The Carraway Guesthouse was a great place to stay. The location in Canal Winchester was very convenient. We were greeted at the door by the owner, Kathy. That was a nice personal touch as well as the goody bag in the room. The room was clean and setup well with a small fireplace heater and a coffee pot. The seating area outside the house is nice. The house has a nice homey feeling, which is nice when you are traveling.

The Caraway Guest House is Impeccably clean with well appointed rooms. High quality sheets, in room coffee service, teas, and cookies to welcome each guest. The owner, Kathy, personally greater us and shared information about this beautiful historic home. Check in was automatic as prepayment was available at online reservation booking. Highly recommended.

Spoke with Kathy a few times before & during our stay . SUPER helpful & supportive & accommodating . We had a car & trailer. Plenty of room for both . Awesome, quiet & clean compound & everything in it . Nice quiet neighborhood in small town Ohio Highly recommend you check it out .

Perfect visit! House/Room was adorable. It was clean, organized, and spacious. Owner had everything ready, even sent a text video link on how to access the house, where to park, and how to find room. Excellent customer service!

We chose this place because first of all we’ve stayed previously. It was perfect for a group gathering at a winery close by. The parlor offered us a place to hang out and visit together and felt like we were at home.

We needed a place to rest as we were in town for an event and this place was perfect. Very relaxing and peaceful. Room was very neat and tidy, decor was pretty and even though is was raining I was able to get up early make coffee and take stroll around the home and the neighborhood. I sat on the front porch and enjoyed my myself as well. We had a nice stay at this quant home. The treat bags were a touch as well, very thoughtful,Thank you!

Quiet little neighborhood. Easy access to the unit with very clear instructions. The room was super cozy. Amenities were great (including a tiny desktop fridge). Host even leaves a sweet goody bag. My favorite feature was the fireplace. It was a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

My adults daughter and I stayed at this property for a Girl's "weekend" to see the total eclipse in April. This property was just perfect for us! We felt safe in the area, and it was very quiet at night (and during the day). Cute historic area to walk to for dinner. If you are looking for the perfect place to have a Girl's weekend or small family reunion, this is your place! Each of the 3 rooms have 2 double beds! And there is a cute Parlor for the guests to sit in (as well as a beautiful outdoor area). We stayed in the Buchanan room and basically had the parlor to ourselves, which was just out side our room! If we are ever near Canal Winchester again, we will definitely stay here!

We booked this place last minute and were so pleased with our stay. The property is exceptionally clean. The check in process is smooth and clear. The hosts are friendly, helpful, and responsive. The neighborhood is really cute too with interesting dining options. I really enjoyed the stay and wished we could have had more time there. I absolutely recommend this place.

Excellent communication, home was nestled in quiet part of town that had easy highway access to all parts of the city. Bed was comfortable, room was spotless, and the Internet connection was lightning fast!.

This was a great, simple option for our overnight stay. Nice property, clean, and well maintained. Reasonable price, no frills, comfortable. The owners were very responsive. The location was very convenient... easy access to major highways and Columbus. It was an easy and safe walk to town where there is coffee, ice cream, and dining options.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is very charming and nicely decorated. Everything was super clean and the extra amenities like shampoo were great (there was even a welcome gift!). We generally bring our own bedding to sleep on, but these sheets were so soft and clean, we decided to give it a try. We slept like babies! The beds were also much more comfortable than most hotels we stay in. We will definitely be making reservations for another stay! (Bonus was the Local Cantina just a few blocks over - the food was wonderful)

Loved the Gatsby theme. Very clean and welcoming. Very easy checking in and out. Loved everything. If I were to make a small critique the beds and pillows were not comfy. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Room was upstairs; it was too warm in mid-May even with the window AC.unit turned up, and ceiling fan on full tilt. Very close to town, so enjoyed walking to it for coffee and such (there was an art show outdoors in town, while there). Room was very clean, but a bit smaller than l thought. The bathmat did not have a rubberized botton and was on the floor when l entered, so l almost fell when l slipped on it (so beware). Great neighborhood to walk in, with sidewalks, and close to a playground and the library.

No one is available to let guests into the guest house. Guests are sent a code electronically several hours before arrival time, and that information can be missed if someone is driving. Once inside, guests have no significant flat surfaces for laptops, etc, other than the bed. Bathrooms are extremely tiny, and any electrical grooming must be done before the bedroom mirror.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property. It’s a nice old converted house that is in good shape. It is within walking distance to the quaint little town of Canal Winchester. The honors make it easy to communicate with them. And the rates are very reasonable. I would recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

I sat on the front porch and enjoyed my myself as well. We had a nice stay at this quant home. The treat bags were a touch as well, very thoughtful,Thank you!

This is the second time I have stayed at this property. It’s a nice old converted house that is in good shape. It is within walking distance to the quaint little town of Canal Winchester. The honors make it easy to communicate with them. And the rates are very reasonable. I would recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Excellent communication, home was nestled in quiet part of town that had easy highway access to all parts of the city. Bed was comfortable, room was spotless, and the Internet connection was lightning fast!.

The property was unique and quiet. I briefly talk to one of the owners Mark he seemed really nice. I would love to go back another time and sit outside for a while. It was conveniently located close to the downtown where I had a good breakfast at a diner.

This was a great, simple option for our overnight stay. Nice property, clean, and well maintained. Reasonable price, no frills, comfortable. The owners were very responsive. The location was very convenient... easy access to major highways and Columbus. It was an easy and safe walk to town where there is coffee, ice cream, and dining options.

Marc and Kathy have a beautiful house 🏠 Rooms are very nice and cozy!!! I went at Christmas time and the town was like out of a Hallmark story🎄 very convenient for shopping and restaurants.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is very charming and nicely decorated. Everything was super clean and the extra amenities like shampoo were great (there was even a welcome gift!). We generally bring our own bedding to sleep on, but these sheets were so soft and clean, we decided to give it a try. We slept like babies! The beds were also much more comfortable than most hotels we stay in. We will definitely be making reservations for another stay! (Bonus was the Local Cantina just a few blocks over - the food was wonderful)

The guest house was very peaceful and relaxing. Just what I needed after a long day at the Columbus Air Show. The communication with the owner was excellent. Would definitely recommend!!
