Los anfitriones son unos ladrones y unos deshonestos. Al entrar en la casa, no había ni internet ni electricidad. Les escribimos inmediatamente para pedir ayuda y esperamos durante más de una hora, pero nadie respondió a ninguno de nuestros mensajes. Teníamos que trabajar y, sin internet, nos era imposible hacerlo, así que finalmente decidimos marcharnos. Lo peor es que nunca respondieron, no ofrecieron ninguna disculpa y ni siquiera aceptaron nuestra solicitud de reembolso. Y la asistencia de Hotels.com fue todavía peor. Te hacen esperar hasta 5 días y, si el anfitrión no responde, simplemente dicen que, lamentablemente, no pueden hacer nada. En otras palabras, te dejan completamente solo y sin solución, aunque el problema haya sido causado por el alojamiento. Si están pensando en alojarse aquí, tengan mucho cuidado: pueden encontrarse en medio de la nada, sin taxis, sin Uber y sin nadie que responda cuando necesitan ayuda. Una experiencia totalmente inaceptable. No recomiendo este lugar en absoluto.

Excellent location at beachside in quiet area with not that many people. We were the only ones on the long beach. The apartment was very nice with beautiful view of the beach. The information on how to let you self in was easy. Just when it became dark there were a few mosquitoes, but there were non in the morning or the day. We would definitely recommend this place

Clean and comfortable room. Beautiful property right on the beach. There are few people using the beach. No crowds when I was there. A car is required to get there, it's roughly two kilometers from the highway.

Under new absentee management. Nightmare check-in. Beautiful property. The host refused my request for property info 7-days before check-in, saying everything would be emailed 24-hours before check-in. By the morning of check-in, I had received no information, not even the property address. Beginning at 8 a.m., I attempted to reach the host by every possible communication (message through Expedia, phone call, voice mail, messaging on WhatsApp). About noon, I received an automated email with the lock codes, but still NO ADDRESS. There is no address on the hotel's website. The hotel location did not show on my travel app, but Waze made a guess at the location, and we finally found the hotel at 3 p.m., after driving blindly around for hours. Later that afternoon, I received an automated email regarding pre-check-in procedures. There were 3 attachments to the email, and one of the attachments had the property address. The next morning, 24-hours after I had made multiple requests to the host for the address, and 17-hours after check-in time, the host sent me the address. When I messaged back that the delay in responding was "unacceptable" the host was defensive and argued they had done everything right. The next day (the final morning of our stay) the host sincerely apologized for their mistake. This is a gorgeous property, meticulously maintained, located right on the beach with fantastic views. Under new management located offsite and painfully slow to respond.
