고 조용하고 깨끗한 동네. 시내로 나가는데 멀지 않아 허접한 시내 호텔보다 훨 나음. 조식은 늘 같은데 연어 빵 서너가지 주스 3종 치즈 2종 계란과 베이컨. 그냥 하루건너 하루씩 먹음. 24시간 이용 바는 커피머신과 정수기가 진짜 좋고 쿠키 빵 주스는 없을때도 많음. 직원들은 전반적으로 친절한편. 딱 한명 11월 1일 저녁시간 리셉션에 있던 직원은 진짜 너무 별로였음. 먼저 인사했는데 대꾸도 안하고 쳐다보고 쌩. 엘베타고 올라가는데 뭔가 쳐다보는것도 무서웠지만 기본적으로 대부분 동양인은 일단 기본적으로 무시 깔고 가는 느낌. 영어로 질문하는데 왜 프랑스어로 대답해주는지 이해는 안되는데… 여튼 방은 적당히 괜찮고 냉장고는 없고 이줗은 구스임. 아 호텔의 최대 단점은 추운거인데 한겨울 숙박은 힘들듯. 히터 최대 해봐야 찬바람 나오고 (이유는 이전 다른 후기들 참고) 복도가 더 따뜻… 물 잘 나오지만 따뜻한 물은 잘 안나오고 미지근 정도로 끝.

Service, einchecken verlief ohne Probleme. Das Personal war super nett und konnte uns in jeder Hisicht behilflich sein. Das Hotel hat einen kleinen Trainingsraum und eine Sauna. Abends nach einer langen Stadttour genau das richtige um ab zuschalten. Meine Frau und ich werden auf jeden Fall nochmal bei diesem Hotel buchen

Property was clean. Had a gym for us to use and a sauna, which unfortunately wasn’t working during our stay. The free snacks and hot drinks available 24/7 were a great addition included in the price. The best thing about our stay was the friendly staff, including reception and cleaning staff. We want to epically thank Hugo who was welcoming and very helpful.

We stayed here for a few nights starting the day of closing ceremonies for the olympics. Everything was great, bathroom was a little weird as you could see in if you were sitting in the bed. But overall the hotel was great, loved that they supplied a water filling station on each floor. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to Eiffel Tower.

The availability of a comfortable club area that was available and beautiful , inside of the hotel.. The community was very friendly and had all the amenities. Transportation was accessible. The hotel met all our needs.Definitely on my recommended list and return..

Very good accommodations and amenities. 2-4 miles away from main points of interest but Uber is accessible. Breakfast was good and the availability of free snacks, drinks, and eating space 24/7 is remarkable. We’d stay here again!

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, plentiful breakfast. Solid value. Fitness room disappoints but this is true for most paisian hotels

Very helpful and was able to request some packages be held. Unfortunately the lounge was very disappointing, mostly had nothing to eat or drink in the evenings. However there is a nice chess set. Rooms were on the small side but OK. Might return.

Staff was great but hotel was substandard. Dirty carpets in the hallway. A hand sanitizer that didn't work during my 4 day stay. Carpets in the bedroom were worn and vinyl headboard delaminated. Yikes! Hotel had cement ceilings and walls which made temp control difficult. Next time in Paris, I won't stay there.

Lovely place, modern, clean and quiet. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Short taxi or metro from the sights.

Although bathrooms and beds were clean, the carpets are a short nylon type and are badly stained and dirty. I arrived 10.30pm and the carpets in corridors were dirty, but these were hoovered in the morning and not too bad. Rooms were very quiet, even with a busy road outside there was no traffic noise. Heating was difficult to control, old fashioned manual controllers with no temperature measurement. Free food and drink allday in "club" cafe was good. Breakfast was good, evening meals ok but limited choice. Staff very friendly.

Les fenêtres des chambres sont fermées à clé j’ai cru mourir de chaud toutes les nuits. Changé de chamber mais meme problème. Prix très élevé pour le niveau de prestation.

I stay in hotels 200 nights a year which I have done for 20+ years so I know it takes a lot to be in the hotel business. However, I have never been in a hotel room that was hotter in my life. The windows are bolted in, the HAC system only puts out heat, there is no 'fan only' option and the front desk was unable to locate a portable fan. At breakfast, literally every guest was complaining about what a miserable night it was! And it was March with slightly above normal temperatures of 60F/15C. I can't image what it would be if it were really hot outside. In short, it was like trying to sleep in a sauna, with a still, stifling air of 80F/26C. When I nicely approached the front desk various times, all I got was excuses, not solutions. It ranged from the HAC system either is on 'winter or summer' mode (and the company can't come and fix it for three days) to the government won't let us open the windows, to 'all our fans are already given out as many guests are complaining', etc. The only thing that was offered was the name of a house goods store where I can see if they sell portable fans where I found out later no one speaks English (notice, they didn't offer to go buy fans themselves). I would expect management to respond to this review with more 'it is not our fault' excuses, but that is just unacceptable. Avoid this place, not just for the sauna rooms, but more so because of the poor management response.

Hotel moderno, com um serviço bacana de snacks, café e chá disponível 24h no lounge, incluso na diária. O quarto tem tamanho razoável, especialmente para Paris. O ponto negativo é para o banheiro, que embora muito bonito, não tem nenhuma privacidade. Além disso, o chão do banheiro molhava muito ao tomar banho, por um defeito técnico que fazia com que a água do box terminasse escorrendo para a outra parte, embora tivesse fechamento com blindex. A localização não é das melhores para turistas, como era o nosso caso. Muito distante de tudo. No geral, foi uma boa hospedagem.

Great hospitality, the crew was so kind and helpful. Amenities were great too- we had an evening happy hour every night that was a nice touch and the rooms were comfortable. Only issue is that the shower drains (for multiple rooms) weren’t the best so water would drain into the broader bathroom, soaking the entire floor, which was inconvenient.

The Hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and polite. The only problem was that the AC was turned off because it was winter. The room got hot and it was a little unpleasant to sleep. I think it should be up to the customers to regulate the temperature in their rooms.

Le concept de cet hôtel part d’un très bon principe, d’un tarif raisonnable et attractif dommage il est un peu vieillissant , il aurait besoin d’une bonne rénovation pour retrouver son prestige, tête de lit, abîmé, robinetterie qui ne tient plus ameublement vieillissant. Mais malgré tout nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel,le personnel est très agréable. le salon est très lumineux et convivial. les boissons chaudes et fraîches sont offertes toute la journée. L’hôtel est très bien situé un quart d’heure à pied du parc d’exposition, Porte de Versailles Nous étions en déplacement professionnel et nous reviendrons sûrement dans cet hôtel. The price, the location and the service are very good. Only one thing which I personally suggest to improve is about the windows! The room was completely sealed, with no possibility of opening the windows, leaving the central HVAC system as the only source of air circulation. During our stay in winter, the heating was excessively strong. Despite setting the thermostat to the lowest possible temperature, the room remained oppressively hot and poorly ventilated. The lack of fresh air created a constant feeling of suffocation and significant discomfort throughout our stay. A sealed room with no manual ventilation option is unacceptable, especially when temperature control is clearly ineffective. This severely impacted our comfort and overall experience.

Room was clean and staff were helpful, the room was a bit small but serviceable. The room itself was quite rundown, there were rips in the sofa leather and the ceiling tile above the shower was partially hanging down. Also the shower door was not flush with the floor and the entire bathroom was flooded with water after my first shower. After that I used the handheld and kept it as far from the doors as possible. Also no fridge was kind of inconvenient. Not a lot of places to eat around the area, except for a fantastic bakery across from the metro station access. The metro was very close, the overland tram is also literally steps from the door. The aircon didn’t seem to work so I had to leave the window cracked during the day. Quite noisy street outside. And the pillows were way too soft it was like sleeping with nothing under my head. Overall it was an ok place but doesn’t deserve its 4 star hotel rating. It’s a 3 at most

Pros: Friendly staff. Convenient location near a train station. Free snacks. Cons: Rooms are a bit dark because there aren’t many lights and all the windows in the rooms have white linens inside of them that covers the glass. You’ll open the curtains expecting to see a view of the outside environment, but instead all you see a white linen that covers the inside glass which causes light to barely come in from the window. Also, the showers are not well designed. There is no shower basin and so water ends up flowing from under the shower glass and into the toilet/sink area when you shower. There is also not a proper closet area. There is a make shift area with a curtain and some shelves and hangers to store clothes, but it is quite small.

We had hard problems when we made the payment of the room to get the invoice in the name of our company. At the end, I needed to call Hotels.com and this way we finally got the invoices in the name of the company that owned the Visa they charged with the price. For the rest, the staff was wonderful, the service great, and the hotel very convenient. I liked it and we will repeat (I hope not to have the problem with the invoice again there).

Amazing homely hotel, the service makes it very special, you feel like you are at home, Jerome the receptionist is always very attentive & helpful and the whole team at the restaurant the lady who works there in the evening is really lovely, remembered the name of our daughter. Highly recomand for business or pleasure, very well located , easy access to metro and buses. Okko hotel doesn’t disappoint but here the staff really makes it very special, we will come back here because of the wonderful service we received. The hotel is also very clean.

Convenient for purpise of trip, within walking distance of, metro and bus stops, places chosen to eat etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived very early in the morning (5am) after a long drive. I hadn't found an open service station with toilet that I was comfortable using per plan to stop fir a break and a nap so needed to use toilet. I was too early to disturb the people I was visiting so the hotel was the only option. The receptionist, after checking I was a genuine hotel client, though not due to check in until later, nevertheless allowed me to use the toilet in the guest lounge andwas very frirndly, answering my questons about street parking etc. All of my interactions with the staff were very pleasant - friendly and very focused on making the stay in their hotel pleasant. Extremely handy for (adjacent), Aquaboulevard centre.

Good in parts, nice clean hotel but more aesthetic over substance- apart from the check in reception staff everyone has been to the school of indifference- no smiles or a friendly bonjour! Air con only blows hot and the periphique very noisy with the window open. Housekeeping changed the towels although not required but failed to top up the toilet roll - managed to get through but only down to a tissue supply in the bathroom!! We had a coffee machine but when we asked for more capsules were told the rooms don’t have machines in them! On our last night there was a noise emitted every minute in the room ?from the air con although turned off from about 4.30am. I let the reception team know on check out so hopefully will be fixed for the next guests. Overall a very average stay.

Aircon didn’t work, reception desk was not attended so couldn’t get any action for the non working aircon. Made for very stuffy hot nights.

Accueil impersonnel au possible. C'est propre mais froid... Chambres non prêtes alors qu'il nous avait été annoncé le contraire. On oublie de nous rappeler lorsque lesdites chambres sont enfin prêtes. Personnel présent en nombre mais absent dans le service (notamment au petit-déjeuner : 4 personnes mais oubli de brancher le frigo à yaourt, ose s'appuyer sur les meubles en attendant que le temps passe, responsable qui se sert en pâte à tartiner pour sa pause en prenant le dernier ramequin mais surtout sans en ramener d'autres, etc...) Pas à la hauteur d'un 4* et de son prix !

Room was comfortable, shower was nice! Lounge was very nice and a good place to do work, although a few more outlets to plug into would've been nice. Breakfast could've had a few more options, but it served the purpose, and having hot drinks and snacks available any time was great! I was in town for a conference at the porte de versailles, and it is scheduled to be there next year again, so I will certainly consider this place to stay and recommend it to others!

The hotel rooms have a modern, brutalist feel with unique bathrooms and prides itself on sustainable options for toiletries and coconut fibre mattresses. The 'club' downstairs has unlimited snacks and hot drinks for you to help yourself to at any time. It was quite a nice space and the staff in this area were helpful and friendly. There were some flies and fruitflies which hadn't been dealt with during my stay around the uncovered food which was off-putting. The snacks on offer were tasty and a nice touch. Seating was ample and never felt crowded. The reception staff could have been friendlier and more enthusiastic. There was no acknowledgement for the trip's reason despite this being added to the guest notes. The area is not interesting or attractive but it felt safe and had good transport links. Perfect if you are just using it as a base to explore the city.

Overall very modern hotel. Good staff. Location a bit out. Will need 2 busses to get around.

Convenient for those attending Vinexposium but not much in terms of dining that is walkable. Somewhat disconnected from the 'heart' of Paris.

Perfect for visiting a nearby trade show. Walkable and great transport links when needed.

Kamer was schoon en netjes. Hotel zit in een "veilige" omgeving, metro op max 5 minuten lopen.

Das Hotel liegt nicht weit von der U-Bahn Station und Tram Station entfernt - super Anbindung.

Overall, we had a great stay at Okko! It is a little far from the main tourist attractions but in a generally safe area! I would stay again.

This hotel is far away from most places I wanted to visit in Paris. It was small but clean. My only issue was that we were told we had access to the lounge with drinks and snacks. We would go have coffee, juice, water, and treats. We knew that in the evenings they would charge for food. What we didn’t know was that if we were going to be charged $18 Euros per person for having coffee and pastries in the morning. We were charged when we checked out. They never told us to not go in in the morning or else we would be charged. If I knew that, I would have had a real breakfast somewhere else.
