So, the positives are that the room was clean and very large! The staff was friendly and helpful. The negatives. This is a motel! The doors are accessed from the outside. There is no elevator to get you to the second floor. The breakfast was very limited and not that great. So, just take that all into account!

Overall great. Good value and clean, renovated room. A few stains on the carpet but nothing crazy. Laundry facilities were adequate. Staff was friendly.

I stay at Paris Inn & Suites pretty much every time I visit my family in town. I've stayed at quite a few, and it's the nicest interiors, and most comfortable to me. The lower levels can be noisy at times, but usually 2nd floor is pretty quiet. No elevator

Only thing you should know is the parking lot is small. We had a motorhome and it was very tight getting out.

2nd time to stay there .. very large rooms that have been remodeled. Also parking lot is very well lit. Staff is very friendly.

Very clean. Quiet in the 2nd floor. Parking was a bit crowded one night but lots of light in the lot so no worries. Bed was comfy. Room was big. Only real issue was getting there with google maps. Waze got me there no problem. Vending machine items were old.

Property was in good condition and clean. There was limited parking in the parking lot, otherwise a good place.

The beds were comfortable and parking lot is well lit.

What an amazing deal we got when we stayed here!! Our room was completely remodeled and absolutely spotless, and the beds were soft and so comfortable! The shower was hot as well. Their breakfast was lovely; everything tasted great and the coffee was hot. This place was top notch!!!

The staff were all very nice at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The room was a little warm but it is Summer in Texas so that is to be expected.

The room was very clean and the staff is friendly. There was just construction going on, remodeling the rooms I believe which I think is nice 🙂. Other than that I'd definitely stay again!

We got to stay in a newly remodeled room. It was spotless and beautifully done. We liked it so well we decided to stay there on our return trip home.

The shower curtain has mold on inside bottom and around the tub ! Might be a good ideal to switch bathroom door to swing outward not inward ! Other then these items this is a motel we would highly recommend !!!

I have stayed here for years. Always clean. Always comfortable and friendly. This time it was showing its age. The beds were not as comfortable and the used condoms on the floor was disgusting. The room did not get cleaned well as there was a man’s hat still hanging in the bathroom, used condoms on the floor, bottle cap and stains on the covers.

The phone in the room did not work nor did the stove have knobs, making it impossible to utilize the kitchen. The kitchen had ants, top of refrigerator was dirty. The cabinets smelled very musty. Reported the issue when in 30 minutes of arrival. The next day returned to hotel after 6pm to find phone and stove in same condition and the room over run with flies. Returned to the hotel after 7pm the thrid day to find the knobs were in. We left 5am the next morning. I booked because of the kitchenette, yet never was able to use it.

Stayed in 224. Yeah you can tell the place has had some upgrades but still needs lots of improvements to stay up with the nearby chains. The A/C only went down to 71 degrees which is a problem because the AC worked fine and In the evening when it did reach that temp it kept shutting off. I was never even able to use covers when I slept because it was hot and I couldnt turn it down a bit more to stay cool. The tray in microwave just wouldnt stay on correctly and ime pretty sure wasnt the correct one. The hinges on bathroom door are spring loaded so it kept shutting making the bathroom stray hot and not very comfortable trying to use the bathroom with the door trying to push against you and didnt want it shut because it gets so hot in there. And the TV just sucks. You have no guide for channels and all of the like 7.66665 number channels suck. Its slow to load each channel took me an hour to even find the food channel. Thats an old crappy service provided to say the least.

Breakfast was descent. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable and very clean. Everything was updated and the attention to detail was not overlooked. Will stay again next time I travel there

For the price you can’t beat it. Bright clean and Hugh rooms. Only complaint was we had bottom floor and kids up stairs jumping and running around all night. Free breakfast was also.

I like the family suite with the option of 3queen beds. It was so nice. The room was big and comfortably.

The people in the room above us made so much noise like they were moving furniture or kids running until 2;00am. No sound proof from room sounds above you. Very annoying.

Air conditioner didn't cool as much as I would have preferred.

Had I been driving around looking for a place I would have kept on going. The architecture is showing its age. I would have made a terrible mistake. The place is well maintained and apparently recently renovated. Our room was lovely and very comfortable. I especially appreciate how they are leaning into the Paris theme. The color scheme in our room was black and white. How perfect because Paris a city that we all picture in black and white from all the photos we see. Yes, the breakfast is subpar. After 10 days on the road I wasn’t up for another thawed omelet and steamed sausage patty anyway.

I was so happy with my stay here! The room was clean, the staff were very nice and the bed was so comfortable!!! Also, I called while on my way in and asked if my message got to them about needing a downstairs room and she said it didn’t, so I explained why I needed a downstairs room and she ended up giving me a larger room at. I extra charge downstairs and she’ll never know how much I appreciate what she did for me! This will now be the place we stay when coming this direction!

Well, let me say the good first. The room and property were very nice and clean, the housekeeper for my room was very helpful and friendly (the front desk staff was very lackluster, dull, and slow to be honest), and my stay was peaceful and calm. Checking in was a breeze from making my reservation online through Travelocity.com, but that is where the good ends. To start, my hotel room door would not shut fully and properly, therefore, I did not sleep well or fully on my stay, due to paranoia that my room would be broken into. I had to actually get a housekeeper to get me coffee in the room, thank goodness as I mentioned she was kind and brought me more than one packet to make. The room was warm and smelled musty, and two of the buttons on my ac were just a hole with a light, but I eventually managed to figure out how to get the unit actually on cooling mode and blowing. So, with all that being said, if you are looking for a good, bare bones, necessary trip, this is a very reasonable room, clean and free breakfast, right on the highway squoze in between like 3 hotels and a restaurant or two, then you will not be disappointed, you'll actually be kind of happy you chose it. But, If you are wanting luxury - you won't want this property.

Gnats in the room. Also, I informed the desk I would be about 30 minutes late checking out to which they said, "No problem," but then housekeeping banged on my door despite my DND sign. Otherwise, it's a good value.

It was late when we got in, given a different room than what was paid for, air kept getting warm after repeated attempts. The room smelled mildewey?? When we first went into bathroom, there was tissue in toilet that looked like feces on it, before I could snap a picture, my husband had flushed it. The gentleman that checked us in was nice.

This is my hotel of choice when I’m in this area. Convenient, reasonably priced, clean rooms and friendly staff.

This hotel was a surprise! The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and extra clean. We will definitely stay here again! Papa D made us feel right at home 😁

Check in time is 2pm. My rooms weren’t ready until 5 pm!!!! The staff told my MY 2 rooms were being cleaned and I needed to wait. I had an event to be at and had no access to my rooms. I tener to cancel, but they told me it was too late. I will never be back to this hotel and I will not recommend it to anyone. The door had so many gaps you could clearly see daylight. I booked these rooms with Expedia, when I tried to cancel through them, the phone number given was out of service and to the hotel.

Friendly and helpful office staff. Clean, quiet accommodations

First of all, we arrived late to the hotel, as we were driving 3 states away after work. The night worker was very attentive, and on the lookout for our arrival (we called to notify them prior). Check-in was smooth, and they arranged for us to stay on the first floor (so considerate, especially given the hour of our getting there and my 10 yr old was asleep), and we were able to park one space next to our door entrance...in a word, convenient. Secondly, the room was recently updated, with a very modern, simple elegance, expected for a hotel. Beds, lighting, carpet, flooring, shower, sink, towels, toiletries, mini fridge, outlets and charging areas...were neat, clean, and well arranged. You didn't feel cramped in the room. Thirdly, you had the option of a hot or continental breakfast, and the facilities maintenance workers changed the towels, cleaned, and tidied up daily. Finally, check-out was equally smooth. An added bonus is that it was conveniently located in an area where you could access a variety of stores from your Starbucks and Belk to Ross, Ulta, TJMaxx, Aldi, Walmart and even Hobby Lobby within a 5 minute drive. I didn't notice any fine dining areas, but you did have a choice of several fast food places. Improvements?...Perhaps if they left hangers for any clothing that needed to be hung up, and a Do Not Disturb door hanger should you need one. I would come again with my family anytime in the future. Most enjoyable stay.

The outside looks a little dated but the inside is very nice updated and clean. Poppa D was a pleasant surprise, he was welcoming and gave us a good feeling. Breakfast was fresh and good and area was clean. The female employee working the reception in the morning was pleasant and attentive.

We just needed an overnight stay prior to a funeral. I chose this property because of the positive reviews and price. While it was obvious (before booking) that this was a renovated older property, the good reviews won me over. We had a positive experience. The property reno was good and our stay, though brief, was quite pleasant. Plenty of restaurants nearby and located conveniently on the loop.

Nice location

We were just passing through Texas on our way to Oklahoma. This location was a perfect place for us to stay. The rooms were updated and clean. The parking lot was very well lit and we felt comfortable parking our moving truck. The night we stayed it was very quiet. The continental breakfast was fine, it included make your own Texas shaped waffles. Overall, I would not mind staying there again.

Overall the place is nice. I found it a little hard to get to at first, mainly due to the construction next door almost making me miss the entrance. The only real issue I had was the last night I was staying, I found baby cockroachs in my room as I was going to get my phone before leaving. There was also a hole in the wall next to the light switch at the entrance. The stand for your suitcase had a broken strap, but that's a minor issue. My trip was short notice, so I try not to complain too much.

This was hands down one of the cleanest and nicest motels I have ever stayed in. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The full breakfast had quite a few options. The blackout curtains were awesome. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

The room surprised me with its decor and cleanliness. Breakfast was available each morning including waffles and eggs.

Such a pleasant surprise! Room was immaculate and the owners are very sweet and helpful. Breakfast was ready and very good…starts at 0600 too! We will definitely stay here again!

The water pressure was terrible and the water was luke warm. Some of the furnature had side moldings coming off, like a side table and the dresser. As far as the breakfast, the eggs tasted bad and so did the sausage. The bed was clean but not very comfortable. The room was very large, which was nice and it was very quiet. Over-all it was a mediocre stay!

The staff was nice. The A/C was not cold and the hotel was dated. It was still better than what I expected pulling into the parking lot. Breakfast had minimal options. No cold water. Juice and Milk was in a gallon container straight from the store and we had to use coffee cups for them. I would stay here again if I had too. It did fit the 5 of us.
