A quiet spot just out of town. Refrigerator in room, and microwave in the lobby with tables to eat. Good and reasonably priced laundry facilities. Close to Wolf Creek trail for those looking to stretch their legs

Great customer service and they actually had a store to buy from inside.

Everything was smooth and easy. Great Parking for our van and trailer. Would definitely stay again.

We were in town for a quick stay and this fit the bill. Hotel has been upgraded and is very nice, but if you're looking for a hot breakfast, in room coffee, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, this is not your place. In lobby Coffee is free and a great variety of snacks and drinks can be purchased.

Our stay was OK. We had a problem with our room door not locking, which was resolved within a few hours. Also, there weren't any working ice machines in the building. The staff was accomodating with the door issue. Property is clean & well kept.

Staff was efficient. Ice machines were down. Hotel was clean.

Clean, friendly staff frim desk to house keeping, actually quiet in room even with construction crews being majority of guests ( sorry guys) , well lit parking, quick hwy access.

The shower had mold caked all around the metal framing inside the shower. There was no shampoo/ conditioner. The entry door at the end Of the building we were located was broken and based on staff comments had been so for over 3 days. This security breach would have allowed anyone to enter the motel after hours. There wasn't even toilet paper in the bathroom. I booked online and when We arrived discovered I had been booked into a handicap accessible room. When I explained that I did not need a handicap room, my room was changed and we were put into the tiniest room at the end of the hallway right outside the broken entry door on the other end of the building on the first floor.Sayinv the 2nd room was Far too small for o two adults is a big understatement. Next time I'll pay the extra $10 or $15 and stay at the Drury Inn Or Hampton.

The shower had dirty scum that would float around and fall where you were standing. The room smelled like smoke and they had tried to cover it up with air freshener. Sheets were stained. Floor had crumbs on it. Yes it was cheap but it was not worth it. Stay away specially if you have others with you like a family. I made do just for one night passing through single.

Internet was out when I arrived, so check in was much slower than usual. However, the reason I'm reasponding now is because I arrived to a room where the bed was un-maid and I wound up finding roaches in the room. It was just off-putting and I wound up only staying one out of two paid nights...

Motel 6 had a few good points. The bed was clean and comfortable. The shower was hot. The issues were mainly with mold on the ceiling above the shower, trash cans in the parking lot overflowing. The hallway smelled like dirty feet and the elevator smelled like weed. It was not an experience I want to repeat.

Not so clean. Beds had hair. Shower had hair. Food on the table in the room. Hair all over the booth in the room. Dead german roaches close to window.

The room was extremely dirty — the carpets were very dirty, and both the bathroom and the bed were filthy. It was a horrible experience. I don’t recommend it at all

Check was smooth. Room is bare but clean. Didn’t smell like air freshener, very much appreciated that. The biggest problem was noise. It’s right on Highway 60 so there is traffic noise all night. But more challenging than that is the noise from adjoining room. It was as if the adjoining door was open. You could hear the gentleman coughing, movement and bathroom noise. Very disappointed. If you choose this budget hotel bring earplugs.

Property and service were ok. Inexpensive and basic. Beds were on pedestals, no box springs. Uncomfortable, to say the least.

Small but very clean. Hard to sleep as the other visitors were very noisy...walls must be very thin...we heard the man next door cough and sneeze.

Room was clean but faced the road and not quiet. Also two lights were out in the room so we'll leave the light on didn't apply. Room was pitch black.

Everything was clean and tidy, stayed for 3 days. The housekeepers made our beds and everything each day, My only complaint is that the pillows were paper thin, when asked for extra pillows, was told they didnt have any. So it was a struggle to get comfortable enough to sleep.. didnt get much sleep but everything else was up to par

The local was very easy to access from Hwy 67 during our 3 night stay. The staff needs lessons in customer service! Each day I visited the front desk to request housekeeping to make the beds and provide fresh towels. Two different staffers gave me ridiculous answers each morning! 1st guy told me on Friday morning that they “only provide housecleaning services after a 24 hour period.”. I provided my room number and explained that we were not checking out until Sunday. He said he would leave a note. When we returned from breakfast, we caught up with the housekeeper and she said she only partially made the beds; she was polite; we told her that was fine; we asked for additional towels because the bath towels were quite small. She said “we have some large ones but they are hard to find”…??? On Saturday morning, a different clark seem annoyed that I stopped at the desk (no one was there). I asked if he could ask housekeeping to make up the bed and clean our room and leave fresh towels. He just stared at me and said “quite honestly, I haven’t spoken to anyone in housekeeping since COVID hit”. Are you kidding me?! I explained to him that i stop at the desk the previous morning and made the same request and the housekeeper left towels and made the bed up. Saturday evening, we found the bed was poorly made, only 2 towels; no wash cloths. The trash was not emptied, the room was not cleaned. Great water pressure & hot water was instant. Will NEVER stay at a Motel 6 again!

Had an unexpected family emergency and had to leave immediately from my home in Michigan to get to the hospital to be with my 90 yr old mother. I drove all night with no sleep and I called the motel to see if I could check in early to get some sleep and they allowed me to check in immediately. They were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything about our stay was in complete order; access to room was easily located; office & staff were very accommodating & room was very clean & orderly. If it is necessary to have a stay in Poplar Bluff, MO at some given time; this will be our place to stay. Thank you for inquiring, good job!!!!

Room clean and very nice. Not alot of things but enough for us. Just outside of town so it makes it much more quiet.

This hotel appeared to be new construction, or a serious renovation. It is located just off the main highway and easy to access. There are not a lot of locations near by for food or other necessities, but there is a convenient gas station.

This hotel was conveniently located to the highway. Check-in was easy. Nothing fancy, but it was a bed to sleep in on our late check-in and early check-out.

The hotel was well kept up to the point that I thought it was brand new. Every thing was ckean. It is conveniently right off the highway although you can hear the trucks go by, however earplugs and the AC drown out the noise pretty good. Otherwise the place was surprisingly quiet. The price was excellent.

Stay was good, except if you are expecting a decent cup of coffee in the morning it's not happening here!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms and areas within and out are clean. Elevator has a horribke smell rhough. Really the only rhing I can say that isn't satisfactory is the lack of breakfast and a pool. They do have a lil shop that you can buy a few snack items and microwave sandwiches. And there is coffee, thank God. Overall its a great place to stay for cleanliness and convenience to surrounding areas. A pool would be a great investment, and 4 or at least 3 towels would be appreciated, I use 2 myself. Head and body. Also a blow dryer would be helpful.. not a deal breaker but the soap provided is awful...considered Dove products? Lol... again a great place to stay especially on a limited budget

This Hotel was easy to get to. There was no breakfast or cups for coffee. Fortunately, there was a gas station about a block away.

Friendly staff. Had everything we needed. No microwave. My husband said mattress wasn’t very comfortable but it didn’t bother me that much. No breakfast.

Everything was so clean my husband actually noticed! It was very quiet even though the highway is quite noisy. The bed and pillows were really very comfortable and we slept very well. The room was small but perfectly fine for our quick overnight stay. They don’t do breakfast but there’s good coffee and a nice selection of snacks you can buy. Our room had a mini-fridge but no microwave, coffee maker or hairdryer. There’s also no closet but a very unique tv stand had space for hanging things behind the television and built-in shelves underneath where we put our shoes and clothing. Really clever use of the limited space in the room. Our room smelled like someone had just been smoking in it, but I always carry air freshener when I travel so it was fine. All-in-all it was a positive experience.
