Lotus Blu Hotel

Need an update with the room and bathroom with attention to the carpet. Also need easy guest parking space.

Points positifs: Personel très agréable et serviable et proximité du SM Mall avec un très large choix de restaurants. Points négatifs: Wifi de très mauvaise qualité et impossibilité de travailler en se connectant à un réseau à distance Pas d'eau chaude dans la douche Ascensseur très bruillant au 4eme étage Petit déjeuner léger en chambre (Covid oblige) et non amené à l'horaire demandé. Pas de thé... Matelas trop dur Immeuble voisin en construction donc bruit insupportable de 8h à 18h, insupportable

Good! There was hotel construction so no window view . I thought airport transfer was included in paid hotel reservation .

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Lotus Blu Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my honest feedback in the hope that it may prompt improvements for future guests. First and foremost, the hotel lacks several essential amenities that are often expected in a modern establishment. The absence of a gym and a pool was a major disappointment, especially for someone who values fitness and relaxation during their travels. It's disheartening to see a hotel in this price range not offer such basic facilities. One of the key aspects that contribute to a positive hotel experience is the quality of breakfast. Regrettably, the breakfast at Lotus Blu Hotel fell short of expectations. The options were limited, and the overall quality was poor. It's disheartening to start the day on a disappointing note with a subpar breakfast. Speaking of price, I must say that the value for the money paid was not fair. Considering the lack of amenities and the unsatisfactory breakfast, it felt as though the hotel was overcharging for its services. Guests anticipate a certain level of comfort and quality when they pay a certain price, and unfortunately, the Lotus Blu Hotel did not meet these expectations. Furthermore, I encountered an issue with late check-out. Despite ongoing construction on the second floor, the hotel refused to grant a late check-out without additional charges. It is not uncommon for hotels to offer compensation or fle

This was our second stay here. People are great but they can only do so much. After our first stay we stayed elsewhere due to cleanliness issues we noticed bugs around the buffet area. This stay was short notice and our preferred location was full. This stay we checked in and went to the room, the room spray deodorant was so strong we had to change rooms. The next room was no better we asked for a fan just to move the air and was able to open a window. As the night went on we noticed bugs in the room. Small roaches like we saw at the buffet last visit. The carpet is old and worn with stains. If this is your only choice as it was for us. The place is just okay doesn’t live up to the reviews.

Close to transport hub and shops. Needs fumagations and windows in breafast area need cleaning.

Room is clean, staff are courteous, hotel buffet breakfast is amazing, and the service by housekeeping is excellent.

In the room and at the restaurant, bugs and cockroaches are everywhere

Apart from the door which doesn’t automatically shut when it’s supposed to be self-closing, I cannot really fault this hotel. Convenient location, great staff, good breakfast spread, spacious and clean room, and shopping malls abound in the area - which you need to cool off.

Beds are rock hard. No water pressure and most of the shower head nozzles were clogged. Checked out two days early and found another hotel.

Love the bfast buffet. Our rooms on 4th floor next to the laundry room is loud. All 3 rooms view where all walls and steel .. food was a 10/10.

Location and great place all around.

Great location near SM, and even better, its attached to Yashano mall with grocery store there to do your grocery shopping and not have to walk outside especially when its raining.

Practical to stay overnight … Mall just opposite

i like that it's right next to SM City Legazpi mall, only a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel entrance... and if that's not close enough, guess what? Yashano Mall shares the same building as the hotel, and the hotel lobby has a door that directly enters the mall and supermarket

SM store so close to Lois blue which was good. Everything was okay. I’m going back there again in a month again

The in house café served a free breakfast buffet and they served menu items all throughout the day as well. I haven't traveled enough to feel comfortable speaking negatively about my stay.
