Lovely grounds. Historic building so room was a bit small. Bathroom was clean, good shower, towels, and amenities. I appreciated the coffee and pastry in the morning and the bottles of water. Road noise was substantial as it’s on a trucking route. Husband complained that the bed was too soft. Personally, I didn’t notice. I didn’t see an ice machine. That would have been helpful. There was a croquet set and horseshoes. I was interested in playing but ended up falling asleep. It was a long day on the road.
