Fantastisk hyggeligt, men stadig meget professionelt. Virkelig anbefalelsesværdigt hvis du er på de kanter - morgenmaden er god, og der tilbydes a la carte. Parkering på gaden er forholdsvist dyrt - benyt parkeringshuset på Lange Herenstraat 11, 2011 LK Haarlem Træningscenteret tilknyttet er eminent, hvor der er en rabataftale

Fantastisk fint familie-rom med egen del av rom hvor barn kan sove. Fin beliggenhet, og ikke langt unna Grote Mark.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Quirky bar / reception and decor throughout. Fabulous location just a few minutes walk from train station and town centre. Although my room was fine it was up 4 flights of stairs with no lift which was difficult with a dodgy knee. The staff did offer to help with my bags though. (The Hotel was full so I couldn’t change room). The breakfast was plentiful, I liked that you could help yourself to tea and coffee throughout the day and there were also tea making facilities in the room. The restaurant is lovely and a shame it wasn’t busy to add to the atmosphere. My room was spacious and I slept very well. Great shower and lovely toiletries. Extra vanity sets were available at reception. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night ( False alarm) and the staff apologised the next morning and gave me a scented candle for the inconvenience (nice touch). I will definitely stay there again but ask for a room on a lower floor!
