La limpieza no es suficiente, baño, toallas y sábanas malolientes. Las toallas con manchas y muchas manchas por el lavabo y bañera de humedad. Pelos de otros clientes etc. con lo fácil que es desinfectas todo con cloro…

Great stay

this hotel is in a great location with free parking which is rare these days. area feels safe and is conveniently with in a shopping area so everything at hand. i stayed here a few years ago and it is feeling a little tired than I remember however they were in the process of renovations during our stay. check-in was great and communication prior to arrive amazing especially from Dee who replied to all my emails and collected packages on my behalf which were waiting for me on arrival. Our room was ready early and that was nice to be able to go straight in and settle. room was large with plenty of room we had a wet bar but i didn't really see the purpose as all it had extra was a microwave, but no plates or knife and forks etc. to which we thought we would have. no kettle in the room only a drip coffee machine which I hate using for tea as it makes water taste funny prefer a kettle. The carpets felt dirty and I ended up putting towels down to walk around as it just wasn't nice under foot especially after a clean shower. they did offer a free breakfast which was very basic however the hot options really didn't change over the 6 days we were there not a big problem for me as I like the waffles. they offer hot water and coffee 24/7 but only issue is they only offered decaf black tea bags, surely not that hard to put out normal tea bags, so I went and purchased my own English breakfast tea bags. loved the filtered water station to fill my water bottle. checkout was swift.
