I enjoyed my stay! I brought my two dogs with me. I love that the pet fee is actually reasonable compared to other comparable hotels. The room was very clean and pretty quiet. I didn't get a chance to use the pool, but I like that they have an indoor pool! They have a decently-sized area where dogs can relieve themselves, which is not the case for many other pet-friendly hotels. A lot of pet-friendly hotels have designated pet rooms that are usually not as clean as one would like, but that is definitely not the case here. It's nice that there are a couple of options for food very nearby. You can even safely walk to the McDonald's in the same complex. I only interacted with one staff member, but they were great! My only complaints are that there was some damage to the door to the room which left a very wide crack that someone could definitely peek in through if they wanted to, and that there was an odd fishy smell in the refrigerator. Over all, we were all very comfortable for our stay.

Our room was clean, bed was comfy and bathroom was clean. Check was a breeze, the gentleman was very helpful and kind. We stayed 1 night for PSU graduation, which was a 5 min drive and very convienent for us. Continental breakfast was ok. Car was easy to park, we felt safe.

We enjoyed our stay while we visited the white mountains. Clean, quiet and friendly staff. The kids also enjoyed the pool, which was very clean although small. The pool area was also nice warm and with towels.

This area is safe and immaculate. We appreciated so much that they were dog-friendly. The location is walkable to a perfect grocery store and they had a lovely firepit in back where we made our own picnic. I will be returning in the fall and would not hesitate for a second to stay here again. The breakfast was lovely and the staff so welcoming. Thank you!

It is a new facility and very comfortable. The breakfast was par with other hotels offering free breakfast. The outdoor fire put was nice for relaxing in the fresh air.

From the moment we arrived we assumed this was a brand new hotel. Everything was beautifully decorated, the room was spotless, everything was clearly very well maintained. We were shocked to hear it wasn’t new and had been open about ten years. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is new and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had good variety. Sorry for the two complaints below. We'll stay again! The downside was that there was a kids' hockey team staying there and the kids ran through the halls on multiple floors until midnight. We let the front desk know in the morning. There was an odd thing for a new hotel. The ice maker was across the hall and down a bit from our room, but the sound of someone getting ice at 6am was quite loud in our room.

Everything about my stay was great. However, I did have a problem at night. In my hotel Room #104, throughout the night, the air conditioning system kept turning on and off making a loud noise every five minutes or so. I could not sleep at all that night. I only stood one night so I just dealt with it and had to leave the next day. Other than that, the hotel was great.

I booked a suite with a king bed and a sofa bed through Expedia but the hotel was overbooked and, without telling me, the manager moved me to a standard room. He said that because the hotel was booked through Expedia rather than through Marriott directly, he did not have to adhere to the class of the room that I booked and if I wasn't happy he would cancel the reservation altogether. I did not know that it is within hotels' standard practice to cancel or downgrade rooms booked through Expedia. The Expedia representative whom I contacted confirmed that Expedia indeed cannot guarantee the room type that was booked through them. This is quite concerning and something that should be known to customers.

We spent a very relaxing night at the Fairfield Inn. The room was clean and the outdoor space was a perfect place for walking the dog and eating our breakfast, which was delicious (and included in our stay). I highly recommend this hotel!

Our room was clean, bed was comfy and bathroom was clean. Check was a breeze, the gentleman was very helpful and kind. We stayed 1 night for PSU graduation, which was a 5 min drive and very convienent for us. Continental breakfast was ok. Car was easy to park, we felt safe.

It is a new facility and very comfortable. The breakfast was par with other hotels offering free breakfast. The outdoor fire put was nice for relaxing in the fresh air.

Wonderful, modern new construction hotel, Rooms were modern, nicely decorated , very clean, spacious and comfortable. Location is perfect for activities at the Squam Lake. Staff was welcoming and very helpful. Las but not least the included breakfast was very nice and convenient. I wuld stay there again and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Advertised being pet friendly yet they charge $50 pet fee and it’s non refundable. Our dogs made no mess and no rukus. We have stayed there several times with family nearby. Never again. You lost a regular.

This hotel, room, and staff were exceptional. The rooms were super clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was excellent and varied. All adults and children would find something delicious to eat. All areas of the hotel from rooms to public areas were up to date and impeccably clean. Well done.

Great Location. Super clean. Only complaints are: 1) Need comfy chairs in room for reading 2) TV Viewing options are so-so. No movie channels, need to login/ purchase for Netflix and Youtube.
