Was a little disappointed with the pool water was a little green and it was cold! But we left our room!

Overall nice place to stay. The pool was down for maintenance this trip which was a bummer.

The only good thing about this hotel is that kids can enjoy a dirty pool and pretty cool waterslide. Below are a few of the reasons I will never ever be back. The hot tub doesn't work - speaking with seasoned travelers to the area, it is always broken. This is ridiculous, because it's the only way to get away from the kids and have a moment alone with other adults. There is no ventilation in the pool area - none. Since there wasn't a working hot tub, I had to sit there and listen to the screams in a melting hot room with no air circulation whatsoever. After about 2 hours my 4 kids and I were all coughing so hard and couldn't breathe that we had to go back to the room. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. I don't know what we were inhaling, but I'm coughing twice as hard today. Very concerning and dangerous. There are no towels. None. You have to ask for them and the front desk gives you attitude. There are no pillows for the pull out "sleeper" couch - not just in the room, apparently they don't exist. You're on your own. The pull out sleeper was disgusting. Ratty, torn us and stained. Luckily 10 year old children were sleeping on it and didn't care. I would never have laid on it. Absolutely atrocious. Management sent a threatening text to me around 10pm about quiet time and that if we didn't obey the rules, we could be kicked out...what? Nah...I paid way too much money to get threatened. Not that it helped, because people were raging all night to either side.

It was so crowded in the pool. My preteen granddaughter wasn't happy. So we will try to go during a weeknight.

The hot tub was broken

Pool was cold and slide was “Under maintenance “ however our kids still had a blast in the pool, loved the toddler area for our 3 year old! Employees were very nice, respectful and helpful. Rooms were clean and decent like your everyday hotel but was perfect size for our 6 person family! Will for sure book in the future!

Pool was awesome for the kids, although the paint was chipping off the bottom of the pool, the kids loved the slide. Clean and comfortable, plenty of room.

Amazing hotel for kids. Big water tube slide, zero entry pool and outdoor splash zone and hot tub.

Excellent hotel, with very good service, Alma was very friendly and even spoke to us in Spanish. The hotel is clean, big rooms, good breakfast, it has an excellent big pool with a big slide with water, nice outdoor jacuzzi, we enjoyed it a lot! Excellent location, we went shopping at walking distances. I loved it and I highly recommend it.

The beds are filthy, the shower is unsafe

Our room smelled extremely mildewie. I talked to the front desk and asked if they had some lysol type spray. They did not offer that fix. I asked that our room be cleaned the following day and treated for the smell. This was not done either. Coffee was also broken. No alternative was offered. Very disappointing for the rating we read online and alternative hotels in the area.

Our room had a very bad odor, possibly pet odor. It was very noisy.

The pool smelled of mold and dirty and the stair well to the slide was covered in mold

Check in was perfect, informative & friendly! Room was large and comfortable however the bathroom floor was definitely not cleaned (urine spots in front of the toilet) and the complementary shampoo bottle was less than half full…….. No bath towels either.

The hotel room smelled like urine, sheets were dirty and the room was very expensive. I ended up going to the front desk for clean bed sheets and pillow cases after finding pencil shavings on my pillo. Spoke to the front desk receptionist and she apologized but didn’t offer to send anyone up. Disappointed at the cleanliness for the amount paid!

There was mold around the shower.

Our room was extremely musty smelling. Unfortunately, it was soldoit and no other rooms avaliable.

Our room stunk like stinky feet. Bedding had stains along with the curtains. Couch has black stained and much need of repair. Asked housekeeping to change our bedding and got attitude. Asked to be placed on the same floor as our other family staying there, and they put us on opposite floors. Requested housekeeping twice and they didn’t show. Had to bring our dirty towels to the front desk in order to get clean ones. Will not return to this hotel

The rooms are huge!

Overall a nice property - convenient to SO much food & shopping...all w/in walking distance. The odor in the air is something to get used to (manure/farmland). This trip was for work, so we arrived at 1:30pm. It was a $30 early check-in fee...odd. Never experienced that when rooms are available (which there were per the attendant). No biggie, we left & came back at 3pm (which now had a large line of people/families waiting to check-in). Also, the water pressure in the shower was extremely low, very difficult to feel 'clean'...on a positive note though the conveniency of the hotel to food/shopping was great!

After a very rocky start, the 3rd room we got into was great. The first room I couldn’t get the bath tub water to turn off after running a bath for my daughter. We had to move so they could fix it. The 2nd room had a film over the entire desk and dressers like someone cleaned it with something that had started stripping the varnish and both myself and daughter ended up getting it all over us. The third room ended up being great, but housekeeping slipped us the first day and then my baby was sleeping when they came the 2nd so I just exchanged towels and took them my trash. The kids absolutely loved the water slide. I wished the kids pool was a little warmer though, my one year old was freezing and then the hot tub was way too hot so I didn’t enjoy the water at all.

TV remote would not work. Spoke to the desk who sent us back with batteries. Not the problem. Went back to the desk. Attendant was busy texting. Sent us back with a new remote and directions about how to connect it to the TV. Didn't work. Tried it multiple times. Had to change rooms. Second room had a deadbolt that would not engage. Striker plate was not properly aligned. Mold in the corner of the shower. Definitely won't stay here again.

Stay was great. Overall good place to stay especially with a family. My only complaint was the beds are super hard.

Paper thin walls. You can hear EVERYTHING outside your room. Especially the inconsiderate kids running up and down the hall well after midnight

Room was clean, but there are a lot of issues. None of the USB ports worked and the bathroom fan didnt turn on. Minor inconvienece but still.

Fun water slide, standard continental breakfast, and nice receptionists. Room was spacious and the bed was comfy. Loud motorcycle was racing outside our room in the middle of the night though.

TERRIBLE. After a long day of traveling, the last thing you want to deal with is a very rude front desk representative. We waited for 10 minutes before this lady showed up. She proceeded to tell us to “be patient”. She said it 3 times and said we “waited for what? 5 seconds?!” Once she was done checking us in, she just said “you’re welcome” three times! Also the rooms were filthy. Our feet were black! There was dirty tape all over the ceilings and walls. One of the towels had dried boogers. So disgusted. We will not be back it ever recommend this hotel ever again!

Evening staff was missing from front desk for a while, we stood at front desk and called the phones multiple times with no one in sight. Not the kindest about shutting down the pool either

Tried to call the front desk multiple times over a 3.5 hour period and never got an answer. Went down and asked for towels for the pool and was handed a pile of unfolded towels. I asked for 8 and only received 6. Went back to front desk later on to ask do or pillows for our suite. Was told they only had 1. Front desk stated they would bring me more in which was never received. Television remote did not work. After calling front desk and not getting an answer. I went back downstairs to get it fixed. Was sent to try the remote twice more in which case it still didn’t fix the problem. By now I decided to call the property from my personal phone and was told maintenance would be contacted. Almost 10:00 pm rolls around and no tv still. I gave up! Haven’t got to the morning yet but my expectations are very low. Also pool slide is not monitored and is a recipe for an injury in which the facility probably sees happen frequently.

Breakfast was chaotic and understaffed. Front desk person said the attendant should be handling everything instead of helping when they were obviously unprepared. Rooms and pool are nice. I think staff was jst unprepared for yue number of bookings they had.

I had an excellent experience at this facility. I stayed there over the Christmas holiday, and there were many families there, and the management made every effort to kindly and politely remind parents that others were staying there as well and to respectfully keep their children in check and refrain from running and screaming up and down the halls. The pool was wonderful- the slide is awesome and my granddaughters had a ball! Breakfast was fine- adequate. I will definitely recommend and return! Special mention to Samantha, front desk clerk who was friendly, helpful, professional and kind. She really added to my overall experience!

The rate we made the reservation through Orbitz was not the rate that we were charged. We were upcharged without any explanation. They said there was an incidental charge of $25 that would be refunded, but this was double charged on our bills. We are still trying to resolve the situation. Other than this the place is a good place yo stay.

Horrible stay. When I first went into my room the floors creeked bad. I left went back to the front desk and asked for a different room. When I walked into that room the couch was pulled out and the dresser's drawers were all open. I thought someone was already in there but no clothes. So I closed everything up. Thought it was odd. Then I get my bill from my credit card. The amount of my bill was different than my copy I received from the front desk. Then I was also billed for $9.00. I called and asked what that was for, she said I bought something at the gift shop. I NEVER did. So to make a long story short, I disputed the amount on my credit card, my boyfriend went down to look at the video of supposedly me purchasing something out of the gift shop and it was erased. We also notified the Johnstown police department of fraud. I will NEVER EVER stay at this Comfort Inn!!!!

The staff was amazing and super accommodating! This is a GREAT place to stay if your a grandparent and need a family friendl, convenient location. The kids absolutely LOVED the slide/poil. Thanks for a great stay! Wish I had more photos, but we were too busy having fun!

I liked the property alot. Nice place & close to lots of dining options. Staff was rude & seamed bothered by there guests. Any time my family or others asked a question or simply tried to strike a simple conversation they seemed annoyed. There was about 30 of us (players & parents)from my daughters softball team & almost everyone i talked to had a negative experience with the manager & or receptionist. Housekeeping staff was nice. Wont be staying here again.

Easy access from the interstate and close to where we wanted to shop. Recommend 9/10- oh my downfall, it's just like everywhere else in Colorado, could smell smoke in room from surrounding areas.

Convenient location. Walking distance to almost everything...food shopping. Was a quick drive to the Blu/Budweiser Events Center.

Great location, clean, roomy and nice staff. Breakfast was good, several options. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops, coffee etc.

Great location to stay for going into Rocky Mountain National Park.

Read the review about the slide and booked us a room. There is a zero entry and small area for toddlers amd their own mini slide. The larger slide will keep bigger kids busy for hours. Bed comfy. Safe area. TONS of food choices you can walk. Conveniently located right off I 25 but far enough back we didnt hear any traffic. Would stay here again.

I really liked this hotel. The room was huge, clean, and very quiet. It is located within a shopping center like place that has easy walking to food, bars, and stores. It felt like a quiet little place withing a large city.

It was quiet and the bed was comfortable, The outdoor jacuzzi was relaxing! The breakfast was just OK and the coffee was not good at all so down the street to Ziggie's we went.

We have stayed at this property 4 times, all have been good in the past. This time the bed sqeaked everytime I rolled over, woke me up. No hot breakfast when first came down around 7:30, eventually had hot breakfast, but out of all kinds of things. Didn't meet expectations from past visits.

We loved our stay. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean. The swimming pool was a blast for my kids with the slide and hot tub. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful with an assortment of options. My kids and husband loved making waffles. We were in walking distance of several restaurants. It was a great stay. Great price! So glad we chose comfort suites.

I’m thinking that this is the best deal for a hotel in this area! It is in a great location and a wonderful hotel. My main concern is always cleanliness and I couldn’t be happier! Haven’t had breakfast yet, but my husband says that it looks good! Slept well and isn’t that what it all about?😊

Everything was perfect, the breakfast excellent, multiple option.

It was nice overall. I don't recommend the breakfast. They ran out of food, forks, and milk for cereal.
